But he has continued to train since and promised to be in the ‘best condition’ of his career.
And it appears he has kept his promise after uploading pictures online revealing his sensational physique.
Big brother, and WBC heavyweight champion Tyson, tweeted: “Great shape bro.”
Tommy, 21, has spent time training with Tyson, 32, as the Gypsy King is also due to fight one month later in his UK homecoming.

Reality TV star Tommy won his first two bouts before putting his career on hold to enter the ITV’s popular villa.
But since coming out of Love Island, where he met current partner Molly-Mae Hague, the light-heavyweight has been itching to fight regularly.
His next opponent is yet to be announced, but Tommy said: “I’m pleased to tell you all finally because it’s been a very long road as you all know.

“We are definitely back in that ring in November.

“I’m feeling fit, I’m in the best condition I’ve ever been in my entire life and I’m ready to fight.
“So keep your eyes peeled and I will see you all in November. Take it easy.”

Mike Tyson, 54, refuses to rule out fighting Anthony Joshua or Tyson Fury in ‘mind-boggling’ bout

MIKE TYSON refused to rule out facing Anthony Joshua or Tyson Fury in a ‘mind-boggling’ fight for the ages.
It comes as he closes in on his return to the ring, 15 years on since retiring after falling out of love with the sport.

But Tyson, at the age of 54, insists he feels rejuvenated as he prepares to box Roy Jones Jr, 51, over eight exhibition rounds in his comeback bout this month.
And afterwards he is even ready to share the ring with the best boxing has to currently offer.
Tyson told Jim Gray: “Man, that would be a novelty.
“Me using my skills, matching my skills now against the best heavyweights in the world, that would be mind-boggling.”

After Tyson announced plans to fight again, he was confronted with several wildcard opponents but eventually chose fellow legend Jones.
Current WBC champion Fury, 32, revealed he was offered £10million by ESPN to face his namesake in a pay-per-view spectacle.
The proposal would collapse but Iron Mike later admitted he was ‘very interested’ in negotiating a deal with Joshua, 31.
Tyson explained his mission to fight again came after ‘gods of war’ revived his passion as he bids to prove age is just a number.

He said: “Old guys, that word don’t even make sense. Old? This is just a new time, a new thinking period in our lives.
“This is what we want to do. Sometimes the gods of war, they revive you and say, ‘You have to do more.’
“Now I wouldn’t do it if I didn’t prepare for this. You know, I box people to see if I’m able to do this stuff, so I can do this stuff.
“[My skills are] good enough for this. Good enough to go eight rounds. I’m exerting myself, and this is going to be pretty interesting.
“I’m interested in waiting to see what happens as well.”

Dogged Martin Murray an inspiration to any young fighter as he aims to make it FIFTH time lucky in world title bout

ANY young fighter seeking inspiration need look no further than Martin Murray.
His tenacity and persistence is an object lesson to those feeling sorry for themselves.

Martin Murray is an inspiration to any young fighter, writes SunSport columnist Colin HartCredit: Getty Images – Getty

American writer Dale Carnegie once said: “Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who have kept on trying when there seemed no hope at all.”
Murray, the former British and Commonwealth middleweight champion, has lived up to every word of those sentiments despite constant disappointments.
In an 11-year career — after his crime-ridden teenage years on Merseyside — Murray has failed no less than four times to become champion of the world, which is enough to have broken the spirit of most men.
But undaunted at 38, he is going to try for an unprecedented FIFTH time when he challenges Billy Joe Saunders for his WBO super-middleweight title at Wembley Arena on December 4.

Murray, who has never done anything the easy way, set out on his world championship adventure nine years ago when he went to Mannheim to meet local idol Felix Sturm, who held the WBA super-middleweight crown.
He ended up getting a draw. Fight folk know if a visitor gets a draw in Germany, it means they won the fight.
I watched it on TV and there’s no doubt Murray was on the receiving end of a good old- fashioned home-town decision.
Undaunted, a couple of years later — knowing he was likely to face extreme crowd hostility and no favours — Murray flew to Buenos Aires to clash with national hero Sergio Martinez for his WBC middleweight belt.

Martinez was so popular he even beat Lionel Messi to win Argentina’s 2012 Sportsman of the Year award.
Not surprisingly Murray, who floored Martinez, was again the victim of a blatant robbery, losing a unanimous points decision in front of 50,000 fanatical fans.
For his third attempt he went to Monte Carlo to take on Gennady Golovkin, who was at his ferocious best.
Murray gave Golovkin plenty of trouble before being stopped in the 11th round.
Attempt No 4 was back in Germany when he moved up to super-middleweight only to lose a split decision to WBO champ Arthur Abraham in Hanover. It was close but this time there were no arguments.
Murray had to overcome a frightening background full of drugs, booze and street violence in and around Liverpool.
He was just ten when he was first arrested, had seven convictions before he was 20 and served four jail sentences prior to turning pro at 25.
Today, he is a dedicated family man who is a role model and mentor to the deprived youngsters where he grew up.

Billy Joe Saunders twice pulled out with battles against Martin due to injury but is now the 1-20 favouriteCredit: News Group Newspapers Ltd
He said: “It was jail, dying or boxing — and I chose boxing.”
Murray was supposed to have fought Saunders on two occasions a couple of years ago — but Billy Joe called it off both times because of injury.
An angry Murray called him a hypocrite and an imposter.
After getting this shot at Saunders, he said: “There was no bad blood between me and Billy Joe — just a lot of frustration after he pulled out twice.”
It would be every bit as romantic as Rocky if Murray manages to beat Saunders next month.
But the stark reality is unbeaten Billy Joe is one of the cleverest boxers on the planet and a massive 1-20 favourite.
Oh well, Martin, there could be a sixth time.

Gervonta Davis allegedly involved in hit and run in hometown Baltimore after ‘celebrating birthday in club’

The lightweight’s representatives told TMZ that they would be making ‘no comment’ on the reports after an accident occurred on Thursday morning.

Baltimore Police have confirmed that a Lamborghini Urus crashed into another car at 1.53am local time.
The luxury car was no longer at the scene when authorities arrived and police have appealed for information on the incident.
Several people are said to have been injured in the crash with one person taken to hospital.
According to Baltimore news outlet WJZ, Davis was behind the wheel of the Lamborghini as it ran a red light.

The 25-year-old was reportedly celebrating his birthday less than a mile from the scene on the night of the accident.
Police have not arrested or charged Davis, who turns 26 on Saturday, at time of writing.

The Baltimore-born star claimed his 24th career victory with a sixth-round knockout of Leo Santa Cruz last weekend.
After the fight, Davis was seen leaving the Texas arena in a Lamborghini Urus, although it is not confirmed to be the same one involved in the crash.

In February of this year, the four-time world champion boxer was charged with battery following an altercation with his ex-girlfriend.
Davis handed himself into police after being seen to grab the throat of Andretta Smothers, the mother of his daughter, at a celebrity basketball game.

Watch Mike Tyson, 54, show off ferocious speed and power in training leaving fans stunned ahead of Roy Jones Jr fight

MIKE TYSON once again showed off his ferocious speed and power in preparation for his fight against Roy Jones Jr.
Brazilian trainer Rafael Cordeiro has continued to give fans a glimpse of Tyson’s training with another explosive video on the pads.

Mike Tyson once again showed off his ferocious speed and power

Tyson is training for his fight against Roy Jones Jr

In the latest clip, Iron Mike throws a rear hand to the body, ducks underneath and comes up with a left hook and right hand combination.
Fans were left hailing Tyson in the comments, as one said: “Beast mode.”
Another said: “He still got it! Champ!”
It comes just after Tyson was captured backing Cordeiro up against the ropes in another drill on the mitts.

Tyson, 54, is set to return to the ring for the first time in 15 years when he faces Jones, 51, in an eight-round exhibition on November 28.
The heavyweight icon has spent his comeback with MMA coach Cordeiro, where he has dramatically transformed his body.
Tyson’s decision to fight again has inspired other retired legends to do the same.
Oscar De La Hoya, now a promoter, is among those, but instead wants to lace up the gloves as a professional again, opposed to in exhibitions.

But the 47-year-old – who has not fought since 2008 – will have a close eye on Tyson’s comeback fight.
And he has even tipped the reformed Baddest Man on The Planet to win, taking Teofimo Lopez’s shock win over Vasily Lomachenko as inspiration.
De La Hoya said on Instagram Live: “Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr what do I think?
“In boxing, and I think Teofimo [Lopez] proved it, is that a good big guy always beats a good small guy.
“It’s always like that, so I’m going to have to go with Tyson.
“But it wouldn’t surprise me if Jones Jr pulls something off – like he always has in his career.”

Adrien Broner released from jail and given until December to pay victim £637k as judge tells him to ‘stay off Instagram’

ADRIEN BRONER has been released from jail and given until December to pay £637,000 to the woman he assaulted – with the judge urging him to ‘stay off Instagram’.
Last year, the boxer, 31, pleaded guilty to assault and unlawful restraint after the victim claimed he lay on her and forced his tongue into her mouth in a Cleveland nightclub.

Broner was jailed for three days after telling the court he had just £10 to his name, before flaunting a huge pile of cash on InstagramCredit: Instagram / @adrienbroner

Broner was originally told to pay £637,456 – £384,010 in punitive damages, £192,005 in compensation and £61,441 in legal fees – following his court case.
But Broner – who has held world titles in four weight classes – failed to meet a number of deadlines, set by Cleveland judge Nancy Margaret Russo, to pay up.
The American fighter filed court documents last month showing evidence that he was unable to pay as he had just £10 to his name.
But, soon after, Broner flaunted a huge pile of money on Instagram, before sharing a video detailing how much cash he’s spent since 2017.

Broner was sentenced to three days in jail after being held in contempt of court.
Having served his time, Judge Russo was quick to slap Broner with a warning – ordered to pay the £637,456 next month or face MORE jail-time.
According to cleveland.com via World Boxing News, Russo said: “This is serious stuff.
“I have the right to hold you in contempt until you answer every single one of these questions.

Broner pleaded guilty to assault last year following an attack on a woman in a nightclub in 2018

“Make life easy on yourself and answer the questions.
“Stay off Instagram. Think about how much trouble Instagram has caused for you. And for what?
“If you think people are not watching your social media, you’re wrong.”
At the time of his sentencing, Russo had claimed: “Mr. Broner has continually defied every court order I’ve given. The jig is up today.”
Broner – who was jailed for seven days in August for violating his probation – has insisted he will be able to pay the woman in 2021.
He claimed he will be fighting for the first time in two years in January, at which time he will be able to pay the judgement in full.
It is not the first time The Problem has been in trouble, either.

He was arrested in 2008 for allegedly intimidating a witness before charges were later dismissed.
Broner pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in 2013 and was also charged with battery in Miami that same year.
He was arrested on a bench warrant stemming from that case in April and the matter remains unresolved.
Broner was then cited for misdemeanour battery after allegedly choking a Las Vegas waitress three years ago.
Also in 2016, he was charged with aggravated robbery in Hamilton County, Ohio, and accused of robbing a bystander at a bowling alley.
Both charges were later dropped as the prosecution’s witness failed to appear in court.
Broner found himself arrested again in 2017 for missing a court appearance connected to a 2014 disorderly conduct and public intoxication arrest.
Then a woman at an Atlanta mall in 2018 claimed Broner ‘touched her butt, thigh, and “private parts” without her permission’.
He was charged with misdemeanour sexual battery, but prosecutors dropped charges due to a lack of evidence.
And in March, he hit the headlines again after going on a vile homophobic rant after a man had allegedly been messaging him.

Kell Brook vows to ‘leave it all in the ring’ against Terence Crawford and bring world title back to UK

BRITISH star Kell Brook has vowed to ‘leave it all in the ring’ as he looks to rip away Terence Crawford’s WBO welterweight belt on November 14.
The 34-year-old knows he must inflict a first professional defeat on the American if he wishes to become a two-time world champion.

Kell Brook has won his last three fights since losing against Errol Spence Jr

Terence Crawford is yet to taste defeat in his 36 fights inside the squared circle

Brook – who has won his last three fights since being stopped by Errol Spence Jr in 2017 – knows he goes into the contest as the underdog.
The Sheffield native’s rival Amir Khan failed in his attempt to beat the three-weight world champion in April 2019.
But the former IBF king has insisted he will ‘make headlines’ as he declared he is bringing the title back to England.
Speaking on The Gary Newbon Sports Show on Punching.TV, he said: “I am going out to find a way to win.

“I am going to follow the gameplan that we come up with and I am just going to go out there with my heart on my sleeve and go out for victory.
“I am going to leave it all in the ring, whatever I have got is going to be left in that ring.
“I’m going to give it my absolute all to bring that world title back to England.”
No fans will be inside the MGM Grand Conference Center due to the coronavirus pandemic.

But Brook has insisted he is not worried about having none of his supporters cheering him on.
He added: “Having a crowd there or not having a crowd there, I am tunnelled in, I am focused in on what we need to do, and that is to win the WBO world welterweight title.
“When I am in that ring and I am looking up at Terence Crawford with the fans cheering or not cheering, I have still got that same job to do.
“It is just me and him in there and it is going to be a ‘pick them’ fight this one because he’s one hell of a fighter and I believe I belong up there as among the best in the world.
“And I have to go out and show the people watching this fight that I am.
“Every second of the fight I am going to be tunnelled in, I am going to be focused to produce the win of my life.”

Mike Tyson’s incredible workout routine that got him shredded aged 54 ahead of comeback fight vs Roy Jones Jr

MIKE TYSON looks in phenomenal shape ahead of his return to boxing at the age of 54.
The American former heavyweight world champion has dusted off the gloves to take on another boxing legend, Roy Jones Jr, on November 28.

Mike Tyson’s incredible bodyweight workout routine

Tyson recently revealed he is at his lightest, leanest and meanest since he was 18 years old, demonstrating terrifying speed and power.
Most would think professional boxers could only get so shredded with seas of weights and gym machinery.
But in fact, at least in his early career, Tyson achieved his chiselled physique using only his bodyweight for resistance.
Rather than pumping iron with thousands of bicep curls and hours of chest pressing, Tyson used just his own natural weight, with very little importance placed on equipment.

This type of exercise – targeting large muscle groups with little machinery – is often called ‘calisthenics’.
In fact, it all sounds too good to be true… until you see just how much the Baddest Man on the Planet did.
Tyson would perform 200 decline sit-ups – where the bench is lowered at an angle to force the body to work harder – 50 bench dips, 50 press-ups and 50 shrugs, according to T3.
That sounds tough enough by itself… but Tyson would perform this workout TEN times per day, six days a week.

Per week, Tyson would therefore rack up 12,000 decline sit-ups, 3,000 bench dips, 3,000 press-ups and 3,000 shrugs.
The only activity there that even requires a weight of any kind are the shrugs – for which Tyson would hold dumbbells, purely for added resistance.
Of course, now Tyson adds a little more to his regime – ensuring he gets plenty of repetitions in on the punch-bag and on the pads, as well as some sparring.
Even then, it’s more about building up muscle stamina rather than brute strength.
Tyson recently confirmed the importance he places on cardio – rather than simply sticking to resistance and weights exercises.
The American claimed: “Cardio has to start, you have to have your endurance to go and do the process of training.
“So something to do is get in cardio, I would try and get two hours of cardio a day, make sure you get that stuff in.”

Tyson has regained his chiselled physique from a carefully-planned regimeCredit: Instagram @cannon_briggs
And, of course, diet is key – with Tyson having to scoff down 3,000 to 4,000 calories per day of what he calls ‘slave food’.
Lean proteins such as chicken and a decent cut of steak, combined with wholegrains such as brown rice are key.
Tyson continued: “You’ve got to make sure you’re eating the right food.
“For me it’s almost like slave food. Doing what you hate to do but doing it like it’s nothing. Getting up when you don’t want to get up.
“That’s what it is. It’s becoming a slave to life.
“Being a slave to life means being the best person you can be, being the best you can possibly be.
“And when you are at the best you can possibly be is when you no longer exist and nobody talks about you. That’s when you’re at your best.”

WHAT IS STEM CELL TREATMENT USED FOR?

Stem cell transplants are carried out when bone marrow is damaged or isn’t able to produce healthy blood cells.
It can also be used to replace damaged blood cells as the result of intensive cancer treatment.
Here are conditions that stem cell transplants can be used to treat:
severe aplastic anaemia (bone marrow failure)
leukaemia – a type of cancer affecting white blood cells
lymphoma – another type of cancer affecting white blood cells
myeloma – cancer affecting cells called plasma cells
certain blood, immune system and metabolic disorders – examples include sickle cell anaemia, thalassaemia, severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) and Hurler syndrome

On top of all that, Tyson revealed he is using stem cell treatment to improve his physical condition.
Stem-cell therapy is the use of stem cells to treat or prevent a disease or condition that usually takes the form of a bone marrow transplantation.
When asked whether that meant his white blood had been spun and put back in, he replied: “Yes.
“As they took the blood it was red and when it came back it was almost transfluid (sic).
“I could almost see through the blood, and then they injected it in me.
“And I’ve been weird ever since, I’ve got to get balanced now.”
With just three weeks to go until his fight with Jones, Tyson will be pushing himself even harder, if that’s even possible, to be ready for action.
