    FLOYD MAYWEATHER weighed in over a STONE lighter than YouTuber Deji ahead of their exhibition bout in Dubai. The boxing legend returns on Sunday night at the Coca-Cola Arena over eight spectacle rounds.

    And he came face to face with his most inexperienced challenger of all time at the pre-fight weigh-in.
    Mayweather, 45, hit the scales at 70kg, or 11 stone, which is his second highest weight ever.
    Deji, 25, was up just before and came it at 79.5, or 12st 5lb to take a much needed weight advantage into the bout.
    Mayweather said: “I’ve displayed my skills for so many years, 26 years as a professional just being able.

    “In 1996 I went to the Olympics and competed against the best fighters from all around the world.
    “As a professional, fighting the top competition from all around the world and just being able to do exhibitions now and compete against people from all walks of life.
    “It’s great to be here and tomorrow, I’m going to go out there and put on a show.”
    Mayweather is boxing in his fifth exhibitions since officially retiring in 2017 after beating UFC superstar Conor McGregor, 34.

    Deji on the other hand celebrated his first win in August, against online rival Fousey, following three prior losses.
    And now, in just his fifth appearance, he shares the ring with one of the greats.
    Deji said: “I’m just here to have fun, it’s going to be a good time. I can’t wait for tomorrow.”

    The clash will take place on Sunday, November 13 in Dubai.
    The Coca-Cola Arena is the venue for the bout, with a 17,000 capacity in the Middle East.

    “Deji will be the least experienced boxer to ever share the ring with a world champion, let alone Floyd.
    “So for Deji it’s just a learning curve, go in there try new things, just learn, enjoy the moment and when you get out of here, go back into your YouTube boxing realm.
    “He needs to right his wrongs, anyone that’s beaten him in the past he needs to go and get it back in blood and try get them YouTube belts.”

    Floyd Mayweather boasted about spending $80,000 in just “a few hours” after touching down in Dubai ahead of his next fight.
    Mayweather arrived on Tuesday, dressed in a gold chain and sporting a luxury wristwatch, and was already splashing the cash.
    He said: “Listen, I just touched down in Dubai, I’ve been here a few hours and I’ve already spent $80,000!”

    Taking it easy
    Floyd Mayweather admitted he has not trained hard for his exhibition with YouTuber Deji and is instead “just having fun”.
    The boxing legend returns on Sunday night at the Coca-Cola Arena over eight spectacle rounds.
    It is already his third exhibition this year but Mayweather insisted he has barely broken a sweat.
    He said: “I don’t ever really train that hard when it’s for an exhibition. But I look forward to going out there and just having fun.”

    Weigh to go
    Floyd Mayweather and YouTuber Deji will hit the scales today ahead of their exhibition.
    The eight-rounder goes down tomorrow night in Dubai at the Coca-Cola Arena and they will step on the scales today.
    Mayweather said: “I am delighted to bring this incredible boxing experience to Dubai. I’m happy to be back.
    “I couldn’t do it without my team. We’re a driving force as long as we continue to work together.
    “On Sunday, the Mayweather entertainment team will give the people what they want to see.”
    Tommy Fury fights 5-2 American Paul Bamba in the co-headliner with rival Jake Paul set to be ringside.
    In action is also 2018 Love Island winner Jack Fincham against Paul’s ex-sparring partner Anthony Taylor.

    RICKY HATTON opened the door to a sensational rematch with Floyd Mayweather 15 years after their Las Vegas classic. Hatton, who rocked Mayweather with a left hand in round one, was beaten in the tenth by the boxing legend in 2007.

    The Manchester hero would have only four more fights – including a 2009 knockout loss to Manny Pacquiao – before retiring.
    But Hatton, who hung up the gloves in 2012, comes back tonight in an exhibition with Mexican icon Marco Antonio Barrera.
    A day later, Mayweather also returns over eight spectacle rounds against YouTuber Deji in Dubai.
    It leaves Hatton refusing to rule out sharing a ring with his American rival once more.

    He told Sky Sports: “I’d have to look at it. To share the ring with Floyd Mayweather again would be something else.”
    Mayweather, 45, retired in 2017 after beating ex-UFC champion Conor McGregor, 34, but has had four exhibition bouts since.
    He most recently knocked out Japanese MMA contender Miruku Asakura, 30, in September and returns tomorrow against Deji, 25.

    JAKE PAUL is already back in training after travelling to Dubai amid rumoured talks to fight Tommy Fury. The YouTuber-turned boxer is coming off the win of his life last month, beating 47-year-old UFC legend Anderson Silva on points.

    But he wasted no time in getting right back to work, uploading a series of clips in the gym in Dubai.
    He even posed with unbeaten WBO cruiserweight Lawrence Okolie, 29, who was full of praise for Paul, 25.
    The American is a special guest on Sunday night when Floyd Mayweather, 45, faces his ex-opponent Deji, 25, in an exhibition.
    But Paul will have his eyes on the co-headliner, which sees Fury, 23, fight 5-2 American Paul Bamba, 33.

    A win for the 2019 Love Islander sets up yet another rescheduled celebrity grudge match between the pair.
    Even before Paul’s win over Silva, he revealed talks were ongoing to fight Fury in February in the UK.
    He said on his podcast: “Had a call with Tommy Fury. Yeah, they’re saying we’re going to fight in February.
    “I think he actually can’t come into the United States. So if I fight him in the UK…”

    It is already his third exhibition this year but Mayweather insisted he has barely broken a sweat.

    Mayweather and Moore were set to extraordinarily box on top of a hotel HELIPAD 700ft above sea level in May.
    But the death of UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al-Nahyan at 73 saw it scrapped and head to Abu Dhabi a week later.
    Mayweather dominated the bout over the distance and returns to his happy hunting ground in the Middle East.

    Fury, 34, has been preparing for his clash with Del Boy at his home gym in Morecambe.
    But fight preparations haven’t stopped the WBC heavyweight champion from taking the bins out.
    Fury was spotted this week taking a green bin bag full to the brim with rubbish outside the gym.
    The former unified heavyweight champ is no stranger to doing the bin run – which he did days after his brutal knockout of Dillian Whyte in April.

    Fury gave a shoutout to his local bin men keeping the streets of Morecambe clean during the pandemic.
    He said: “I’d just like to give a big shout-out to the unsung heroes – the local bin men of everybody’s area.

    “All the best, god bless.”
