Grant, dubbed ‘The Game’, has vowed to end his famous rival’s burgeoning ring dreams when they fight in Telford on Saturday.

Fury had recently called out Marsellos Wilder for a fight on the undercard of their brothers’ WBC title fight in July.
And this contest takes place ahead of Daniel Dubois’ first bout after his defeat to Joe Joyce last year.
The Brit, 23, takes on Romanian veteran Bogdan Dinu to restart his heavyweight title hopes.
Ahead of the fight, Dubois insisted he is on the warpath to revenge.

He said: “I want to get back in that sort of level fight and beat someone of Joe’s calibre.
“We’ll see, only time will tell if it can happen. Right now, I am just excited about the comeback.
“I do want to have revenge and to put it right, but if I’ve got to take it out on someone else then, hey, Bogdan is there to get it, isn’t he?”

Boxer who sparred both Jake Paul AND Tommy Fury backs Tyson’s brother to destroy ‘insecure Disney Channel star’

TOMMY FURY has been backed to knock out ‘insecure Disney Channel’ star Jake Paul by boxer Ahmed Elbiali – who has sparred BOTH men. YouTuber Paul and Love Island’s Fury have been embroiled in an online feud in recent months, fuelling speculation of a fight.

And light-heavyweight Elbiali, 30, believes he already knows what the outcome would be and says there is no way Tyson’s brother losies to his loudmouth rival.
He said on YouTube: “Personally, I’ve been able to spar both of these guys and on a personal note, as far as personality is concerned if it matters to you guys, I consider Tommy a true gentleman.
“In boxing and outside of boxing, not because I’ve developed a relationship with him or anything, it was clear off the bat.
“You can tell Jake’s an insecure, Disney Channel, young man. And it’s not surprising, it makes a lot of sense, there’s a lot of insecurities behind that young man.
“But he’s very fortunate to have done what he’s done and I wish him nothing but getting knocked the f*** out by Tommy Fury.
“And I think that’s exactly what would happen if they were ever to fight. I sparred Jake, and Jake in my opinion is a hard worker, that’s about it.”
Elbiali, who is 20-1 with his only defeat to WBA ‘Regular’ champion Jean Pascal, sparred Paul last year.
It was before the social media sensation knocked out ex-NBA player Nate Robinson, 37, in November.

More recently, he has spent time with Fury, 22, and WBC king Tyson, 32, as they trained in both Las Vegas and Miami.
Fury later returned home as he prepares to make his return to the ring on Saturday on Daniel Dubois’ undercard, his sixth pro bout.
Meanwhile, Paul’s next pay-per-view headliner is against ex-UFC champ Tyron Woodley, 39, on August 28.
Elbiali claimed it does not matter how many fights the American, 24, has, he will NEVER be able to better Fury, who grew up around boxing.
He explained: “Tommy’s a man of the sport, brought up into it, I’m telling you being a gentleman outside of boxing takes you wonders.
“It takes you all around the world and it’s going to take him all around the world as well.
“I have him knocking (Jake) him out, clean the f*** out, easily, hands down.
“Doesn’t even matter if Jake gets 25 fights before they fight each other. He’s still going to always beat him. He’s just even more athletic, honestly.” More

The American, 44, has only a few days to wait before jumping into the ring with YouTube sensation Paul, 26.
Many have raised eyebrows at the exhibition showdown, including Mayweather himself having described it as a ‘legalised bank robbery’.
But SunSport have revealed his sparring sessions to be anything but a walk in the park.
The man dubbed ‘Money’ will face Paul in Miami on June 6 and further returns to the ring are already being eyed.
Despite the rise of YouTuber fighters such as Logan, brother Jake Paul, and KSI, Mayweather is widely expected to come out on top in Florida.
He recently described how he ‘has to’ box with the online sensation as it is the ‘smart’ thing to do.
During the ‘Inside Mayweather vs. Paul’ hype show, the former champ explained: “My nickname is Money for a reason.

A fight with YouTube boxer Jake Paul has been touted although 0-14 veteran Andy Bishop appears to have missed out on a contest.
Marsellos Wilder has appeared on his big brother’s undercards before but lost to Dustin Long on his last venture to the ring, in November 2019.
The American holds a 5-2 after being floored due to a self-confessed ‘amateurish defensive mistake’ before Deontay’s win over Luis Ortiz.

But not one to miss an opportunity in the spotlight, relaxed Fury grabbed the microphone for a bit of pre-race singing with Michael Waltrip on TSN.
The pair performed a rendition of Fury’s favourite American Pie to the camera.
But while Fury was enjoying his downtime and treating his family to a day out, rival Wilder threw down his latest threats at the British fighter.
Wilder, who suffered his first pro defeat to Fury in February 2020 to lose to WBC crown, is desperate to get his revenge.
And he warned the 6ft 9ins giant he plans to ‘decapitate and disfigure’ him when they step back into the ring again.
Speaking to 78SPORTSTV, he said: “My mentality is – you’ve been contemplating about hurting a person so bad, to the point you wanna disfigure him so his mother wouldn’t even know who he was.
“You wanna decapitate him in every way, like premeditated stuff.”

Anthony Joshua could vacate WBO title as Usyk talks rumble on following collapse of Tyson Fury fight, admits Eddie Hearn

ANTHONY JOSHUA could end up vacating his WBO heavyweight title if a deal for him to face Oleksandr Usyk can’t be reached.AJ’s reps have been locked in talks over a showdown with the former undisputed cruiserweight king following the collapse of his Saudi showdown with Tyson Fury.

Negotiations have so far failed to bear fruit and and that has led to the possibility of Joshua’s mandatory title defence going to a purse bid.
But AJ’s promoter, Eddie Hearn, has no intention of letting that happen, saying: “We’ll either make a deal or we’ll vacate.
“I mean, we won’t be going to purse bids or anything like that, and mucking around.
“By the way, I don’t blame the WBO. They were actually quite generous to us with our time. I mean, let’s be honest – it dragged on a lot, didn’t it?
“So, I have to take my hat off to [WBO president] Paco Valcarcel, because he did put himself, his neck on the line, to allow that fight, when Usyk had a strong case for it not to be allowed.
“But when the time come, [Valcarcel] had to do what he had to do. So, I’m not annoyed with the WBO.

“I’m just annoyed that it seems that basically AJ is told who he’s got to fight every single time.
“But that’s the problem of having three or four belts. That’s just how it is.”
Joshua’s mandatory defence against Usyk came into play after an American judge ruled that Deontay Wilder is still contractually entitled to a trilogy fight with Fury.
Unified king Joshua was left furious with the collapse of the biggest fight in the history of British boxing and reckons Fury wanted no part in the bout.
Hearn told DAZN: “I think it was pretty intentional. AJ felt that Fury never wanted to fight.

“I don’t particularly trust people on that side. Some people couldn’t let that fight happen. They wanted to keep some kind of control.
“When they say, they might want (the fight] in December, who knows?”
A fired-up Joshua took aim at The Gypsy King after their long-awaited meeting was officially scuppered and accused him of using his name for ‘clout’.
He said tweeted: “@Tyson_Fury the world now sees you for the fraud you are.
    “You’ve let boxing down!
“You lied to the fans and led them on. Used my name for clout not a fight.
“Bring me any championship fighter who can handle their business correctly.”

🥊 MAYWEATHER VS LOGAN PAUL: Where will the fight take place, what TV channel and live stream will it be on?
It’s understood undefeated Mayweather – who retired from boxing after beating UFC superstar Conor McGregor in August 2017 – is set to pocket close to £70million ($100m) for his clash with Paul.
Despite being a huge underdog, Paul – whose pro record stands at 0-1 – is confident of pulling off the biggest upset in boxing history.
He said: “I’m going to knock him out and become the greatest boxer on the planet.
“Then I’m going to retire and not give Floyd the rematch. He doesn’t know who he’s getting in the ring with.
“He really thinks I’m a YouTuber. He really thinks I’m a fake fighter. I get it.

“Everything that I’ve portrayed online says the same thing. But we’re really about this life now. Floyd underestimating me is going to hurt him, I think.”
Although Paul fancies his chances of handing Mayweather his first loss in over 25 years, the 26-year-old is in the dark over the rules for their exhibition.
During an appearance on the True Geordie Podcast, he said: “I don’t know how this is possible but I do not know.
    “I’m hearing 10oz, 12oz [gloves]. I’m hearing eight rounds, I’m hearing three minutes, I’m hearing two minutes, I don’t f***ing know.”
