Price claims she wants to ‘keep her options open’ but reiterated her intention to defend her title at the 2024 Paris Games and admitted her heart is still in the amateur ranks.
She told BBC Radio Wales Breakfast: “I’m sure as an athlete three years is nothing.
“I’m still young and for me Paris is only three years away so I could be a double Olympian.
“There’s a lot of opportunities there, but for now I’m just enjoying the moment. I’ll take a few weeks off and chill out and then go from there.
“But for me, I love what I do – I’ve got a great life training in Sheffield, training with world class coaches in a world class programme.
“I can’t thank GB Boxing enough so for me there’s everything that’s coming up as well.”

Speaking about Hearn, she continued: “He’s asked to have a chat with me and stuff like that.
“He’s obviously the main man and I don’t know; it’s opened my options up, but for now I’m just going to take some rest and enjoy the moment.
“When you win an Olympic medal and that it changes your life doesn’t it, and starting off as a pro, if you’ve got that type of background, you’ve reached the top in the amateur game… then the price, as you say, will be pretty interesting.”
Price also added: “For now my heart is obviously staying on with Team GB and doing another Olympics.
“You look at the likes of Nicola Adams and Katie Taylor. They both did two cycles and Katie Taylor at the minute she is smashing it up in the pros as well.
“Being a man, it’s different. In the women’s game it’s big, it’s getting bigger and bigger all the time so another three years it will be bigger again and (I can) just go from there then.”

Team GB Olympic hero Galal Yafai bought PlayStation 5 by big brother Kal after winning Tokyo gold medal

GALAL YAFAI was not only rewarded with a gold medal for his Olympics heroics – but also a PlayStation 5.Victory in the flyweight division at Tokyo 2020 was just the latest step in the 28-year-old’s rise, which includes a Commonwealth Games gold.

And Yafai had a special gift waiting for him when he returned home to Birmingham after his victory over Carlo Paalam.
The boxer revealed on GMB: “Kal bought me a Playstation 5.
“You know what, before the final.
“It’s kind of a present, I’ve been wanting one for ages now and thankfully Kal was able to get one.”
Older brother Kal, 32, held the WBA super-flyweight title for over three years until his defeat to Ramon Gonzalez in February 2020.
But getting hold of a PS5 is still a tall order, given the rapid manner in which they sell out across the country.
GMB host Ben Shephard joked that the Olympic triumph was worth it for the games console, to which Yafai laughed and replied: “Definitely.”
Team GB finished fourth in the medal table for Tokyo 2020, thanks to 22 gold medals.
It’s overwhelming, I’m just so grateful for everyone to show me that love.Galal Yafai

Yafai, who has another fighter brother in former Commonwealth super-bantamweight champ Gamal, was one of six British boxing medallists.
Speaking after claiming his crown, he said: “I’m Olympic champion now and I’m over the moon.
“I’ve worked hard, I took up boxing and thank god it worked out for me. I trained hard, gave it everything, and it just shows that if you work hard, you can get the rewards.
“My friends, family, brothers will be over the moon. Everyone back in Birmingham, the support I’ve had has been ridiculous.
“I just want to say a big thanks to everyone who has supported me. It’s overwhelming, I’m just so grateful for everyone to show me that love.”
Yafai also held a video call with Kal live on television after the win, when he was told of the present.

Galal said: “I can’t wait to get home and play on it, can’t wait.”

But negotiations over the showdown collapsed late last month, much to the disappointment of boxing fans around the world.
The collapse of the bout, however, hasn’t stopped Canelo from working hard in the gym with coach Eddy Reynoso.
The Mexican shared a video of himself going through offensive and defensive drills with his countryman to his Instagram page.
Canelo showed blistering hand speed as he cracked the pads and blocked his coach’s returning shots.
The 31-year-old’s shuddering power was also on display as he mixed in vicious power left hooks with his fast straight punches.
After finishing off the drill with a nasty hook, Reynoso told Canelo, ‘Eso bien’, which means ‘that’s good’ in English.

Boxing fans were blown away by the unified 168lb champ’s speed and ferocity, with one saying: “Frightening.”
Another said: “Trains like a man who doesn’t know how much $ he has in the bank, crazy, relentless hunger.”
And another: ‘There’s a reason he’s the goat, drilling the basics almost religiously.”
    One remarked: “Monster at work.’
Canelo – real name Saul Alvarez – was due to face Plant in Las Vegas on September 18.
The undefeated Plant has blamed the collapse of the mouthwatering bout on the Mexican mauler, telling ESPN: “Canelo was offered the highest guarantee of his career.
I question whether legacy or money is their real motiveCaleb Plant on the collapse of his showdown with Canelo
“He was set to make $40 million plus Mexican TV rights and his Hennessy Sponsorship.
“No problem, let’s fight. We gave it to him, then they wanted upside of gate and PPV revenue; no problem, let’s rumble.
“It was always agreed that it was a [title] unification; no rematch for either fighter.
“Towards the end of negotiations they asked for a rematch when they lose, no problem, you can have the rematch as well, I just wanna fight.
“I question whether legacy or money is their real motive.”

Tyson Fury warned Deontay Wilder trilogy is a ‘very dangerous fight’ as Bronze Bomber has got ‘a lot to prove’

TYSON FURY has been warned his trilogy bout with Deontay Wilder is a ‘very dangerous fight’.The reigning WBC champ, 32, will renew his rivalry with the hard-hitting American on October 9 at Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena.

And The Gypsy King’s cousin Andy Lee has told him to expect a ‘motivated’ Bronze BomberCredit: Instagram @GypsyKing101
Wilder has drafted in a new head coach in a bid to avenge the seventh-round TKO loss he suffered to the Brit last February.
And Fury’s cousin Andy Lee reckons the ‘motivated’ Bronze Bomber could potentially be a banana skin in the road to undisputed glory.
The former WBO middleweight champion said of the bout: “I think it’s a very dangerous fight.
“I think Wilder’s body will be fresh, so it’s a very dangerous fight.
Lee reckons Wilder be champing at the bit to prove the first loss of his professional career was a fluke.
He added: “He’s got a lot to prove. He’s going to be very motivated for this fight.”

The third instalment of Fury vs Wilder was rescheduled for October after an outbreak of Covid-19 ravaged the Gypsy King’s training camp.
Lee was part of the group but doesn’t expect his cousin to be adversely affected by his bout of the virus.
He said: “I recently had COVID when I was in America. I was with Tyson and we both got it and the fight got cancelled due to it.
“I had about three or four days of being really tired.
“But I didn’t lose my smell or taste, I had no temperature but it’s a serious, serious thing and you don’t want it.
“Especially as a sportsperson, it would make you have to pull out of a fight. Tyson had the same kind of thing as me, and I feel fine.”
Fan favourite Fury is brimming with confidence ahead of his third clash with Wilder and has vowed to run through the Olympian like an ’18-wheeler.’
I think it’s a very dangerous fightAndy Lee on Tyson Fury’s trilogy fight wih Deontay Wilder
He said: “I gave my game plan away the first time because he wasn’t good enough to do anything about it.
“And I’ll do the same thing this time because he’s not good enough to do anything about it.
“Deontay Wilder is a one-trick pony. He’s got one-punch power, we all know that – great.
“But what I’m going to do to Deontay Wilder this time is I’m going to run him over as if I’m an 18-wheeler and he’s a human being.
“I guarantee he does not go past where he did before [the seventh round].
“Because before, I only had five or six weeks practicing what I’m going to do to him.

But he revealed the devastating news of his injury, which led to doctors forcing him out the fight.
He will now be replaced by Cuban Yordenis Ugas, 35, with the WBA title on the line – the same belt Pacquiao had stripped from him earlier this year because of inactivity.
Spence, 31, said: “I’m very disappointed that I won’t be able to fight Manny Pacquiao on August 21. I was excited about the fight and the event.
“Unfortunately, the doctors found a tear in my left eye and said I needed to get surgery on it ASAP and that there was no way I could fight with my eye in that condition.
“I’d like to apologise to everyone. You know I’ll be back as soon back soon. We’ve come back from worse.’’
Pacquiao, 42, has not fought since July 2019, the night he beat Keith Thurman, 32, for the WBA belt.
But amid the coronavirus pandemic, he was left housebound in Manilla.
As a result, the WBA stripped him of the belt and elevated Ugas 0from the secondary ‘Regular’ title to to full champion.
It leaves PacMan left to settle a score as he agreed to fight Ugas as Spence’s replacement.
“Unfortunately, the doctors found a tear in my left eye and said I needed to get surgery on it ASAP and that there was no way I could fight with my eye in that condition. Errol Spence Jr
Pacquiao said: “First and foremost, I ask everyone to join me in praying for a full and complete recovery for Errol Spence Jr.
“Thank God his physical examination discovered his eye condition before he suffered any further damage.
“I have agreed to fight Yordenis Ugas on August 21 for the WBA welterweight super championship.
“The proper way and the only way to win a world title is inside the ring.”
Ugas won the WBA secondary title against Abdel Ramos in September last year but has not fought since.
Following the dispute over Pacquiao’s stripped belt, he called to face the boxing hero – and will now get his wish.
Ugas said: “It’s an honour to fight the great multiple division world champion, Manny Pacquiao, as I am more than ready to take on this challenge.

Anthony Joshua taking huge precautions to not catch Covid ahead of Oleksandr Usyk to avoid fight KO like Tyson Fury

ANTHONY JOSHUA is taking serious precautions not to catch coronavirus ahead of his world title fight against Oleksandr Usyk. The Brit will lay his WBA, WBO and IBF belts on the line to take on the unbeaten Ukrainian on September 24.
Anthony Joshua is taking no risks against coronavirus as he prepares for Oleksandr Usyk
And having seen what happened to his heavyweight rival Tyson Fury, who contracted Covid-19 and had and had to postpone his trilogy against Wilder, Joshua is taking no risks.
His promoter Eddie Hearn told the DAZN Boxing Show: “You got to take precautions. AJ, if you go up to his camp, it’s super, super high level.
“And the precautions they take, very high high-end – Usyk I believe the same.”
Fury was scheduled to fight Wilder on July 24, but a Covid outbreak in camp saw that pushed back to October 4.
It left the Gypsy King’s US promoter Bob Arum seething, describing it as a ‘a complete f*** up’.
Joshua, meanwhile, will not carry out any public engagements before the fight and will isolate himself from the general public.
And the Watford brawler has been warned not to ‘sit off’ and allow Usyk time and space in their Tottenham tussle.
Usyk’s footwork and ability to glide in and out of range will be Joshua’s two biggest problems on fight night, which the recently-retired Luke Campbell reckons AJ can offset by putting the slick southpaw on the backfoot.
DREAM TEAM IS BACK! SIGN UP NOW FOR THE 21/22 SEASON WITH £100,000 PRIZE POT UP FOR GRABS

He told The Mirror: “I think it is a great fight, Usyk is an unbelievable talent.
“His technique and boxing IQ is certainly up there with the best, but is he a heavyweight?
“I don’t think he is quite a heavyweight to be honest, this is where Joshua has the advantage.
“Joshua has got quick hands, and is a big strong heavyweight so if he imposes his strengths I think he will win the fight.
“If he sits off it could be Usyk’s night, and I can’t see Usyk wanting to get involved in a big strong heavyweight like Joshua. So his tactics will mostly be to make him miss, move around.
“Joshua has to put it on him.”
Victory over Usyk will see Joshua, 32, do his part to preserve a blockbuster undisputed heavyweight title fight with Fury, which was due to take place in Saudi Arabia this summer.
