Mike Tyson, 54, shows off hulking body transformation as he counts down days until huge Roy Jones Jr bout

MIKE TYSON has once again shown off the results from his stunning body transformation as he prepares for his comeback fight with Roy Jones Jr.
The boxing legend, 54, looks to be in the shape of his life prior to climbing back between the ropes for the highly-anticipated exhibition bout on November 28.

The American legend has been working hard in the gym for months now after first teasing his comeback in May.
Fans were going wild as he shared footage of himself working out in various video clips and photos.
Now he has provided them with another glimpse of what they can expect by showing off his chiselled physique with a shirtless photo of himself complete with the wearing of his gloves and famous black shorts in the ring.
British boxing star Daniel Subois commented: “Legend in the game.”

Meanwhile Youtuber Jake Paul wrote: “BIGGEST FIGHT OF THE DECADE.”
Tyson, who ripped off his top to reveal his shredded arms and abs to interrupt in an interview with NFL quarterback Russell Wilson last week, retired in 2005 and claimed to have not trained since his last loss, against Kevin McBride 15 years ago.
And he now looks a completely different man from the one seen in 2018, after shedding the pounds and packing on the muscle after taking his return to the ring seriously.
The Baddest Man on the Planet, 54 opened up on his dramatic body transformation earlier this summer – revealing he has shed six stone.

Tyson told TMZ Sports: “At one time I was just 90lbs over weight I was doing cocaine, I was drinking and I said Allah if he can stop me from being this way, I’ll change my whole life.”
“And eventually, I got married, my life started to change, and I started working out.
“My brother in law said, ‘hey listen. I know you don’t want to fight, but would you fight Bob Sapp?
“Somebody wants to offer you a lot of money to fight him. I said, ‘get out of here, I told you I don’t want to fight anymore.”
“And then I thought about it in my mind and went ‘ding’ – I said I would fight [Sapp under the marquess of queensberry rules] and for some reason, it went from Bob Sapp to somebody else, and this guy, and the next thing you know, I’m fighting Roy Jones Jr.
“I don’t know how this happened. I’m just very grateful that I’m not living the life that I was living before. Allah has blessed for me to be able to do this.”

Tyson Fury looks sharp while training with UFC gloves ahead of return after talks in past with Dana White over switch

TYSON FURY has teased an MMA switch again by sharing a clip of him training in UFC gloves.
The Gypsy King swapped his traditional boxing attire for the 4-ounce ones usually worn inside the octagon as he put in some bag work.

UFC middleweight Darren Till has previously enjoyed several training sessions with the 6’7” heavyweight.
Fury has revealed in the past he held talks with Dana White of a switch into the MMA cage.
He said: “I’ve had plenty of conversations with Dana White about potentially having a fight with one of the guys.
“But, at the minute, I don’t need to fight UFC guys.

He continued: “Until then, I don’t need a fight with Francis Ngannou.
“I don’t need Stipe Miocic, Brock Lesnar, whoever. I don’t need these guys to fight in a crossover match right now.
“When I’m finished what I’m doing in my own career, we can look at something like that.”
It would not be the first time he has switched sports – he knocked out WWE star Braun Strowman at last year’s Crown Jewel event.

However, Fury is now preparing for his return to the boxing ring in 2021 after failing to land a fight for next month.

Fury was in line to make his homecoming on December 5 having walked away from his trilogy bout with Deontay Wilder.
But it appears his return to the ring will be pushed back into the New Year.
Fury, 32, tweeted: “The Gypsy King is returning in 2021.
“Only those that have supported me 100% since my comeback will be with me for the glory.”
Fury cancelled a third fight with Wilder after their immediate rematch clause expired last month.
But in a desperate attempt to salvage his crack at redemption, Wilder initiated a mediation with a retired judge set to review his case.
Promoter Frank Warren said the outcome of the dispute should be resolved by next week which looks to have caused a delay in Fury’s next fight.

Fury, 32, convincingly dethroned Wilder, 35, of the WBC title in February, having first drawn with each other in 2018.
They were contracted to a rematch straight after as part of the deal they initially signed.
But as the coronavirus pandemic kept fans away, it did the same for Wilder’s shot at revenge.
As a result, once the stipulation expired, Fury moved on from the trilogy to instead focus on facing Anthony Joshua, 31, twice next year.
He was in line to fight on December 5, with Agit Kabayel, 28, his chosen opponent as a tune up bout but a deal has failed to be agreed in time.

Nigel Benn predicts son Conor will be world champion within next year aged 25 ‘and does not get credit he deserves’

BOXING legend Nigel Benn believes son Conor will be a world champion within a year.
And the Hall of Famer has blasted Conor’s critics and told them to ‘shut up’ and ‘give him a break’.

The 24-year-old has won all 16 of his pro fights, securing 11 KOs on the way.
But in December 2017 Conor was lucky to escape with a points win against Cedrick Peynaud after being floored twice in the first round of six.
He went on to answer those questions emphatically with an easy points win in the rematch less than a year later.
And world success is just around the corner, according to the welterweight’s dad Nigel.

Speaking to Marc Gatford via the MyBettingSites.co.uk blog, Nigel said: “Conor’s got that spitefulness in him.
“By the time he’s 25 he’ll either be world champion or on the right path because that’s when you start getting man strength.
“He’ll have full man strength by the time he’s 25 and he’ll start banging people out
“Just because he was dropped by the Frenchman [Peynaud] twice, they feel Conor’s a bit chinny.

“I got dropped by Anthony Logan, by Michael Watson, I got smacked around by Eubank 30 years ago.
“But who got voted into the hall of fame, who got voted as the best middleweight by the WBC along Calzaghe?
“I got put on my backside but I still went in there and achieved it. And I think Conor can do exactly the same.”
Conor has been described as ‘wild’ by some boxing commentators, who think his style will run him into big problems at world level.

But dad Nigel has blasted the criticism and thinks his son does not get the credit he deserves.
The 56-year-old former two-weight world champ added: “Conor’s fought guys in the top ten, former champions who have fought at top class level.
“He comes in and bangs them out – and yet he does not get the credit.
“One of the commentators was calling Conor ‘wild’, Conor is not wild, I was so p****d off. I thought ‘shut up, give him a break’.
“There’s nothing wild about Conor, he got caught with a shot but he’s not wild. He’s controlled. Once he’s got the measure of them he sets about them.”
Benn fights this weekend when he meets former IBO world welterweight champ Sebastian Formella.
Original interview came via the MyBettingSites.co.uk blog, where you can find all the latest sporting insight and tips.

Floyd Mayweather agrees to fight YouTube star Logan Paul and vows to ‘muzzle’ him like ‘bitch’ Conor McGregor

FLOYD MAYWEATHER has vowed to dish out a beating to YouTube star Logan Paul BEFORE his comeback in Japan.
The American heads to Tokyo next year for a fight with an unnamed opponent on February 28.

Ahead of the comeback, Paul insisted that he could floor Mayweather, 43, in ‘one punch’.
That prompted the multi-weight world champion to agree to ‘muzzle’ the internet sensation just like he did Conor McGregor.
Mayweather tweeted: “These YouTube girls better find some Barbie dolls to play with cause I’m not the one for the kid games.
“Three years ago a fighter from the UFC said my name and I had to put a muzzle on that bitch.

“Logan Paul can get the same treatment before I go conquer Japan again.”
In August 2017, the man dubbed ‘Money’ defeated UFC star McGregor in ten rounds to secure a 50-0 career record.

Paul, on the other hand, has fought professionally only once, in a defeat to online rival KSI last year.
The 25-year-old recently claimed: “If I caught him. If I caught Floyd with one punch, one punch. I would snap the **** in half.

“You know me, I am eight inches taller. I am 40lb heavier.”
Following Mayweather’s rebuttal, Paul came back with a fresh claim that he would be the man to ruin the ring legend’s perfect record.
    He tweeted: “50-1.”
Fans quickly began debating who would win in a fight between arguably the greatest pound-for-pound fighter in history and the YouTuber.

Twitter user David wrote: “If Floyd loses his perfect record to a YouTuber then the boxing world will realize YouTube boxing is a real force to be reckoned with, not just a little stunt for views.”
Another commented: “Call me crazy but I think if Logan hits him with one good shot Floyd would be done but if Logan doesn’t manage to do that he’s definitely getting embarrassed.”
Mohamed joked: “JJ hit you so hard that you think you’re gonna beat Mayweather.”
And hz added: “Jj really hit you that hard huh.”

These YouTube girls better find some Barbie dolls to play with cause I’m not the one for the kid games. 3 years ago a fighter from the UFC said my name and I had to put a muzzle on that bitch. @loganpaul can get the same treatment before I go conquer Japan again.

Tyson Fury’s fingernails ‘were cause of ear bleeding’ as Deontay Wilder makes ANOTHER bizarre excuse for fight loss

DEONTAY WILDER has made yet another bizarre excuse for his loss to Tyson Fury, claiming that the Gypsy King’s gloves were tampered with.
The Bronze Bomber lost his WBC heavyweight crown back in February, after being dominated by Fury in Las Vegas.

But the one-sided nature of the fight hasn’t quelled a stream of excuses that have flowed ever since.
And this time, Wilder, 35, has claimed that dodgy gloves allowed Fury to cut his ears with his fingernails – despite zero evidence.
He told the Last Stand Podcast: “I haven’t yet heard valid proof of how gloves flap all the way back, why your hands were in the middle of the glove, why did my ear have scratches deep inside my ear? Because of your (Fury’s) nails.
“It’s so many different facts and proof that we have. But it just shows the greatness of it.

“I saw in the first fight when Ricky Hatton was pulling down your gloves to put your hand in the improper position.
“Y’all tried the same method the second time, but this time, you scratched flesh out of my ears, which caused my ears to bleed.
“I highly believe you put something hard in your glove. Something the size and the shape of an egg weight. It’s the reason why the side of my face swelled up in an egg-weight form and it left a dent in my face as well.
“But in the midst of it all, you still couldn’t keep this king down. You would have had to kill me. In the end, it took a crab-in-the-bucket referee and a disloyal trainer to throw the towel in just to stop me.”

The ‘disloyal trainer’ Wilder speaks of is Mark Breland, who he officially axed last month.
And Brit heavyweight contender Dillian Whyte was one of many that slammed the decision.
He told Sky Sports: “This guy (Wilder) is just a disgrace. I don’t think we’ll see him in the ring ever again.
    “He’s a coward and a disgrace.
“I think the behaviour he’s shown and the way he’s acting and blaming everyone apart from himself, and getting rid of the only person who knows anything about boxing – it’s weird.”
The mooted trilogy bout between Fury and Wilder is currently up in the air, with the Brit claiming he’s ‘moved on’, but the Bronze Bomber’s team adamant that he is owed a third crack.

Who is Roy Jones Jr’s wife Natlyn Jones? Does the boxing superstar have kids with her?

ROY JONES JR hasn’t fought for over two years but he returns to the ring on November 28 vs Mike Tyson.
The former world heavyweight champion had been called upon by Tyson’s team in the summer to take part in an exhibition bout.

And despite hanging the gloves up not too long ago, Jones Jr wants in on that ring feeling once again.
And wife Natlyn and his three kids will be there every step of the way to watch along.
Who is Natlyn Jones and how old is she?
Natlyn was born on June 3, 1975 in Pensacola, Florida, where Jones Jr grew up too.
Natlyn attended Florida State University and had aspirations of becoming a lawyer before falling head over heels for Jones Jr.

The pair met in the early 2000s, before they began dating and got married. The exact timeline of events isn’t known.
It’s thought the pair had a private ceremony, likely in Florida, where they tied the knot.
Natlyn gave up her dream of becoming a lawyer, however, to be by Jones Jr’s side throughout his career and to raise their kids.

How many kids do they have together?
Natlyn and Jones Jr have three sons together, Roy III, DeShaun and DeAndre.

She gave up her potential career as lawyer in order to help raise her three children with Jones Jr.
In 2019, Natlyn launched her own boxing gym, She Warrior, in 2019, with the aim to empower women’s sport.
Jones Jr’s wife also tried to get into boxing promoting at one point, but never pursued it seriously.

What Natlyn has said about Jones Jr
“Their daddy’s got a big heart,” Natlyn told Bleacher Report about their kids five years ago.
“On the way up? After he won the heavyweight title? I’d guess 95 percent of people reaching out wanted something from him.
“Now things have slowed down a little, but I’d still say 70 percent.
“Everyone thinks how much easier life must get when your boat comes in, but there’s a lot of other stuff you have to be ready for too. Not all of it’s that easy to deal with.
“But I guess going into marrying a professional athlete, you have to know what you’re marrying into. Not that I did.
“I just couldn’t believe how nice he was, and, you know, you fall in love.” More

And it seems the birds are having a calming influence on Tyson as he gets set to return to the ring.
Tyson, 54, posted a video of himself chilling by the pool in the back garden of his luxurious mansion.
Armed with food for his birds, a giddy Iron Mike grins ear-to-ear as he prepares to feed them.
The Baddest Man on the Planet whistles gently, beckoning them to come and take some lunch.

And while many people would flinch at the sight of a flock of pigeons approaching them, Tyson appears totally at ease.
The camera then pans around to a series of cages, housing a number of other birds.
Tyson has always had a love for pigeons, and revealed that it was the honour of one that drew his first punch as a ten-year-old.
He said: “The guy ripped the head off my pigeon. This was the first thing I ever loved in my life, the pigeon.

“That was the first time I threw a punch.
“I have loved pigeons since I was nine. They were my escape.
“I was fat and ugly. Kids teased me all the time. The only joy I had was pigeons.”
Tyson will step into the ring on November 28 for the first time since his 2005 loss to Kevin McBride – as he takes on Roy Jones Jr at Staples Center in Los Angeles.
And Iron Mike has recently shown off his incredible body transformation, having shed six stone and possessing a hulking physique reminiscent of glory days past.
Fans will be hoping that he can summon some of his old magic come fight night.

Conor Benn vs Sebastian Formella: UK start time, live stream, TV channel, undercard for big welterweight clash

CONOR BENN hasn’t fought in over a year – and he’s being welcomed back to the sport with a tough test.
‘The Destroyer’ is undefeated in his pro career so far and could be seen last knocking out Steven Jamoye at the O2 last October.

Conor Benn is 16-0 as a professional and is known for his hand speed and powerCredit: Reuters

Benn was meant to fight again in the spring but coronavirus scuppered those plans – so he’s back this weekend against IBO welterweight titleholder Formella.
Formella dropped a decision to former two-time world champion Shawn Porter in August, so this will be his second fight of the pandemic.
When is the fight taking place?
Conor Benn vs Sebastian Formella will throw down on Saturday, November 21.
The fight will take place at Wembley Arena, where Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom have taken residency with their bubble over the next few weeks.
    What time is the fight?
The action should begin at 7pm UK time, with Benn and Formella’s ring-walks likely to occur around 10pm UK time.
Usually Matchroom put earlier fights on Facebook, with coverage beginning as early as 5pm, but that isn’t the case this time.
What channel is it on and can it be streamed?
Benn vs Formella will be live on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Arena.
You can live stream the action from your NOW TV or Sky Go app on a tablet or mobile device.

    What has been said
Conor Benn: “At the start of lockdown I did say that I would not fight behind closed doors and I was criticised.
“But the criticism came from people who have never got in a ring and risked their life and health for money.

“I have been out of the ring for a year but used the time to learn so much in the gym and improve so why shouldn’t I sit tight and wait for the opportunity I have earned?”

“This time next year I will be British and Commonwealth champion and that is all that is on my horizon right now.
“I am just desperate to reach my full potential.
“I don’t go around saying I am going to be a world champion, I just want to get the absolute maximum out of myself.

“There are a lot of deluded fighters out there and I don’t want to sound like them.” More
