But with the scheduled fight date just six weeks away, promoter Hearn cast doubt on Fury’s fighting shape.
He told iD Boxing: “I don’t think you need the time to promote it – it’s a big enough fight – but time to get ready.
“Tyson Fury physically doesn’t look ready for six weeks. But he never has done really, and he’s proved everybody wrong before.
“So maybe he takes the fight. I think when you see a tweet like you saw tonight [Usyk’s deadline] it’s not a good sign, but anything’s possible. I hope it gets made.”

Fury has started training camp in his Morecombe base despite the historic undisputed title fight not being announced.
It comes after Usyk accepted his “greedy” offer of 70/30 in a bid to get the bout over the line.
But the Ukrainian hinted at negotiations hitting a snag in a worrying tweet to fans.
Usyk posted: “The points for agreement were sent to Fury’s side. The deadline is set. The clock is ticking.

‘Welcome to boxing’ – UFC boss Dana White reacts to Tyson Fury’s unification fight with Oleksandr Usyk facing collapse

DANA WHITE was left unsurprised at the news Tyson Fury’s fight with Oleksandr Usyk faces collapse. The pair of unbeaten boxing champions have publicly agreed a split to unify their belts but behind the scenes a deal is still not signed off.
    UFC president Dana WhiteCredit: Rex
And Usyk warned he could walk away from talks if terms are not wrapped up, which would KO one of the biggest fights the sport has to offer.
UFC president White said in response: “It’s scheduled, no? Oh it’s not? Welcome to boxing, boys. Is it shocking? Yes. Is it ‘shocking’? No.
“It’s just that is boxing, that’s the way that that sport always seems to play out, the big fights that should happen never happen.
“And when they do, it’s always late and that’s the stuff that used to drive me crazy as a fan and it’s literally part of how I designed this company to not be.

“We try to make the big fights when it’s time to make the big fights.”
Usyk accepted Fury’s “greedy” 70/30 offer to unify all four heavyweight belts for the first time in history on April 29 at Wembley.
But boxing manager Egis Klimas has vented his frustration with no deal yet agreed and Usyk himself hinted at negotiations hitting a snag.
He tweeted: “The points for agreement were sent to Fury’s side. The deadline is set. The clock is ticking.

And any postponement will cause a renegotiation of 50/50 split between the unbeaten pair.

He tweeted: “The points for agreement were sent to Fury’s side. The deadline is set. The clock is ticking.
“The ball is on #Greedybelly’s side now. We did everything in our power to make it happen.”
As talks dragged on, the WBA had ordered Usyk, 36, to agree terms for the unification or else face mandatory Daniel Dubois, 25.

But the governing body were informed that both sides had settled on a split and wanted to press ahead with the historic title clash.
Although manager Klimas warned they could now face Dubois instead as they stand their ground on just six weeks time.
Klimas told SNAC: “If this fight is going to happen, only April 29th. Or it’s just going to be cancelled, and we’ll go with the mandatory.”
Fury’s US promotional team Top Rank are now involved to try and smooth over discussions.

But Klimas claimed the current unified heavyweight and ex-undisputed cruiserweight champion is being treated unfairly.
He said: “It’s changed, Top Rank got more involved in it, but not too much.
“They’re still treating Oleksandr Usyk like they did with Derek Chisora, or Dillian Whyte.
“They act like it’s just a regular Fury fight in the UK, and everything has to be by Fury’s rules.”
Fury, 34, spoke out to demand NO rematch clause in the contract but Usyk’s side claimed his team were the ones asking for it.
Klimas said: “So what’s it going to be tomorrow? You can not fight with right hand? Only one hand?
“What’s going to be next? We don’t know what’s going to be next from this guy.”

Watch Jarrell Miller brutally KO Lucas Browne in sixth round before calling out Brits Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois

JARRELL “Big Baby” Miller bawled out Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois after destroying Lucas Browne.Miller screamed to take on one of the British heavyweights following a chilling 26th win in 26 fights.

The ref saved Miller’s victim Lucas Browne from further punishment
The American floored Browne and when the Aussie got up pummelled him in the face for a sixth-round stoppage, with the losing slumping for comfort in the referee’s arms.
Miller now has 22 KO victories by KO – powered by a 23st 7lb frame.
And after dispatching 19st 7lb Browne, he insisted he’s ready for Joshua.
He said: “If I wanted an easy fight back, I’d fight Jermain Franklin, coming off a loss, though I thought he beat Dillian Whyte. So AJ let’s get it on.”

German rival Manuel Charr then entered the ring to demand a shot at Miller.
But the Big Baby cried back with: “You need more fights, you haven’t got a belt, I’m going for Dubois.”
Miller hopes his battering of Browne – forcing the referee to wave the fight off – means he is finally shrugging off a doping scandal.
He blew the chance of a world heavyweight title shot at then champ Joshua in 2019 after failing a series of drug tests.

KSI accuses Jake Paul of ‘DUCKING’ fight after being sent contract as his manager says Wembley is booked for grudge bout

KSI has accused Jake Paul of “DUCKING” him after his manager booked Wembley to host their grudge match. The bitter YouTube rivals are yet to settle their score in the ring despite talks to so this year.

KSI had wanted to fight Paul at the end of 2023 but those plans took a hit after the American’s loss to Tommy Fury.
It has left the British social media, music and crossover boxing star to hit out at his great nemesis.
KSI said in a Twitter Space: “They look like they just want to do the rematch or they want to look for another opponent.
“It doesn’t seem like they are keen to fight me any time soon, which is funny because he was the guy who said I was ducking.

“But, I’m not ducking anyone, man. I’ve literally told everyone the reason why I came back into boxing was to fight Jake Paul.
“And now he doesn’t want to fight me.”
KSI, 29, beat Paul’s brother Logan, 27, in their 2019 rematch after drawing a year beforehand.
And although the two are now business partners with hydration drink Prime, the bad blood is still brewing with brother Jake.

KSI has won three times since returning to the ring but Paul, 26, was recently beaten in Saudi Arabia on points by Fury, 23.
It looks to have put a dent in KSI’s hopes of facing the self-proclaimed Problem Child this year.
His manager Mams Taylor claimed talks were going back and forth with Paul’s team with Wembley even booked for the fight.
Taylor said: “Jake has the contract. It’s not in our hands.
“We redlined it, sent it back to him, he redlined it, sent it back to us, we redlined it, sent it back to him.
“And now the ball’s in his court but I did get a call from Jake’s team saying, ‘Hey, Jake’s not going to fight KSI in the summer,’ like we wanted.
“Because, he’s some excuses, whatever. Basically he doesn’t want to fight KSI, he wants to fight other people.
“So, all that s*** about, ‘I’ll fight him tomorrow,’ and all that stuff, well we booked Wembley Stadium, we were ready and he’s the one that backed out.”

Tommy Fury called out by Viddal Riley as YouTube and boxing star questions Love Islander’s world title ambitions

VIDDAL RILEY has called out Tommy Fury as he tries to force a fight with the former Love Island star. Riley, who previously coached YouTuber KSI, has made it clear he wants to fight Fury because of the pair’s tight WBC rankings.
Viddal Riley is ranked at 40 in the WBC rankings
Fury achieved a ranking of 38 following his pay-per-view bout with the controversial Jake Paul which he won on points after eight rounds.
Riley, ranked 40, took to YouTube to call out the 23-year-old whist poking at his ambitions to become a world champion in the process.
He said: “I’m ranked number 40, Tommy is actually ranked 38, I’ve seen him say in multiple interviews: ‘My goal is to be a world champion’.
“He preaches that he wants to be a world champion. I am not currently world championship quality. I have the potential to be – and I will get there – but as it stands I’m not.

“So if you have aspirations of being a world champion, as do I, we are close in ranking, it would be a massive fight, the people would turn out. People would turn out for you.
“People would turn out for me. If that’s your aspiration, why look anywhere else?”
Riley has an undefeated record himself and has won five of his eight fights by knockout.
The cruiser-weight fighter went on in his video to suggest that Fury doesn’t want the battle.

He said: “I’ve mentioned [Fury’s] name multiple times and I’ve never heard a response which can only be for one reason,
“I’ve always said I’m going to be a world champion, I’m going to reach the top and you don’t go from zero or not recognised to number one.
“There’s a process. The fact that I’m now ranked number 40 in the world with a professional boxing governing body means that I am en route.”
Fury, who is the younger brother of WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, could still have to fight Jake Paul again with a rematch still an option.
The Manchester born TV personality is yet to respond to the call out made by Riley. More

And after watching Paul suffer defeat for the first time, against Tommy Fury, 43-year-old Hearn backs himself to beat the American.
He was asked by DAZN who he would rather manage, fight and party with out of Paul, Amanda Serrano and Katie Taylor.
Hearn responded: “I’d definitely fight Jake Paul because I’d actually win that fight.
“I’d manage Katie Taylor, because we’ve done such a great job. She is amazing, and it’s a Puerto Rican party with Amanda Serrano.”

Paul, 26, promoted Serrano’s historic undisputed fight with Taylor, 36, last April alongside Hearn.
And the women’s boxing stars were set to rematch in May until Serrano, 34, was forced to withdraw.
It gives Paul more time to recover from his loss to Fury, 23, in Saudi Arabia amid rumours of a rematch.
But Hearn advised his promotional partner to look elsewhere in his boxing return.
