And he recently linked up with singer Usher, who is now slouch when it comes to busting a move.
Mayweather in 2018 spent his 41st birthday with rap royalty Drake at the World on Wheels roller rink in Los Angeles.
The American great, 44, returned to the ring in June for an exhibition bout against Logan Paul, 26, who weighed TWO STONE more.
And the social media star walked away with a moral victory after surviving all eight round, avoiding a knockout defeat.
It fuelled Paul with so much confidence, he called for a rematch with Mayweather – and promised a knockout win.
He said, per TMZ Sports: “Let me ask you what you’d rather see – Jake Paul vs Floyd or me vs Floyd again?
“Because, let me tell you something, if I fight Floyd again, I promise I’ll knock him out.
“I’ve got him figured out. I got it. At the end of the eighth round he was breathing heavy, I was coming alive.
“It’s gonna be a 10/12-round fight, if we run it back, and this time I finish him.”
Mayweather officially retired at 50-0 in 2017 after beating ex-UFC champion Conor McGregor, 33, in ten rounds.
He returned twice after, both in exhibitions, firstly against featherweight kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa.
But after being taken the distance by Paul, Mayweather admitted he ‘probably’ would not make another return.

Anthony Joshua ‘a bridge too far’ for Oleksandr Usyk to cross says Tyson Fury’s promoter, who wants Ukrainian to win

BOB ARUM admits he’ll be ‘rooting’ for Oleksandr Usyk to win his upcoming showdown with Anthony Joshua, despite an undisputed title fight with Tyson Fury still being in the offing.Former undisputed cruiserweight king Usyk will challenge Joshua for the unified heavyweight titles next month at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

And veteran promoter Bob Arum admits he’ll be rooting for Usyk to upset AJCredit: AP
AJ will move a step closer to a long-awaited Battle of Britain with rival Fury should he see off the undefeated Ukrainian.
But Arum, Fury’s co-promoter, is hoping for a huge upset, telling Sky Sports: ‘Usyk is a friend of mine because he is Vasiliy Lomachenko’s friend.
“He is a terrific guy, funny, articulate and smart. It is against my economic interest, but I will be rooting for him in the fight! I just can’t help myself.”
Despite wanting to see Usyk become a two-division champion, Arum reckons The Cat faces an uphill task to dethrone Joshua.
The 89-year-old said: “This is a new era.
“We have never seen heavyweights of the size that we see now.
“We’ve never seen a guy of 6’9” like Tyson fight the way he does. Or Joshua. They are all huge.
I will be rooting for him in the fight!Bob Arum on Oleksandr Usyk’s clash with Anthony Joshua
“Evander Holyfield was a light-heavyweight, then a cruiserweight, then a great heavyweight.
“Other than Riddick Bowe there weren’t many big guys that he fought.
    “Mike Tyson was relatively little.
“In ordinary times a guy like Usyk, against a 6’2” heavyweight, has a really good shot.
“But against a massive guy like Joshua? It may be a bridge too far.”
Usyk’s stopping power at heavyweight has been questioned following his wins over Chazz Witherspoon and Dereck Chisora.

But former foe Tony Bellew insists the Olympic gold medallist possesses enough power to trouble Joshua.
During an appearance on The DAZN Boxing Show, The Bomber, who was knocked by Usyk in October 2019, said: “Believe you me mate, he hits hard enough to send me down.
“He’s exceptional. He’s the best I ever faced. He is so technically perfect. His footwork is on another level.”

Canelo Alvarez undisputed fight with Caleb Plant collapsed as Mexican wanted £28m guaranteed even against replacement

CANELO ALVAREZ’s undisputed title fight with Caleb Plant collapsed as he wanted to keep his £28million guaranteed fee – even if a replacement opponent was drafted in. That is according to ESPN and IBF champion Plant himself, who saw talks to face Canelo on September 18 break down.

Caleb Plant revealed Canelo Alvarez was set for a $40m paydayCredit: Getty
Al Haymon’s Premier Boxing Champions were willing to pay the Mexican superstar £28m ($40m) to fight on their pay-per-view platform.
But it is claimed Canelo, 31, wanted reassurance that should Plant, 29, withdraw, he would still keep his career-high purse no matter who the opponent.
And that is what ultimately led to negotiations between the two super-middleweights breaking down.
Plant told ESPN: “One that is absurd: If I get injured or sick then he gets a late replacement for the same amount of guaranteed money, but if he gets sick or injured, then we gotta wait for him.
“We’re at seven-and-a-half weeks from the fight; we’ve lost valuable time that should be spent promoting and drug testing for a fight of this magnitude.”
Plant also claimed he agreed to a rematch clause if he won and conceded the lion-share of PPV and ticket sales revenue.
He said: “His bark is bigger than his bite. Canelo was offered the highest guarantee of his career.
If I get injured or sick then he gets a late replacement for the same amount of guaranteed money. Caleb Plant on Canelo’s demands
“He was set to make $40million plus Mexican TV rights and his Hennessy sponsorship. No problem, let’s fight.
“We gave it to him. Then they wanted upside of gate and PPV revenue; no problem, let’s rumble.
“It was always agreed that it was a unification; no rematch for either fighter.
“Towards end of negotiations they asked for a rematch when they lose. No problem, you can have the rematch as well, I just wanna fight.”
Canelo beat Brit Billy Joe Saunders, 31, in May to add the WBO title to his 168lb collection.
And, as a free agent he entered talks with Plant, who has the IBF crown missing from his unified collection.
But with the four-belt undisputed title decider now set to fall by the wayside, Canelo could look at alternate options.
    WHAT NOW FOR CANELO?
That includes moving back up to light-heavyweight to challenge Dmitry Bivol, 30, for the Russian’s WBA title.
Canelo has only once fought at 175lb, when he won the WBO strap against Sergey Kovalev, 38, in November 2019.
But he immediately vacated it to move back down to super-middleweight – where his goal was to unify the division.
Bivol is signed to Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom stable and sports streaming service DAZN.
Canelo terminated his DAZN deal in 2020, but has since worked as a free agent with promoter Hearn on the platform.
It makes a title fight with Bivol easy to negotiate.
Another alternative would be to wait and re-start talks with Plant, but the American was sceptical of Canelo’s recent commitment.
He said: “I question whether legacy or money is their real motive.

Watch Jake Paul throw combinations on pads and in sparring for Tyron Woodley fight with YouTuber hailed by Stipe Miocic

JAKE PAUL offered fans a glimpse into his training camp with footage of the YouTuber sparring and hitting the pads. The social media star faces ex-UFC champion Tyron Woodley on Sunday, August 29 in his home of Cleveland.

After a press tour in Los Angeles and then Ohio, Paul returned to Puerto Rico to continue preparations for what will be his fourth professional fight.
And in a video uploaded online, 24-year-old landed some eye-catching combinations on his sparring partner.
In particular, a uppercut and left hook combination won praise from his trainer, former cruiserweight contender BJ Flores.
A separate clip of Paul on the pads with Flores in Miami saw the American celebrity firing off quick combinations.
Paul comes into the fight 3-0, all by knockout, but has so far faced only limited opposition.
He has beaten internet rival ‘AnEsonGib’, ex-NBA player Nate Robinson, 37, and most recently retired UFC welterweight Ben Askren, 37.
Paul knocked out Askren – a training partner of Woodley’s – in the first round in April.
And it left former UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic , 38, impressed, as he hailed his fellow Cleveland native.

Miocic told Paul: “Someone asked me about you in an interview and I said, ‘He’s getting better’ and that was scary.
“He’s new to this sport and he’s getting that good that fast, and when you fought Ben I thought Ben was tough, he’s fought the best and never really got knocked out.

Jake Paul branded ‘a little Disney star’ by Colby Covington as UFC star says his training partners ‘exposed’ YouTuber

COLBY COVINGTON branded Jake Paul ‘a little Disney star’ and said his training partners ‘exposed’ the YouTuber. Covington claimed members of his team at MMA Masters trained with unbeaten Paul in Miami, Florida.

And he blasted the former Disney Channel actor for picking sparring partners he can ‘beat up and knock out’ in order to ‘boost his ego’.
Covington, 33, told MMA News: “I’ve had some guys at the gym, Colby Covington Incorporated and MMA Masters, that have went (sic) to train with Jake Paul in Miami.
“They’ve all kind of said the same information, that they went there, they exposed him, they made him look bad.
“Of course, they turned the cameras off and they’re not taking pictures that day and they never invite these guys back because Jake ‘The Snake’ Paul only wants kids that he can beat up and knock out and boost his ego and his confidence.“
“He doesn’t actually want guys that are going to push him in the gym and make him better, because, like we’ve said before, he’s not a real fighter.
    “He’s a little Disney star.”
‘I THINK WOODLEY COULD DO IT’
Paul faces faces ex-UFC champion Tyron Woodley – who Covington beat in September – on Sunday, August 29 in his home of Cleveland.
It will be his fourth and most challenging fight to date, having so far faced only limited opposition.
Paul, 3-0 all by KO, has beaten internet rival ‘AnEsonGib’, ex-NBA player Nate Robinson, 37, and recently retired UFC welterweight Ben Askren, 37.
Woodley reigned as UFC welterweight champion from 2016-2018 and made four defences of his belt.

Tyson Fury ‘wasn’t doing too well’ in training for Deontay Wilder and getting Covid was ‘fishy’, claims Michael Hunter

MICHAEL HUNTER claimed Tyson Fury ‘wasn’t doing too well’ while training for Deontay Wilder and his positive coronavirus test was ‘fishy’.Fury was due to face Wilder in a trilogy bout in Las Vegas on July 24 and had set up his camp Stateside.

Heavyweight contender Hunter was among the names to have trained with the WBC champion in Vegas, before he and his team caught Covid-19.
But the American cast doubt over Fury’s withdrawal and even said the training camp was not going to plan.
Hunter, 33, told FightHype: “We do know that he wasn’t doing too well in the gym, but not enough to call the fight off.
“To me, it was kind of funny because, on the first day, they said, ‘Somebody on this team got Covid’.
“And them the next thing we heard was Tyson got Covid. So I thought that was a little fishy.”
Wilder’s partner Telli Swift recently hit out at Fury for pulling out of the fight and blasted that the Brit was ‘buying time’.
    TRILOGY POSTPONMENT
And rival promoter Eddie Hearn also questioned the cancellation and hinted at a lack of ticket sales.
But that theory was debunked by Fury’s UK promoter Frank Warren who revealed £14million worth of seats had been sold.
Fury also protested his innocence and said sparring partners coming in and out of his camp would be to blame for catching the virus.
With the trilogy bout now set for October 9, the Gypsy King is set to re-start his preparations back home in Britain.
But he will reduce his team to just four team members this time around in order to take extra precaution.
Fury told the Daily Mail last month: “There were only ten of us on the team this time.
    ‘INCREASE TESTING’
“But when we go back into camp for a month in England and another month here I will cut us to just four full time.
“Me, my head trainer SugarHill Steward, his assistant Andy Lee and my old pal Tim who organises my life.
“We will strictly control the access for sparring partners and increase testing. No masseur. No fitness coach. No dietician.
“Even my two brothers will have to wait to join me until fight week here in Vegas. I’ve suffered enough frustration on this roller-coaster.
“I don’t need more, any more than I would have risked anyone else’s health by coming early out of quarantine.”
Fury, 32, in 2018 drew with Wilder, 35, but won the rematch two years later, which included a contracted trilogy.

And Hunter – who lost to the Gypsy King in the amateur ranks – has backed his former opponent to come up trumps again.
He said: “I’m leaning more towards Fury.
“He got a draw in the first fight, which he just got off the couch in his first fight back. Then he won the second fight.”

Mike Tyson’s son Amir wants Logan Paul fight but heavyweight icon dad tells him to become estate agent instead of boxer

MIKE TYSON revealed his son wants to fight Logan Paul – but the heavyweight icon told his boy to become an estate agent instead. Iron Mike opened up about his eldest Amir wanting to challenge Paul while speaking to boxer David Benavidez and ex-UFC champion Henry Cejudo.

Tyson, 55, said on his podcast: “I have my kid, the oldest one, he’s 24. He wants to do this so bad.
“I said ‘Man, just chill the f*** out.’ He wants to fight Logan Paul and those guys. He wants to do that.
“I said, ‘Man, just get a job. Get a real estate license. Just chill out, man. Why can’t you take advantage of your lightweight wealthiness? Just chill’.
“You don’t want none of that heat. I’m telling you. This drives people to commit suicide, getting humiliated in front of millions of people.
“You gotta be able to take that pressure and heat. Not many people can do it.
“It seems like a lot of people, but the people doing it is such a small percent. It’s probably one percent.”
Tyson is one of the most celebrated fighters of all time, who became the youngest heavyweight champ of all timed aged 20 in 1986.
His popularity is so great, 1.6million pay-per-views were sold for his comeback fight against Roy Jones Jr, 52, last November.
But none of his seven kids followed him into the ring, despite regularly training with their dad.
Amir owns his clothing line called Debonair Attire and has even done some acting but never transitioned into boxing.
Wanting to fight Paul came after the YouTube star hinted at fighting heavyweight icon Tyson himself.
The callout followed after Paul, 26, took Floyd Mayweather, 44, the full eight-round distance in their exhibition in June.
It meant he technically avoided defeat and led to him opening the door to facing Tyson.

The event has been set up by comedian Stevo Timothy, who will box double Olympic champion Paddy Barnes in a wheelchair bout to headline the night.
All the money will go towards the the Irish Wheelchair Association.
McGregor, 33, was due to box funny man Foran in a regular bout until he suffered a horror leg break in his trilogy bout with Dustin Poirier, 32.
The pair headlined UFC 264 on July 10, but it ended in chaos when the Irishman broke his tibia seconds before the end of round one.
McGregor as a result, was beaten by doctor stoppage and has since been handed a six-month medical suspension.
He underwent surgery immediately in Los Angeles, where he has since stayed to rest and recover with his family.
McGregor, despite his injury setback, has already started training again and was pictured working out even with a huge cast on his leg.
UFC president Dana White has predicted the former two-weight champion will be out for a year.
McGregor, who beat Poirier in 2014 but was knocked out in the rematch, called for a FOURTH bout with his rival after their unprecedented ending.
And the American is ready to oblige, but first wants to challenge lightweight champion Charles Oliviera, 31.
