Hansi Flick’s side have failed to make the World Cup knockout rounds for a second consecutive tournament.
After a shock loss to Japan, a draw against Spain and a win over Costa Rica weren’t enough to send Germany through.
It was revealed in September that Amazon cameras would be given access all areas to their campaign in Qatar.
The four-time winners were aiming to bounce back from a disappointing campaign in Russia four years ago.

But instead of a record equalling fifth triumph, Die Mannschaft are heading home early again.
And fans have been quick to joke about the documentary, which is set to be released in Spring 2023.
One wrote on Twitter: “Wait I swear Germany were doing an all or nothing documentary about their World Cup journey… awks.”
Another joked: “That Germany All or Nothing Documentary on @PrimeVideo will be the shortest ever.”

A third quipped: “Went from series to ‘limited series’ v quick.”
And a fourth added: “They should just call it Nothing.”
Japan surprisingly topped the ‘Group of Death’ ahead of Spain in second, with Germany third and Costa Rica fourth.
A highly controversial goal in Japan’s shock 2-1 win over Spain sent the Germans packing.
Fifa today released goal line footage that proved Kaoru Mitoma DID keep the ball in play for Ao Tanaka’s winner, despite many angles appearing to suggest it went off the field.

Fans all saying the same thing after Amazon Prime get Potter and Frank to interview each other before Prem clash

VIEWERS hailed “refreshing” rival bosses Graham Potter and Thomas Frank – after they interviewed EACH OTHER.Chelsea chief Potter and Brentford counterpart Frank responded with “insightful” questions and answers after Amazon Prime surprised them with the unique interview set-up before Wednesday night’s 0-0 draw.

One armchair observer posted: “That is class! Two opposing managers asking each other questions. We need to see more of this.”
Others agreed, with comments like: “They should do this more often” and “Game. Changed.”
Thanking the presenter, one viewer tweeted: “Well done Simon Thomas for opening this and allowing it to flow, more of this please. Brings a whole new relevant and dynamic insight into commentary and build up.”
The innovation seemed to stun the audience at home as much as it did the two bosses on the Community Stadium pitch.

One observer said: “That was odd but I really enjoyed it.”
And approval snowballed on social media with posts like: “Quite refreshing to be fair.
“Football constantly gives off the message of being very insular and impenetrable. Open discussion, seeing they are just normal people in a unique position most would give their right arm to be in. Should happen more often.”
Another fan reckoned it’s just part of the channel’s bright coverage.

He tweeted: ” Absolutely love this from Prime. Big fan of their coverage.”
Quite a few viewers, however, pointed they they were still suffering major technical problems.
One wrote: “Great idea, now please fix your streams they are buffering and awful!”
But, when the technical side was fine, Prime won plaudits for its general coverage of the Premier League.
These included: “Amazon have got this coverage locked, every game every goal is fantastic. Graphics spot on. Innovation pre match. The coverage is the coverage, but it looks so professional.”
And this was a similar verdict: “Less ads, more analysis and not afraid to do things slightly different like the above content. Shame they only cover 20 games a season.”
So what were the “penetrating” questions asked by each of the two managers?
Frank lived up to his name with: “Why are you changing your formation so many times?”
Jorginho and Co seemed disappointed as Chelsea were held in the PremCredit: PA
A laughing Potter replied: “Good question!” – before explaining it depended on the differing needs of each game, such as opposition tactics.
But he added: “Hopefully there are things that look the same even if the formation changes.”
Consistency certainly seems a feature of Potter’s brief Chelsea reign so far as Wednesday’s tough stalemate leaves him with five wins and two draws from seven games.
But when turning the tables on Frank, Potter considered dishing out a “hard question” before settling for a more a standard question: “The biggest difference from the Championship to the Premier League?”
Frank’s reply to that was also by the book.
He said: “The pace of the game, the quality of the players is crazy.

“You can make one minor mistake and be punished every time. You just get punished so much more.”
Frank, then, clearly won the battle when it came to choosing questions – in what was very much an interview of two halves. More

CHELSEA could be the next team to get the All Or Nothing treatment with Amazon Prime bosses confident new American owner Todd Boehly will be interested, according to reports. The streaming giants are keen to capitalise on the popularity of the recent All or Nothing documentary which follows the rollercoaster year endured by Arsenal last season.

Manchester City, Tottenham and Sunderland have also appeared in similar shows – and all have proved huge ratings successes.
And according to CBS, Chelsea could be the next Premier League giant to be subject to the fly on the wall documentary.
Amazon believe they have a chance of getting the Blues to agree to the show due to the club’s new American owner, Boehly.
Under Roman Abramovich, the club was against any such involvement.

Boehly and Co are said to have “an appetite” to be filmed.
Documenting Chelsea has a lot of promise, with the new ownership looking to make a long-term investment in new manager Graham Potter.
The ex-Brighton boss was appointed after Champions League-winning boss Thomas Tuchel was sacked in September.

Filming the Magpies could come first, however, the Magpies’ owners, PIF, have reservations and “want guarantees there will be no anti-Saudi angle”.
SunSport exclusively revealed in August that both Netflix and Amazon were involved in a bidding war to document Manchester United.
A source said: “The story of the rebuild of Manchester United under Erik ten Hag, the future of Cristiano Ronaldo and the campaign to remove the Glazer family from the club is like a Hollywood movie in itself.
“That’s why the club has become the new target for both Amazon Prime and Netflix producers and offers have gone in several times.
“Producers have made great play of the fact a programme would be a chance for the directors to show a different side to their role at the club, much like the way Arsenal’s owners did in All or Nothing.
“So far United haven’t given the idea the green light. But the interest remains strong and is unlikely to go away.” More
