Canelo Alvarez’s amazing lifestyle, including cars worth £8m, dating beautiful women and owning an incredible home

SAUL ‘CANELO’ ALVAREZ’s life of luxury knows no bounds.
The Mexican boxer, who defeated Callum Smith in his last fight, loves fast cars, boasts mega-sponsorship deals, and has dated the world’s most attractive women.

If that’s not enough, the 30-year-old’s projected career earnings could see him join the billionaire boys club – with sporting members including the only man to ever beat him in the ring, Floyd Mayweather Jr, Masters winner Tiger Woods, basketball legend Michael Jordan, and Cristiano Ronaldo.
    Jealous yet? You will be.
LIVING LIFE IN THE FAST LANE
You’ve seen what his old rival Mayweather drives, right?
Well, not wanting to be left behind when it comes to motors, Alvarez boasts an equally as impressive garage full of supercars you’d die for.

Last year, he dropped £2.3m on a Bugatti Chiron – the world’s fastest car on the road.
Only 500 are in existence, and Alvarez joins a select group of owners including Cristiano Ronaldo who can be reassured their investment is well spent, with value in those cars rising yearly.
And that’s not all. You will find parked behind the gates of his Guadalajara mansion a Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series, Lamborghini Aventador, Mustang 500 Eleanor, Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6, Ferrari Testarossa, AMG C64 biTurbo, Rolls Royce Ghost, Ferrari 458 Italia, McLaren P1, Porsche 911 GT3 and a Lamborghini Gallardo (Renazzo Vorsteiner edition).
Total value of all that lot? Around £8.3m.

    GIRLS, GIRLS, GIRLS
Being a successful sports star is a big pull, especially when it comes to attracting the opposite sex.
And Alvarez has dated some of the world’s most beautiful women – from a former Miss Universe to an actress who was mates with a drug baron to Colombian footballer James Rodriguez’s current flame.
In 2012, he wined and dined TV star Kate del Castillo, who is 18-years his senior.
Referring to their sex life during a chat show interview, she revealed: “There were some strong rounds and yes, there were sometimes knockouts.”
Continuing to speak in boxing metaphors, she added: “He was the first to hit the canvas and ask for his corner to throw in the towel.”
Incredibly, del Castillo’s name would come up again in 2015 as an intermediary between former leader of the Sinaloa Cartel Joaquin ‘El Chapo’ Guzman and Sean Penn, four years after her split with Alvarez.
She introduced ‘El Chapo’ to the Hollywood star after the drug lord escaped from a maximum-security prison in Mexico, and a huge TV interview followed.
Before del Castillo there was Marisol Gonzalez, who competed in the 2003 Miss Universe beauty pageant.
So loved up, they were engaged following a whirlwind nine-month romance in 2010. However, their love didn’t last and they called off the engagement a year later.

In 2017, Alvarez wooed Venezuelan stunner Shannon de Lima, a runner up in the ‘Miss Earth Venezuela Pageant’ in 2005, after she divorced Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband Marc Anthony.
Then, he got into a on/off relationship with Fernanda Gomez, and they welcomed a daughter called Maria Fernanda last year.
They are currently still together, but live a very private life.
    HIS DIGS
Currently living in Guadalajara, where he was born, Alvarez has always valued his privacy, so not much is known about the current property he owns.
His previous home in Del Mar, San Diego, California was tucked away in a gated community.
Only when it was listed for sale in 2015 did we get a window into his life of wealth.
The 11,970-square-foot mansion was sold for around £6m, and featured six bedrooms, high-ceilings, raised wooden beams over the living room, a massive library and an ocean view.
To entertain guests and his entourage, he also had a game room with a built-in bar.

    THE APPLE OF HIS EYE
Despite his reputation as a ladies’ man, and someone who loves to live the high-life, family is important to the redheaded fighter.
His eldest daughter Emily Cinnamon Alvarez, 12, is the most important person in the world to him.
That’s why, before he took on Gennady Golovkin in their 2018 rematch, he got a tattoo of her image on his arm, just so she could be in the ring with him.
But mystery shrouds the young girls’ mother.
Mexican tabloid Clase claimed Emily was born from a relationship that Alvarez had in high-school with a young woman named Karen Beltran when they were 17-years-old.
There are no public photos of Beltran, who has managed to stay away from the media.
Clase also claimed the pair share their daughter.

    SPONSORS KEEP ON COMING
Alvarez is one of the highest-paid athletes in the world.
While he doesn’t have the outrageous personality of his contemporary Mayweather Jr, or the knockout factor of Muhammad Ali, DAZN thought he was a worthy investment.
They offered him around £277 million for 10 fights to be streamed exclusively by them, but he recently backed out of the deal and is suing them.
Despite his rather bizarre fashion choices, once flying in a private jet in a panda suit, he’s a poster boy for advertisers too.
Alongside basketball whizz Steph Curry, Alvarez fronts campaigns for sportswear giant Under Armour, peddling their boxing range.

Add to that deals with Cognac house Hennessy, beer company Tecate, and Everlast, it’s clear that Alvarez is rolling in it.
And according to experts, it won’t be long before the orthodox brawler progresses from millionaire to billionaire.
    Still not jealous?

Jake Paul reveals he suffered 15-minute anxiety attack after KOing Nate Robinson and opens up over mental health battle

JAKE PAUL suffered a 15-minute anxiety attack after knocking out Nate Robinson and opened up on his previous mental health battle.
Paul enhanced his pro record to two knockouts in as many fights last November as he left Robinson out cold and into a meme.

The brutal right hand that left the ex-NBA star, 36, flattened happened just moments before Mike Tyson made his comeback 15-years since retiring.
Even for an internet sensation like Paul, such unprecedented attention on the global stage proved too much to comprehend at first.
He told SunSport: “After my fight, it was like, sort of like 10 to 15 minutes after my fight.
“My most recent fight, I had a panic attack, I was just like walking and I like, needed to, like, sit down, cuz I was just, like, overwhelmed with emotions.

“And like, it was like my anxiety built up. And like, I don’t know, I just literally had to sit down and like, take a couple deep breaths.
“And I was like panicking and everyone was calling me. I was just like, Oh, my God, this is like, too much to deal with right now.”
The 24-year-old is not afraid to talk about his private problems and hopes more open conversations can be had by those facing the same struggles.
He said: “For sure, and I think being vulnerable is something that this generation needs to, you know, embrace.

BET OF THE DAY: GET THE BEST FOOTBALL PRICES ON THE MARKET WITH OUR EXPERT ADVICE

“And it’s OK to, you know, be different or it’s okay that I have a panic attack.
“I like what, regardless of what’s going on, it’s okay to feel the way you’re feeling and like you said, there’s different ways of coping with it.
“It just finding out what, what works best for you.”
Paul has been in the public eye since the age of 16, when he burst onto the social media scene with older brother Logan, now 25, on Vine.
He later found fame and fortune through his YouTube channel which boasts just over 20MILLION subscribers currently.
Paul has landed himself in hot water in the past for his viral videos, and admitted he was hated by his neighbours before moving out of Los Angeles.

The 2-0 boxer has since moved to Miami to focus on his fighting career and eliminate any distractions.
As he admitted to struggling with personal demons before as he continues to life his life in the public eye.
Paul, who fights Ben Askren in his third pro contest on April 17, explained: “There’s been some dark times in my journey, you know.
“There’s been times where I just felt like the whole world was against me, I just felt like I was never going to see anything positive.
“And I’ve dealt with anxiety, I’ve dealt with, like, all of that emotion and doubted myself.

“And I’m the type of person that overthinks and just beat myself up over stuff. And so I deal with that on a day to day basis.
“And I deal with, you know, trying to become the best version of myself and when you have anxiety just feels like it can weigh you down.
“And it’s an inhibitor, it inhibits your life in all aspects from relationships to business.
“So it’s not easy, and I think, you know, our generation experiences a lot of it because of social media and everything that’s out there.
“So, I like to talk about it as much as possible.
“And I think, all you can do is just let it be a part of your life and embrace it as much as possible versus trying to run away from it.”

Josh Warrington given oxygen after suffering shock first defeat against Mauricio Lara in sickening KO at Wembley Arena

JOSH WARRINGTON was stunned by a sickening shock KO loss that leaves his world title dreams in tatters.
The Leeds hero, 30, relinquished his IBF featherweight title earlier this month to help him secure major fights in the summer so he was overlooking unknown Mexican Mauricio Lara.

Lara landed some monster blows to leave Warrington shellshockedCredit: ©Dave Thompson/Route One Ltd

And he was punished with two horrible knockdowns in the fourth and ninth rounds and needed oxygen to recover.
Sky Sports confirmed the battered Brit was examined by the ringside medics and they were happy with his health.
But he was transported from Wembley arena to hospital for more checks.
Rusty Warrington was warned over an accidental low blow in the opening minute and was tagged by a couple of shots by the 22-year-old Mexican underdog.

When the Brit leaned forward to throw his right hand, Lara found success with the uppercut.
The second was a firefight, both 9st men planted their feet and unloaded but neither were wobbled by the whacks to head and body.
Warrington usually packs out the Leeds arena for raucous nights and he seemed to struggle in the silence and empty Wembley arena without a full football crowd roaring him on.
The Yorkshireman was rocked to his boots in the final minute of the fourth and smashed to the deck for an eight count.

A skull-shattering left hook robbed him of his senses and he somehow stayed upright for a few seconds.
But another attack sent him crashing to the canvas and he was lucky not to be pulled out by referee Howard Foster.

The shell shocked Brit was dazed and confused throughout the fifth, clinging on to Lara with his legs betraying him.
But a rasping right hand found Lara’s granite chin before the bell ended the heart-in-mouth session.
Warrington told his dad and trainer Sean in the break that he was struggling with a shoulder injury and he had an ice bag on the left joint.
Lara arrived in London with two defeats on his limited record, including his 2015 debut but he was a spiteful puncher who stunned the heavy home favourite.
At the end of the sixth Warrington was hurt again and even when he enjoyed success in the seventh with a few combinations, his legs still looked like jelly.
In the eighth Warrington landed some crisp combinations but they were almost always countered by the visitor’s wild power punches.
A huge right hand and left hook stunned him again and he was battered to the floor and into tears.
The heartbroken father of two twin girls who celebrate their third birthday on Sunday needed oxygen but left the ring on his feet having recovered.

After the fight, Lara said: “It was a great night, I am really happy for my family and all the people back in Mexico.
“We worked really hard for it, we were confident because we believed we could do it.
“In the fourth I did not want to tire myself out because we knew he was No1 in the world for a reason.
“I go away happy but there is a little bit of sadness because I do not get the world title belt but hopefully that will come later.
“I want to get home to my family to celebrate with them.”
Stunned promoter Eddie Hearn said: “That is why this is the best sport in the world.
“No one gave Mauricio Lara a chance, we knew he could punch but we did not think he would beat the No1 featherweight in the world.
“Josh never recovered from that fourth round, he showed tremendous bravery to last that long.
I will never know how he lasted beyond the fourth.
“It is a crushing blow for Josh Warrington, we wanted to talk about a return to Leeds with massive fights but now we are back to the drawing board.
“He will want the rematch but he needs a long rest, he might need medical attention because it was a brutal, brutal fight.
“Josh needs to come to terms with the devastating defeat but he will come again.”

British boxing’s first show of 2021 was spoiled before the main event even started.
Manchester super-featherweight Zelfa Barrett was bullied for ten of the 12 rounds he shared with Spanish veteran Kiko Martinez.
The visitor celebrated at the final bell, with the Brit looking distraught and bruised.
But all three judges scored in favour of the 27-year-old Englishman, two with cards of 118-111, leaving Eddie promoter Eddie Hearn embarrassed.
“It was very close but 118-111 is absolutely disgusting for Martinez,” Hearn said about two of the woeful scores.
“If Zelfa won, he won it by one or two rounds. 118-111 does nobody any favours.
“How will we bring world-class fighters to this country with scorecards like that?
“After all that effort Martinez might as well have boxed off his back foot and had an easy night.”

Barrett is planting his feet and firing more combinations.

    TOUGH CALL
How will the judges see this if it goes the distance?

    ROUND NINE
Barrett thunders in an uppercut and left hook but Martinez pays no notice to the assault.
Martinez’s visiting corner is getting louder and more confident.
Barrett plants his feet and fires shots into Martinez’s ribs and guard in a much-need burst of success.
Barrett has probably nicked that round and he really needed it.

    ROUND EIGHT
Another heavy left hand scores from Martinez as Barrett continues to struggle.
Despite being the far smaller man, Martinez is bullying the home favourite.
Barrett was boasting about his good looks before the fight but his face is badly marked up now.

    ROUND SEVEN
Barrett’s young career hinges on these final few rounds.
Martinez was supposed to be a gatekeeper for Barrett to beat on the way up to a world title.
Ringside pundit Dave Coldwell has it level or one round up to Martinez.
Barrett has a cut above his right eye now too.

    ROUND SIX
Barrett misses wildly with a left hook.
But the Manchester man’s jab is piercing and keeps prodding at Martinez’s face.
Another leaping left hook scores on Barrett but does not stun him as the round ends.

    ROUND FIVE
Barrett ended the fifth by walking Martinez on to a right hook.
But Martinez lands a meaty left hook and Barrett’s legs stiffen.
Martinez is tucking up and thudding shits into Barrett, growing in confidence all the time.
Martinez is now bleeding from his nose but he remains relentless.

    ROUND FOUR
Martinez ducks even lower and Barrett clips him with an uppercut.
The Alicante man does not stop marching forward and stalking.
A whipped left hook beats Barrett’s guard but doesn’t hurt the Englishman who is letting rounds slip away.

Joe Joyce thinks Oleksandr Usyk will have ‘no problem’ travelling to UK as boisterous fans will make him feel at home

JOE JOYCE is happy to concede home advantage to Oleksandr Usyk in his own city if it means getting the fight on.
The 35-year-old Juggernaut’s masterful November win over ‘Dynamite’ Daniel Dubois elevated him to No 2 with the WBO and he is in talks over a spring fight with the undisputed cruiserweight king.

Promoter Frank Warren has opened up talks with the southpaw’s team but, without guaranteed big money from live gates, negotiations are expected to drag on.
But Usyk, who won 2012 Olympic gold in London, has not boxed in Kiev since 2015 and Putney man Joyce knows he will have no fear of signing up for a British battle.
The pair last clashed in 2013 at York Hall as amateurs and Joyce remembers the atmosphere Usyk fans created in the 1,200-seater hall for his loss.
Joyce said: “The WBO now has him as No 1 and me as No 2 so it is the natural progression that we fight each other.

“Especially if Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury are working on fighting each other, probably a couple of times.
“The WBO is backing it, they want to make the fight and the fans want to see it happen.
“I know Usyk has a lot of support in the UK and he has never been afraid of travelling.
“I remember fighting him in the World Boxing Super Series in East London and it felt like I was in the Ukraine.

    How the stars match up

“It seems like every Ukrainian based in the UK comes out to support their guy when they compete so, if fans are allowed in by the time we meet, the atmosphere will be great.
“His fans bring drums, they sing and shout so I am sure he will have no problem fighting here.”
Dubois revealed last week he has split with trainer Martin Bowers, to rebuild his career with Mark and Jimmy Tibbs.
Following the spiteful build-up to the clash that ended with Dubois surrendering with a cracked eye socket, Joyce could have rubbed salt into DDD’s wounds.
But he only wishes the best for his former foe. Joyce said: “He is young and he will come again.
“If his appetite to keep training and learning and improving is still there, then he will be chasing down world titles again soon.
“He didn’t do a lot wrong, and felt his power, but I had more stamina to get the win.
“We had our differences, we settled them and now I wish him all the best.”

Andy Ruiz Jr to face Chris Arreola in comeback fight as Anthony Joshua’s old foe hails Tyson Fury as his inspiration

ANDY RUIZ JR will begin his comeback trail on his way back to the top against Chris Arreola in the spring.
The former heavyweight champion of the world hasn’t fought since his defeat to Anthony Joshua in December 2019.

Andy Ruiz, left, is fit and ready to jump back into the ring

Ruiz Jr, 31, is out with a point to prove after he was ridiculed for being overweight and unfit in his rematch against AJ.
The Mexican stunned the world when he stole the Brit’s three title belts in June 2019 before waving the white flag six months later.
He has since undergone a dramatic body transformation and looks in fighting shape to cause further upsets in the heavyweight division.
According to Boxing News 24, talk over fighting 39-year-old Arreola is set to end with both fighters ready to sign a contract.

Arreola last fought in August 2019 and lost to Polish fighter Adam Kownacki.
If Ruiz Jr wins, he is likely to land another big-name fight such as Dillian Whyte, Alexander Povetkin or Daniel Dubois.
Meanwhile Ruiz Jr is taking inspiration from Tyson Fury’s comeback to salvage his reputation, according to his trainer.
Fury overcame depression, drug and alcohol addiction and weight issues before getting his hands on the WBC title belt from Deontay Wilder.

Jorge Capetillo told Sky Sports: “It would be huge for me, professional and personally, if they could share the gym, share a chat, share how their families are.
“It would be positive motivation for Andy.
“Andy knows that Tyson has also taken care of me. Andy speaks highly of Tyson. They share the same faith too.
“Andy, like Tyson, is a man of faith and family. We all make mistakes. They have a good feeling for each other.

“This is what life is about. We make mistakes, we fall down, but we have to get up and move forwards.
“A fighter never loses because they get knocked down. They lose because they don’t get up.
“I want Andy to prove to himself that it was not a lucky shot.
“Because it was not lucky, let me tell you, because Joshua went down but got back up. Joshua didn’t run. But you saw what happened.
“I would love to see Andy as a champion again.”

Floyd Mayweather claims why ‘beef’ with rapper 50 Cent started amid bizarre row over company and ‘skint’ allegations

BOXING legend Floyd Mayweather says 50 Cent fell out with him because he wouldn’t ‘give him half of his company’.
The two global megastars have been at loggerheads since 2012, having previously been great friends.

Mayweather has previously said the fall-out was down to business disagreements.
But speaking to the Champside podcast, the retired undefeated boxer elaborated on some of the finer details.
Talking about his former friend, the 43-year-old said: “You can’t hang out with me every day for years then all of a sudden if I don’t give you half of my company you’re like ‘you’re dumb, you’re stupid, you can’t do this and you can’t do that’.
“But if I can’t do all these things, why are you hanging around with me? That’s all I’m trying to add.

“If I’m such a person that doesn’t know certain things, and I’m not that sharp, why you want to be around with me every day.”
In February this year rapper 50 Cent claimed Mayweather needed to return to boxing as he had “run out of money”.
Mayweather officially walked away from the ring in 2017 after beating UFC star Conor McGregor in a lucrative crossover bout.
50 Cent – real name Curtis Jackson – told Hot 97: “I think he got to right now because the money’s gone.

“It’s fight, get the money, spend the money, fight.
“With the lifestyle that money’s gone. Trust me. Now it’s like if you call him he’ll be at your local nightclub because he needs that action right now.”
    Mayweather’s spending habits are notorious.
He has a car collection worth millions that includes FOUR Rolls Royces and two Bugattis – both worth in excess of £1m each.
Money also loves his bling and reportedly spent just under £1m on a diamond encrusted Hublot watch during a shopping trip in Dubai.
And in his own typical style, Mayweather explained that he is living the most comfortable of lives.

He added: “My thing is this. This is the truth.
“Right now today, I could sit in my house and do nothing for the rest of my life and I would still collect money every week until the casket closed.”
50 Cent was once a valued member of Mayweather’s circle with the pair inseparable.
But their recent online feud traces back to 2012, when Mayweather was released from prison.
Jackson claimed he was owed money by the boxer having taken care of the fighter’s promotional banner.
Despite the back and forths between the two, Mayweather said the beef was totally random and he never put a foot wrong with the American artist.
