An injured rib last December and US visa issues this August saw the 2019 Love Islander pulled out of the pay-per-view paydays.
But it was Paul and his promotional partners who were left footing the bill of the axed events.
So the American will leave it to Fury and his team to finance another go at rescheduling, even if his own family have urged him to walk away.
Paul, 25, said: “I’m tired of them wasting our money, so if Tommy pulls out again it’s their money. I dunno, I’m still sceptical about it.

“My brother tells me everyday, and my dad calls me every day damn near and say, ‘Don’t give this f***er another chance.
“So I dunno, we might not.”
Fury’s hopes of negotiating again were dashed after Paul agreed to face UFC legend Anderson Silva, 47, this coming weekend in Arizona.
Paul last fought in December, knocking out Tyron Woodley, 40, four months after beating the ex-UFC champion on points.

That added to KOs over online rival AnEsonGib, ex-NBA star Nate Robinson and retired UFC welterweight Ben Askren.
Woodley filled in on under two weeks’ notice after Fury, 23, suffered his rib injury in training.
The celeb mega-fight was rescheduled for August in New York – but that was soon KOd when Fury suffered US visa issues.
Heavyweight Hasim Rahman Jr, 31, initially signed as a substitute, only for lightening to strike twice, this time due to a weight disagreement.
It has set the scene for Paul to return in the biggest test of his career against Silva, who last year beat ex-world champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, 36.
He said: “I know this is my toughest test, it’s not going to be easy.
“I’m going to have to outbox the boxer, who just beat a world champion in the sport of boxing.
“It’s motivating but I have that chip on my shoulder and I’ve carried that into my whole entire camp.”

UFC legend Anderson Silva insists he was ‘just joking’ about being knocked out TWICE in sparring for Jake Paul fight

ANDERSON SILVA said he was “just joking” about being knocked out TWICE in sparring ahead of his fight with Jake Paul. The UFC legend faces Paul over eight rounds in Arizona this weekend.

But he caused concern after claiming in an interview that he was knocked out two times in training.
Silva, speaking at the open workout, has since clarified that it was just kidology and lost in translation.
He said: “Listen guys, let me tell you something very important.
“When I talk about the guys doing the hard sparring and the knockout, it was just joking.

“Because I’m training with the young kids and the guys asked me, and I don’t put nothing bad in my mind, and the guys say, ‘Oh, Anderson take knockout in training.’
“Of course not. I just like to help and put my partners up, that’s the question.”
Silva, 47, made the controversial comments during an interview with MMA Weekly.
He said: “I’m training hard for win — I’m training with the good boxers, high-level, and five guys come to help me.

“And the last sparring with [my sparring partner], he is knocked me out two times, and when I finish my training, I talked to my coach and even said, ‘Coach, let me tell you something, why the guys knock me out two times?’
“And the coach said, ‘You need to prepare for war, and you prepare for war.’”
Silva’s trainer Luiz Carlos Dorea denied the comments and Silva later released a statement addressing the situation.
He wrote: “After seeing the reports and concern for me, I’d like to clarify two important things. One, I was NEVER knocked out in sparring.
“I misspoke in that interview as I sometimes do when interviewing in English and exaggerated the normal back-and-forth action that occurs in sparring.
“Second, this sparring session I referenced was in early September.
“The interview with MMA Weekly was done on Sept. 13 and, for some reason, just released this week. So, it wasn’t recent.”
The Arizona commission are still set to investigate Silva’s claim ahead of the bout with Paul, 25.

However, some of these messages are rather bizarre to say the least, with Bridges revealing some of the requests she has been previously sent.
Speaking on an episode of Pub Talk, she said: “I get love letters, all kinds of stuff.
“I get asked for bath water, toe-nail clippings, sweat.”
Bridges then explained how she deals with “jealous” trolls.

She added: “I ignore it (troll messages). Anyone who is successful, they’re going to get the jealousy, the hate, people will try to drag you down.
“That’s just normal. The people talking s***, they don’t know me, so why should I sit there and get emotional and bothered by someone who has never met me?
“I’m very secure within myself. I’ve been through hell and back in my life and I’m very secure, I love who I am.”
Bridges turned into a boxing pro in 2019 and won each of her first five fights, and is currently on a three-bout win streak.

In 2020, the “Blonder Bomber” admitted to having indulged certain fan requests in the pursuit of getting some extra income such as selling dirty training socks.
In a previous interview with talkSPORT, she said: “Give me your money, that’s my response! You want my stuff, then you’ve got to give me your money. There’s plenty of weird people out there.
“I haven’t sold my bath water, but I’ve been getting so many weird requests I was thinking, should I go buy some jars? I’ve done the socks and my feet because it’s a laugh and harmless.
“I thought it was funny and they ended up paying, so now any requests that come through, I’m just like here is my PayPal.
“You’d think normal people would want lingerie or something like that, but it’s all feet and socks. I do get the random requests for the bath water and other weird things which I won’t go into now.

“It’s all side money at the end of the day, if they want to pay then it’s up to them. I don’t care really, as long as I’m putting food on my table and the bills are being paid, I’m happy.”
Bridges has previously been pictured alongside OnlyFans star Elle Brooke, but has also dismissed fan requests for her to copy a celebration of bare-knuckle boxer Tai Emery. More

He told Betfred: “Anderson Silva is 48 years old now, but he’s an MMA legend.

Paul, 25, goes into his clash with Silva on the back of a brutal sixth-round knockout victory over former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley.
Hearn has been impressed by what he’s seen of Paul since his debut, saying: “Watching Jake, he’s definitely improving as a fighter.
    “You can see that.
“He’s in good shape and he’s a strong young man, but he’s probably not going to get as much credit as he deserves if he wins because the argument that he hasn’t beaten a boxer will remain.

“Silva is definitely his toughest challenge so far and if he wins he should get the appropriate credit.”
Improvements aside, Hearn believes The Problem Child will eventually get found out.

He said: “I don’t think he’s terrible but he’s certainly not going to be competing at world level.
“Again, we shouldn’t really knock him because many fighters are trying to compete at world level but also won’t make that grade as well.
“And that’s no disgrace because it’s a very difficult thing to do.

FOOTAGE of Joe Joyce being knocked out in less than a minute has resurfaced. The Putney pounder is on the brink of a world title shot following his spectacular 11th-round stoppage of former WBO heavyweight champion Joseph Parker last month.

Joe Joyce was dropped by Sergey Kuzmin at the 2013 European Championships
The Russian flattened Joyce with a sickening overhand right
Joyce collapsed to the canvas and the fight was stopped after a mere 34 seconds
Joyce has yet to taste defeat since turning pro five years ago, although he did hit the canvas in his 2013 European Championships clash with Sergey Kuzmin.
Footage of the Russian knocking out Joyce with a hammer of an overhand right 34 seconds into their super-heavyweight clash recently recirculated on Twitter.
In an interview with Sky Sports, Kuzmin said of the stunning stoppage victory: “It happened very quickly and it was not a very long fight.
“It’s hard to describe all that came through my head because I didn’t get to see much of what he brought into the fight.

“This was the super-heavyweight division and each and every punch matters.
“I delivered a very good punch accurately and with good timing and it ended the fight.”
Kuzmin would love to run into Joyce in the professional ranks, although he wouldn’t take too much from their 2013 clash.
The European Championships silver medallist said: “If the fight happens we will see.

“It would not make any sense to compare one fight to another and amateur and professional boxing.
“But hopefully we will meet one day in the ring and we will see, I am very interested in fighting Joyce in the future in the pros.”
Joyce’s stunning stoppage of Parker solidified his status as the mandatory challenger for Oleksandr Usyk’s WBO title.
Promoter Frank Warren recently said: “We’ve worked very hard over the last few years on this heavyweight scene and we’ve guided our guys in different organisations and we’ve boxed it off a bit so I’m pleased.

Carl Froch reveals he’d take on Jake or Logan Paul as his last fight if he was to come out of retirement for mega payday

CARL FROCH has revealed he’d happily lace up his gloves again for a dust-up with YouTube sensation Jake Paul. The four-time super-middleweight champion retired from boxing in the summer of 2015 but has flirted with the prospect of returning to the ring again over the last seven years.

Froch would happily fight both the Paul brothers on the same night
And The Cobra admits he’d love to put a sting into the tale of Paul’s burgeoning boxing career.
He told William Hill: “If I could have one last fight it would be Jake Paul. I’d absolutely smash him to bits, easy.”
“Jake Paul can’t fight, he’s pretending, he’s conning people.
“He’s got his audience, I don’t begrudge him – he’s making money and doing what he’s doing. But he’s not a professional boxer.”
    READ MORE IN SPORT
Paul, 25, has yet to take on a professional boxer during his brief stint in the sport – and Froch believes he’d be wary of facing him if the opportunity presented itself.
The 45-year-old said: “He knows not to come anywhere near me. He’s bigger than me, he’s 14 stone, he’s younger than me, he’s fresher, he thinks he can fight.
“I wouldn’t even train for this guy, I’d do a little bit of training.
“I might do the odd little run to get the heart beating, but I’d take Jake Paul to school and hammer him. He knows it, he wouldn’t fight me. No chance.”
Froch is so confident of battering Paul he’d be open to facing his older brother Logan on the same night.
He said: “I’d fight him and his brother on the same night. What they could do is take it in turns, so Jake can do round one and Logan can do round two.
“So they’re having a four-minute breather between rounds. It’s never been done, it’s exhibition boxing. I’d take them both on.”
