Tyson Fury looks in terrifying shape as Gyspy King posts shadow boxing clip in training for December 5 homecoming

TYSON FURY looks in terrifying shape on the eve of Halloween.
The Gypsy King took to social media to post a clip of him shadow boxing.

Tyson Fury looks in incredible shape five weeks away from his next fight

The Gypsy King took to Instagram to share a video of his shadow boxing in the ring at his gym

And the 6ft 9ins giant was at his menacing best in the video uploaded to his Instagram.
Wearing a vest and shorts with wraps on his hands, the WBC heavyweight king danced around the ring like a lightweight with his trademark footwork.
Fury, 32, wrote: “Working hard. It’s me vs the world. Come get some of this.”
The Gypsy King is getting himself ready for his homecoming fight which is now just five weeks away.

After claiming Deontay Wilder’s WBC throne in spectacular fashion in February, he looks on course to return to English soil.
The trilogy bout with the Bronze Bomber is off the cards and it has been suggested Fury’s bout on December 5 may not even have his WBC belt on the line.
That could mean he faces a relative unknown – or at least none of the high-ranked heavyweights – before Christmas at the Royal Albert Hall.
David Price, Carlos Takam, Razvan Cojanu and Australian pair Lucas Browne and Dempsey McKean have all been touted as potential opponents.

Fury worked up a sweat as he continued to put the hard yards in

Then British boxing fans will be desperate to see Fury go head to head with Anthony Joshua in a massive heavyweight showdown.
At the start of coronavirus lockdown, WBC heavyweight champ Fury announced that he had ‘agreed’ two fights with WBA, WBO and IBF king Joshua.
Provided neither fighter loses their respective titles – AJ faces Kubrat Pulev on December 12 – all the belts could be on the line in 2021.
And Joshua’s promoter Eddie Hearn has already worked out when the mouthwatering fights will happen – and wants both to take place in the UK.
Speaking to Sky Sports, the Matchroom boss said: “You break them up into probably April, May, June, and then November, December [for the rematch].
“I think it’s about where and of course they’re two British heavyweight world champions, and if one of those fights at least didn’t take place in the UK it would be a shame.”

The result is a shredded 18st monster.
Haye explained: “I told him, if you lose you will always wonder if you could have done more to win.
“It’s not worth it. So hold it in until the fight.
“After the fight, do what you want to do.

“But before the fight you need to be fully loaded in every department.
“Everything needs to be full and ready to go.
“When is a lion most dangerous? When it hasn’t mated and it’s hungry.
“And when I see him pacing up and down, I don’t know if he’s thinking about fighting or f******!”

Father-of-one Chisora confirmed his agonising regime has left him with a newfound respect for anyone else who stays celibate through choice.

Lee Selby on his love for animals and new additions to the form and pain of seeing brother Andrew retire at just 31

TOP QUAIL-ITY lightweight Lee Selby had a Mike Tyson moment looking up his beloved birds on the internet.
Barry’s former featherweight world champ is a devoted animal lover, with his busy family home a haven for dogs, ferrets and chickens.

When he added half a dozen quails to his menagerie he checked YouTube for tips on how to care for them and was stunned when a fellow pet owner calmly decapitated one of his own for the cooking pot.
Iron Mike famously switched from chubby lisping teenager to the planet’s baddest man after a bully ripped the head off of one of his racing pigeons – and Selby was similarly shocked.
Ahead of his fight with George Kambosos tomorrow night, he said: “Quails are my newest additions to the family, they lay the little tiny eggs that taste nice but are a bit fiddly to peel once they are boiled.
“Up at lightweight I can eat a few more of the eggs, I wouldn’t eat one of my own birds but I have seen a lot of people that do.

“When I first got a quail I looked up some videos on YouTube and there was a guy holding his pet quail and talking about looking after it.
“Then he started talking about ‘preparing’ it and then he took a pair of scissors and chopped his head off and started cooking it!
“I couldn’t believe it, poor little b******, he was talking so nicely about the animals and then he chopped off his head”.
Welshman Selby, 33, is one of the most naturally gifted boxers Britain has ever produced ,but the attention-dodging ace is not even the best boxer in his family.

Little brother Andrew, 31, is regarded as the finest talent to ever come out of Team GB but he recently retired after just 14 pro fights, with no world title and a plague of personal problems.
And the pain of seeing his baby bro not fulfil his potential clearly still haunts Lightning Lee.
Lee confirmed: “My brother is not boxing anymore. He is not doing too good.
“High expectations are hard for anyone to handle.
“When my brother left the Team GB set-up with so many accolades and medals, he was expected to become a world champion and that is a lot of pressure. Some people handle it and some don’t.
“I have done everything I can to help him but you have to want to help yourself.
“No matter how much anyone tries to help somebody, if they don’t want to help themselves it is wasted effort.
“It’s not been easy for the whole family, these last few years, but you have to get on with and there are a lot of people a lot worse off.”

Selby should leave Wembley, on the Derek Chisora vs Oleksandr Usyk undercard, with a 29th pro win and a mandatory shot at the IBF’s 9st 9lbs crown.
But his biggest fans won’t care as long as he gets back to Wales to feed them.
He said: “I have always had animals. They don’t demand anything from you, they always show you love.
“Win or lose they always run up to you and show you love.”

Derek Chisora weighs-in for Oleksandr Usyk showdown in terrifying Halloween outfit with ‘WAR’ painted across his chest

TERRIFYING Dereck Chisora covered himself in War paint and a sinister Joker-smile to scare Oleksandr Usyk ahead of their Halloween screamer.
The North London heavyweight weighed in at 18st 3lbs for the Saturday night showdown.

The heavyweight also painted ‘WAR’ across his chestCredit: ©Mark Robinson Ltd

And, when he went nose-to-nose with the undefeated 15st 7lbs ace, he screamed x-rated threats at the man he had praised so freely all week.
With his bulldozer body painted white as a ghost and black patches around his eyes and mouth, the spook-tacular puncher growled: “I would rather him knock me out, than me do nothing.
“Either I will knock him out or he will quit on his stool. That’s what we’re going for.”
Usyk insists he is not frightened by the monster in the opposite corner, with the three stone advantage, but admits he should have been heavier.

And the southpaw superstar even kept his cool when faced with an unsettling tribute to the Batman super-villain.
Usyk revealed: “He kept saying: ‘War, war, war!’
“That’s exactly the shape I aimed for. It could have been a bit more, but it’s still good.
“It’s important to make a good statement on Saturday to avoid hesitation from my opponents in the future.

“Now people say they don’t believe me, they don’t trust me.
“On Saturday I will make my statement for the heavyweights.”
Chisora’s manager David Haye knows all about how dangerous Chisora is, having crawled with him in and out of the ring during his previous career.
And he recognises a switch has been flipped inside the dark mind of war horse.
The Hayemaker said: “How he looks is how his mind-set is. Ready for war.
    “He wants to do damage.
“Yesterday was love, smile and hugs but today he went eye to eye with a man he will go to battle with.
“Any other performance from his life would not be good enough to win tomorrow. He has to do something he’s never done before.
“Usyk looked good, healthy. We’re not training for a slow Usyk.
“Usyk will need to do something significantly better than ever before to withstand Dereck for 12 rounds.”

Anthony Joshua to train with fan ahead of Pulev clash as Brit champ urges to stay active during coronavirus pandemic

ANTHONY JOSHUA will put a fan through their paces ahead of his heavyweight showdown with Kubrat Pulev.
The Brit world champion is stepping up his training schedule ahead of his bout with the Bulgarian brute on December 12.

And he is offering one lucky (or unlucky) fan the opportunity to become his training partner for one day.
To be in with a chance of winning a fan must buy a bottle of Lucozade from November 1 and follow the rules inside.
AJ, who holds the WBO, WBA and IBF title belts, said: “Sport is being impacted on a global level by the pandemic but exercising has never been more important.
“I’m looking forward to bringing my A-game to this training session for the lucky winner and hope everyone who enters is inspired to stay active during these hard times.”

There are also 20 pairs of Joshua signed boxing gloves up for grabs.
After brushing aside Pulev, AJ will then turn his attentions to Tyson Fury’s WBC belt.
But Ukraine star Oleksandr Usyk is the WBO’s mandatory challenger and if he beats Derek Chisora tomorrow he insists he will not sit around waiting.
So Eddie Hearn, who promotes Joshua AND Usyk, has a plan — but it would mean only the first fight would be for all the titles.

AJ takes on the Bulgarian brute Kubrat Pulev on December 12

He said: “I would be willing to say, subject to speaking to Anthony and Fury, that we would be willing to vacate the WBO title straight after their first fight, to let Usyk fight for it.
“Because we’re going to do two fights, we’re tied up for 2021, so we can only fight Usyk if we don’t make the Fury fight.
“I only want AJ to win the undisputed title. I’m not bothered about him defending it for the next ten years.
“I just want to be able to say: ‘You’re the undisputed heavyweight world champion, you won everything’.
“After that, if we can set up a fight between Usyk and whoever’s No 2 with the WBO, we’ll do that.”

David Haye says Derek Chisora is set to become WBO mandatory and fight Anthony Joshua if he beats Oleksandr Usyk More

Watch Conor McGregor in stunning sparring videos as UFC legend shows off impressive boxing skills

STUNNING sparring footage shows UFC star Conor McGregor unleashing his impressive boxing skills.
The training clips range from before McGregor first won a UFC title in 2015 leading up to his boxing debut in 2017.

Conor McGregor released unseen sparring footage

The spars range from before after after he first became UFC champion

McGregor works on his jujitsu with training partner Dillon Danis

The footage, released by the Irishman’s media company TheMacLife, show spars in The Notorious’ Straight Blast Gym in Dublin and the UFC’s old Las Vegas Ultimate Fighter gym.
McGregor works on his jujitsu with training partner Dillon Danis – who is 2-0 in Bellator – as well as six-time national Irish amateur boxing champion Conor Wallace, who in 2016 was brought in to replicate Nate Diaz’s southpaw boxing style.
In the final spar the ex-featherweight and lightweight champion lands some telling combinations and counters.
McGregor would go on to lose his ring debut against Floyd Mayweather in August 2017, winning some of the early battles before tiring and being stopped in the 10th round.

The Irish southpaw would later admit he should have gone back to work with his old coaches at the Crumlin ABC before the money-spinning crossover bout.
For his UFC return in January, McGregor did spend time at his first gym and even brought head trainer Phil Sutcliffe to Vegas to have him in his corner.

I learned may things boxing in Crumlin where I grew up, and my deep love is why I do this today. I will be in Octagon again soon and fully expect to box again.
    McGregor on his fighting future

Earlier this year, McGregor’s head coach John Kavanagh told journalist Gareth A Davies he would be expect the UFC star to box again.

The trainer said: “I’d honestly be surprised if Conor doesn’t have a boxing match in the next 12-18 months.
“He loves boxing. He loved the training for the Mayweather fight. It has to be something big, whatever he does seems to always get bigger. He’s always looking for that next step up.”
McGregor would later tell Bleacher Report that he “fully” expects to box again.

He said: “I plan on being around for a long time inside the Octagon, boxing ring, and well beyond my fighting career.
“I love the fight game. I learned may things boxing in Crumlin where I grew up, and my deep love is why I do this today.
“I will be in Octagon again soon and fully expect to box again.”
And plans are afoot for the 32-year-old to step back into the ring and face Manny Pacquiao with a fight reportedly pencilled in for the Middle East next year.

Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr hit out at fight rounds being just two-minutes long and blast ‘it cheats the fans’

MIKE TYSON and Roy Jones Jr hit out at their fight being moved from three-minute rounds to two insisting it ‘cheats the fans’.
The American legends are coming out of retirement to fight over eight exhibition rounds on November 28.

They do so without head guards but will wear 12oz gloves – instead of the usual 10oz.
And the WBC – who are sanctioning the fight with the California State Athletic Commission – dropped the rounds to two minutes.
The decision has not gone down well with Tyson, 54, who will fight for the first time in 15 years.
He said: “I’m sure they had their reasons but the women fight two minutes.

“But this is bigger than me, it’s not all about me, so who am I to talk. I’m just happy that we’re doing it.”
Former four-division Jones – who only retired in 2018 – was also left unhappy having to fight a minute less.
And the 51-year-old believes it was beneficial for all, including the fans, to stick to the regular rule of three minutes used in men’s professional boxing.

Jones fumed: “I’m not happy at all, that’s for women.

“Why would I want two minute rounds? We’re not women, we’re two of the best to ever do it.
“Why cut it to two minutes, it doesn’t do anything for him or for me; it cheats the fans who are excited.
“It was advantageous for everybody to keep it to three minutes.”

Mike Tyson says that his fight with Roy Jones is a real fight and not an exhibition More
