The exhibition match is set to be screened on Showtime pay-per-view.
Mayweather said in an Instagram post: “Logan Paul and I are going to fight at Hard Rock Stadium. Mayweather Promotions, Fanmio and Showtime will team up to give you an epic event.”
The fight was originally scheduled for February 20 but it was postponed due to Covid-19-related restrictions that wouldn’t allow a full stadium.
The five-time world champion must weigh in under 160 pounds and Paul under 190 pounds, according to the fighting terms. No details were mentioned about how many rounds there will be.
The result of the fight will not count toward Mayweather’s record because it’s an exhibition match. But Tyson still thinks it will be a whitewash with Paul no match for ‘Money’.
    MIKE TYSON
Iron Mike did not let the fact Logan was sitting across from his stop him from predicting a serious beating for the online personality.
He said: ““Floyd’s gonna beat his f****** a**. But it’s gonna be good. It’s gonna be good, he’s gonna fight back though!”

The fight has been rescheduled to June 6

    DANA WHITE
UFC chief White has no time for YouTubers pretending to be elite athletes.
But he still offered up his opinion when asked about Paul’s chances.
And he thinks it will be a ‘bad’ night for the 26-year-old.
White said: “Listen, I understand these kids want to make some money and they do what they got to do and they say what they got to say to try to get in there and make money.
“This is gonna be such a one-sided, ridiculous a**-whooping, it’s not even going to be funny. It’s going to be bad.
“If Floyd Mayweather really shows up and goes in and fights this kid, it’s going to be an a**-whooping nobody has ever seen before.
“Logan is going to find out what speed is. Speed is power. And when you get hit with s*** that you don’t see coming and when a guy like Floyd Mayweather starts putting it on you, it’s not even going to be a fight.
“It’s going to be ridiculous. It’s going to be the worst a**-whooping you have ever seen. Take the size difference and all the other things, it’s going to look like what a grown man could do to his kid.”

    JOE ROGAN
Podcasting guru and former MMA fighter Rogan, 53, failed to predict what will happen in the ring but reckons former wrestler Paul would have a chance in the octagon.
Speaking on the Joe Rogan Experience, he said: “One thing I will tell you – Logan Paul is a really good athlete and he’s an enormous man.
“Now if it was an MMA fight, I would pick Logan Paul. Listen to me – there’s a video of Logan Paul wrestling with Paulo Costa. It’s a real, live wrestling sparring session where he is exhibiting real skill. He knows how to scramble, he’s got real wrestling skill.
“I don’t care what anybody says – what I saw in that, I’m like that kid is impressive.”
    KSI
Paul’s YouTube and former boxing rival KSI was not happy about the fight between Paul and Mayweather.
The Brit beat Paul in his boxing debut and reckons ‘Money’ should be fighting him instead.
He said on his YouTube channel: “This ain’t happening.
“Why the f*** would Mayweather say yes to this? Why would he fight the loser of me and Logan?
“I was A-side for both fights. Surely Mayweather would just want to fight the winner of me vs Logan, it just makes more sense.
“Logan Paul can’t sell tickets like me.
“So why would Mayweather want to fight second best when he could just easily fight the best?”

🥊 MAYWEATHER VS LOGAN PAUL: Where will the fight take place, what TV channel and live stream will it be on?
    FLOYD MAYWEATHER
The legendary American is not fazed by criticism of the event and any negative impact it is having in his legacy.
And he said: “This is going to be a great night for the fans worldwide.
“I’ve never shied away from doing things differently throughout my career and fighting Logan Paul in this special exhibition is just another opportunity for me to do it again.”
    LOGAN PAUL
Paul has been careful to play down his chances but is excited to go head-head-to-head with the middleweight icon.
He said: “I’m always searching for the ultimate challenge and it’s a dream to go toe-to-toe with the greatest boxer alive.
“I am ALL IN, the world could witness the greatest upset in the history of sports.”

Tommy Fury tells Jake Paul ‘my mother would chin Ben Askren’ and slams YouTuber for acting ‘like Floyd Mayweather’

TOMMY FURY has hit back at YouTube boxer Jake Paul by claiming his mother could have beaten his last opponent Ben Askren.Fury, the brother of heavyweight champion Tyson, has also told Paul to stop ‘going on like he’s Floyd Mayweather’.

Fury and Paul have been linked with a fight against one another for some timeCredit: PA:Press Association
Paul knocked out MMA star Askren in just one minute in Atlanta earlier this month as he moved to 3-0 as a professional.
And Paul has now come out publicly to state he will not take a 50/50 split with Fury as ‘the only reason people know of him is because of me’.
Fury has now responded to those comments and pulled no punches in his assessment of the YouTube star.
Speaking to talkSPORT, he said: “Make no mistake, it doesn’t matter to me whether my name’s linked with his because his name’s nothing to me.
“I’m a fighting man, I’m a boxer, so why do I care about a YouTuber? It doesn’t come into my world.
“So the fact that he’s come over to my world, he’s shouting his mouth about and he wants to insult me, let’s get in the ring, let’s do it.
“Me and him have had the same amount of fights. I’m not no big, great Olympian who’s won a gold medal and had 50,000 amateur fights.
“On paper we’re the same, so if he wants to be cocky and go on like he’s Floyd Mayweather, come and fight me.

“And if you don’t, stop using the Fury name to gain relevance in the boxing world.”
Fury is 5-0 as a pro but is yet to really test himself against any quality opponent.
And he insists that Paul would simply be another easy victory for him to add to his record, one he would be more than happy to sign up to.
He added: “It’s a play-about for me. It’s a good fight for the fans, everyone wants to see him get annihilated, it’d give me a bit more exposure.
“Just send the contracts over, get in touch and we can make the fight no problem.
“It’s not no big thing that needs to be talked about for a year long, it’s not a big fight like Anthony Joshua vs Tyson, it’s not on that level.
“We’ll take the fight. If he sent the contract over tonight, it’d be signed and delivered straight back to him.
“All I see for that fight is easy money against an idiot.
“He makes YouTube videos for a living, he hasn’t been hit in his face in his entire life, he doesn’t know what it’s like to take a shot.
“I’d put my mother in with Ben Askren and my mother would chin him because he’s no good, he’s useless, he’s a wrestler.
“UFC is not boxing. If you’re gonna fight an MMA fighter you may as well fight a chef out of a kitchen because they can’t fight, they can’t stand up.”

Jake Paul vs Kamaru Usman tale of the tape: How YouTuber and UFC P4P star compare ahead of possible fight

JAKE PAUL has set his eyes on a showdown with reigning UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman. The YouTuber turned boxer was cageside for The Nigerian Nightmare’s destruction of Jorge Masvidal at UFC 261 last weekend.

Usman, 33, revealed he’s interested in facing the social media star in an interview with TMZ.
After getting wind of the UFC star’s comments, Paul said: “Challenge accepted.
“@USMAN84kg if your boss Dana gives you permission to box me and make more money than you ever have, let me know and we can lace them up.
“I promise it will be your biggest pay day.”
But how do the pair stack up against one another?
Well, with both men seemingly keen on sharing the ring with one another, SunSport has taken the liberty to break down the pair’s respective records.

    Age
Father Time is on Paul’s side as he is 24 years old, while the dominant Usman is 33.
Usman, however, is still very much at the peak of his powers and has shown no sign of slowing down any time soon.
Usman will celebrate his 34th birthday on May 11.

    Experience
Paul has significantly more professional boxing experience to his name than Usman having had three sanctioned fights to the UFC star’s zero.
But when it comes to overall combat sports experience, Usman’s dwarves Paul’s.
Usman, Africa’s first UFC champion, has had 20 professional mixed martial arts fights during his nine-year career.

    Physical
The brash Paul, who made waves last weekend at UFC 261, is an inch taller than Usman at 6’1.
But the pair both have the same reach, with their arms extending 76 inches.
Somewhat surprisingly, Usman walks around one pound lighter than Paul, who tipped the scales at 191lbs (13ST 6lbs) for his showdown with Ben Askren earlier this month.
But the Nigerian-American’s muscle-bound physique blows Paul’s out of the water.

    Form
Paul is currently on a three-fight win streak having won all of his outings via TKO.
Usman, meanwhile, has won his last 18 fights in a row – with 14 of those wins coming inside the UFC octagon.
And the former Sanford MMA standout has won three of his last four fights by way of KO or TKO.

Paul is now 3-0 in his short boxing career but is certainly not shy in mixing it up with the big boys.
And with space in his diary for another fight this year, he is eager to get one star to bite.
Diaz fights Leon Edwards next month but Paul wants to ensure he’s next in order to land his dream scrap with Conor McGregor.
Speaking to ESPN, the 24-year-old said: “I think people will immediately write me off but they’re going to tune into watch.
    “It’s two massive names and it’s a massive pay-per-view.
“When people see me obliterate him (Diaz), their jaws are going to drop, they’re not going to know how to react and they’re going to think it’s rigged again.
“At that moment in time, I’ll be undeniable to fight Conor McGregor because I beat the guy who beat him.
“The Jake Paul vs Conor fight is a massive fight so I’m like why wait? I don’t need to be in this sport forever, I don’t need 100 fights so why wait, let’s do it right away.”

Already this week Paul has called out UFC welterweight king Kamaru Usman after he demolished Jorge Masvidal.
Usman was added to the growing list of fighters name-dropped by Paul including Tyron Woodley, Khabib Nurmagomedov and Daniel Cormier.
His most likely opponent is Tommy Fury after confirming talks are underway.

Chris Eubank Jr vs Gennady Golovkin tale of the tape: Fighters compared as Brit targets first GGG stoppage

CHRIS EUBANK JR returns to the ring for the first time in more than a year this Saturday night as he takes on fellow Brit Marcus Morrison. But the fight the 31-year-old is striving towards more than any other is a clash against legendary middleweight Gennady Golovkin.
The tale of the tape between Chris Eubank Jr and Gennady Golovkin
The pair nearly met way back in 2016 before negotiations broke down and Kell Brook stepped in to fight Golovkin.
Now five years on, Eubank will feel with the Kazakh rapidly approaching 40 that it is the perfect time to claim a huge scalp.
Eubank possesses a high profile but he is still searching for a marquee win that will announce him as a serious world level contender.
Could Golovkin be a case of right place, right time?
SunSport takes a look at the stats of both men below:
    AGE
Golovkin is 39 and widely considered to be coming towards the end of his career.
Eubank is eight years younger than his adversary and is also the fresher of the two fighters.

Golovkin is one of the most experienced middleweight world champions of all-timeCredit: Getty
    EXPERIENCE
Golovkin has had far more experience than Eubank as both an amateur and professional.
He had 21 more contests than Eubank as an amateur and has been a pro five years longer.
Golovkin has been fighting world title fights for the last 11 years and held a version of the middleweight belt for a staggering eight years before losing to Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez in September 2018.
Meanwhile, Eubank’s only legitimate world title fight came in defeat to George Groves in 2018.
Golovkin’s punching power means he remains a seriously dangerous heavyweightCredit: Getty
    PHYSICAL
There is no doubting the fact that Golovkin has begun to show signs of ageing in his last couple of fights.
Against Sergiy Derevyanchenko in October 2019 he only managed to squeak out the victory by split decision, a result many felt was controversial.
With that being said, Eubank has not fought since December 2019 and even that contest only lasted a little more than one round.
So the Brit’s last majorly competitive bout came against James DeGale in February 2019.
As a result, there is no way of knowing whether Eubank’s inactivity could lead to ring rust or a drop off in performance.

    What’s been said?
Eubank Jr on Golovkin: “Gennady Golovkin is at the top for the simple fact that I’ve been trying to get that fight for years. I know I can beat him.
“The fight was pretty much made a few years back and it slipped through my fingers.
“It’s always bothered me, it’s always been a regret of mine. I wouldn’t want to finish my career not having fought him.
“And he has a middleweight world title. Simple. On top of all that.”
    EXPERTS SAY
Ex-fighter Barry McGuigan speaking earlier this year on Eubank’s chances against Golovkin: “IBF king GGG is a good fight for him. He’s 38 years old now.
“No matter how good you are, after the number of fights he has had as an amateur and pro, he is not getting better.
“Victory over GGG opens the door to big unification bouts.”

Liam Williams inspired to land world title and name son after ring icon following brave Demetrius Andrade defeat

LIAM WILLIAMS may have lost his terrifying image but is still inspired to land a world title and name his son after a boxing icon. The Welsh middleweight went to America last week to take on WBO champion Demetrius Andrade and put on a fearless performance before being denied on points.

In the build-up the Clydach warhorse had terrorised the American but at the final bell they embraced and Williams praised the deserved champion in a touching scene.
But the 28-year-old, with the bulldog named in honour of boxing icon Miguel Cotto,  is only taking another week off to help his pregnant partner prepare for their May arrival before getting right back in the world title mix.
The two-weight British champ told SunSport: “My missus is due in four weeks so I will have another week off now before I start training again, to make up for the time I have been away.
“But then I will be front and centre in the delivery room for the birth.
“We have decided on a name but I don’t want anyone to know – it might be boxing related – but I will be giving nothing away yet.
“Then I will get back into training again, Andrade told me I had earned his respect, he said I was his hardest fight and he told me he thinks I will become a world champion. So I don’t feel I need to drop down too far to rebuild.”
Undefeated southpaw Andrade and Williams hugged away the bad blood after the final bell.Credit: Getty Images – Getty
Williams’ welcome-home party was a beautiful scene too as people lined the street – some in their hi-vis work clothes and pyjamas – and the cuddle and kiss from daughter Myla made the hardman cry.
And the no-nonsense banger has been caught off guard by the pre and post-fight support he earned from friends, family and total strangers.
“My missus and sister arranged the party so it was a proper personal one, everyone who was there I have known for so long and it meant a lot,” he said.
“To be honest I wasn’t really in the mood for a party because I didn’t come back with the belt and I felt a bit s*** to be honest. So I didn’t let it last too long but it was a great thing to come home to.
“I haven’t been on social media really to catch up on the support and kind comments, I have just tried to spend time with my missus and daughter, but people have told me there was great support for me.
“I am not one for the fame or publicity so it has been a bit unexpected and that probably makes it even nicer.”

Williams has fancied a domestic slugfest with 31-year-old Chris Eubank Jr for yonks but has been dismissed by the second-generation fighter, who makes his UK comeback on May 1 after two years away.
But the Dominic Ingle-trained ace hopes his impressive US mission helps to lure Eubank Jr in, instead of scaring him off.
He said: “Chris Eubank moving back to the UK to fight could help us set up that but I have been chasing that one for a while and he doesn’t want to know.
“Now I have gone over there and taken an undefeated world champion the distance he can’t really ignore me but that performance might have scared him off.
“Andrade seemed to suggest he will move up in weight now so the WBO belt could become vacant and I feel I earned the right to fight for that again. So if someone like Jaime Mungia fancies that fight, I am up for it.”

And The Gypsy King is seemingly trying to set up a match with McIntyre by constantly direct messaging him.
The Scot told The Big Issue: “Tyson Fury is stalking me. It’s the most bizarre sentence.
“I’d wake up every day and I’ve got another message on social media from Tyson Fury. Maybe I should answer him.
“The UK deserves a significant pay-per-view. It’s such an incredible fanbase, a huge audience, they’re so passionate.”
McIntyre, 35, would love to throw down with Fury in a blockbuster UK event.
He said: “There hasn’t been a huge show since 1992 when we sold out Wembley Stadium with over 80,000 people.

The first instalment of the pair’s two-fight series – which will be worth a whopping £500million – is set to take place in Saudi Arabia.
July 24 is currently the date earmarked for the long-awaited Battle of Britain, although the fight could end up taking place in August.
But Fury’s co-promoter Bob Arum is starting to have his doubts.
The 89-year-old told Boxing Scene: “Maybe we’ll breathe some life into Wilder, and Fury will fight Wilder and Joshua will fight (WBO mandatory challenger Oleksandr) Usyk.
“Eddie Hearn is busy trying to sell the London Bridge.
“Let me tell you – last time I talked to Eddie was early last week and he said he was going to have a signed agreement from the Saudis in 24 hours. Well, he’s a little late.
“Wouldn’t you be pessimistic if you haven’t heard from him or anybody for a week?
