Deontay Wilder continues training for ‘retribution’ in his rematch with Tyson Fury
He had already returned to training under the guidance of new coach Malik Scott, a former sparring partner who he knocked out in 2014.
And the coach sent out a warning to Fury as they eye revenge with Wilder practising his famous right hand.
Scott, 40, posted: “The same energy must be kept after retribution is served, thx in advance.”
Wilder, 35, looked to be frozen out of the heavyweight picture after talks between Anthony Joshua, 31, and Fury, 32, intensified.
The two Brits were in line for an undisputed title fight on August 14 in Saudi Arabia.
But at the final hurdle, Wilder’s right to an immediate rematch was confirmed in civil court, giving Fury a heavyweight headache.
The WBC champion was faced with either paying his rival step aside money or proceeding with a trilogy bout.
Neither Fury or Wilder had any plans to negotiate a compensation package, meaning their series would be renewed.

Joshua, 31, meanwhile has turned to Oleksandr Usyk, 34, his WBO mandatory challenger.
But Fury is still confident he will face AJ this year as he officially put pen to paper on another fight with Wilder.
He told ESPN: “I’ve got to beat up Deontay Wilder a bit better than I did last time, because he didn’t get a good enough hiding last time.
“This time I’m going to really double, double, treble smash him, 100 per cent [I’ll fight Joshua]. AJ’s got a big mouth and no substance.
“He says I’m the one that does all the talking, but if I didn’t talk boxing would be stone dead because I’m the only character alive left in it.

Fury claimed: “AJ’s got a big mouth and no substance.
“He says I’m the one who does all the talking, but if I didn’t talk, boxing would be stone dead. Because I’m the only character alive left in it.

Tyson Fury vows to ‘smash’ Deontay Wilder and predicts round ONE knockout before mocking ‘I’ve got your soul and mojo’

TYSON FURY has vowed to ‘smash’ Deontay Wilder in one round and boasted that he has his rival’s soul and mojo. Fury is set for a trilogy bout with Wilder after a judge in arbitration ruled in favour of the American.

It meant the Gypsy King’s super-fight with Anthony Joshua, which was targeted for August 14 in Saudi Arabia, fell through at the final hurdle.
Fury has since officially put pen to paper on another fight with Wilder but warned it is over before the bell has even sounded.
He told his his US promotional team, Top Rank: “Wilder, this contract is signed.
“You’re getting smashed. When I say smashed, I mean smash, smash, smash, bang.
“You’re getting knocked out. End of. One round, you’re going. I’ve got your soul, your mojo, everything.”
Fury, 32, and Wilder, 35, first drew in 2018 before rematching two years later.
It ended in defeat for the Bronze Bomber in February 2020, but their contract included an immediate rematch.
That never came to fruition amid the coronavirus pandemic and the Fury’s team argued the stipulation expired in October.

As a result, they entered talks with Joshua all while Wilder took his case to civil court.
And after months the decision went his way, meaning Fury was faced with either fighting him or negotiating a step aside deal.
Both the WBC champion and Wilder had no intentions of putting together a compensation package, meaning the trilogy was on.
And it forced Joshua to turn to WBO mandatory challenger Oleksandr Usyk, 34, in the meantime.
And despite the undisputed title decider between the two leading heavyweights collapsing, Fury is still adamant he will face AJ this year.

YouTubers vs TikTokers boxing press conference erupts as Bryce Hall & Austin McBroom follow Jake Paul’s brawling antics

THE YouTubers vs TikTokers boxing press conference unsurprisingly erupted after Bryce Hall and Austin McBroom brawled on stage. In the latest unorthodox boxing event involving total novices fighting on the big stage, the two social media platforms will go head-to-head.

Billed ‘Battle of the Platforms’, each social media app will have seven representatives making up the pay-per-view bill.
Headlining are influencers McBroom, 29, a YouTube star, and Hall, 21, who found fame making dance videos on TikTok.
And the pair looked to be inspired by Jake Paul when they got the chance to get on stage and trade fighting words.
But it ended in calamitous fashion as Hall attempted to shove McBroom, only to somehow floor himself.
He was then held down by security guards, only adding to his embarrassment, as others on stage also kicked up a fuss.
It came only weeks after Paul, who is 3-0 as a boxer, stole Floyd Mayweather’s hat, sparking a mass brawl.
Mayweather, 44, faces his brother Logan, 26, in an exhibition on June 6 and the ugly scenes took place at the press conference to promote the PPV in Miami.
Paul, 24, also took a whack from security guards for his troubles, but was sure to get the all important social media traction his career depends on.

The American celebrity has won all his fights by knockout, including against online rival ‘AnEsonGib’ who will box on the Battle of the Platforms bill.
He then beat ex-NBA player Nate Robinson, 36, and most recently retired UFC welterweight Ben Askren, also 36.
His brother Logan faced Brit YouTuber KSI in a white collar bout in 2018 which ended in a draw.
When they turned pro a year later, KSI, 27, won the rematch by scrappy split-decision.
Somehow, it has landed Logan a shot at boxing royalty in Mayweather who went on to also call out Jake, with another payday eyed.

Watch Logan Paul show off Muhammad Ali rope-a-dope as YouTuber vows ‘two weeks until I beat Floyd Mayweather’

LOGAN PAUL attempted to show off his best Muhammad Ali rope-a-dope while he vowed: ‘Two weeks until I beat Floyd Mayweather’. The YouTuber faces Mayweather in an exhibition bout on June 6 in Miami.

He is tasked with somehow becoming the first man to ever defeat the boxing legend, 44, who retired 50-0.
Despite the almighty challenge, Paul, 26, appears to be taking inspiration from The Greatest, as he uploaded a video mimicking Ali’s rope-a-dope.
The heavyweight icon famously used the tactic in the Rumble in the Jungle against George Foreman in 1974.
Ali sat on the ropes, bobbing and weaving, and let Foreman punch himself out before stopping his exhausted opponent in round eight.
But Paul is no Ali, and Mayweather is the man most renowned for his superb defensive skills.
Meanwhile, the internet sensation has boxed just twice before, both against online rival KSI.
The first, in 2018, was a white collar bout which ended in a draw but they turned pro a year later with KSI winning by scrappy split-decision.
It means Paul takes a losing record into his fight with Mayweather, who retired after beating ex-UFC champion Conor McGregor, 32, in 2017.

But the American celebrity is armed with a height and weight advantage as he refused to accept the job at hand was mission impossible.
Speaking on The Daily Show with Trevor Noah, Paul said: “I’ve never been intimidated by Floyd or anyone.
“So I think I stand a chance – you’d be lying if you said it was impossible, he’s human, it’s a fight and anything can happen.
“I’m 30 pounds heavier, half his age, a foot taller and I work my a** off so I don’t know, anything could happen.”
