The Gypsy King posted a video of him running and admits it ‘calms him down’
Athena is currently in intensive care
Fury, 33, gave an update on Instagram on Saturday morning, letting his 4.4 million followers know Athena is ‘doing great’ in intensive care.
The Gypsy King then posted a video of himself training, telling fans: “After a very stressful week, I’m back on the road doing a bit.
“I find that it calms me down, relaxes my mental health, anxiety. Always welcome on the road.
“I think without this bit of training, I’d be cuckoo right now.
“Anyone out there suffering with any dark times, any mental health problems, any problems in their life, I say that a little bit training goes a very, very long way.
“It really helps me so I’m very, very thankful that I’m able to get out on the road and do a little bit.”

Fury has struggled with his mental health through his illustrious career and tries to raise awareness of the subject on social media.
Athena has been in intensive care since the boxer and his wife Paris welcomed their sixth child into the world on August 8.
Fury’s dad John has admitted the little one was ‘dead for three minutes’ and was saved by ‘miracle’ hospital workers.
John told BT Sport: “It’s been a bit of a white knuckle ride. We’ve had a lot to deal with.
“But we’ve come out on the other side due to professionalism of Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool.
Thanks to everyone who said a prayer for her, she is doing great.Tyson Fury
“They’re the best children’s hospital in the country if not the world.
“They’ve been really magnificent. They’ve really saved her life because she was dead for three minutes and they brought her back.
“It’s onwards and upwards from today.”
The Fury family have set up a GoFundMe page for the Alder Hey Family House Trust, raising £36,375 towards a £50k target to date.
The Gypsy King’s trilogy fight with American Deontay Wilder is scheduled for October 9, with the heavyweights set to meet in Las Vegas.

Tyson showed furious speed and precision as he trained with Rafael Cordeiro, posting a video for all the world to see on his Instagram account.
And the world responded with huge stars praising the boxer’s skill.
UFC fighter Israel Adesanya posted dynamite emojis in response while Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema labelled Tyson a “legend”, adding fire emojis to his comment.
There was a steely determination in Tyson’s eyes as he hit the pads in a Brooklyn gym.
His caption carried a similar theme, quoting the song Shook Ones Part II by Mobb Deep.
Tyson wrote: “Don’t make me have to call your name out. Your crew is featherweight, my gunshots’ll make you levitate.”
Tyson is clearly intent on organising another exhibition fight and his caption should be read as a warning to potential opponents, such as Lennox Lewis and Shannon Briggs.

A fight may not be too far away and Tyson revealed in a podcast earlier this year that he is running six miles a day in preparation.
A meeting with Evander Holyfield to reignite an infamous old rivalry could also be on the cards, with the pair reportedly entering talks over a potential fight earlier this year.
Two other possibilities include James Toney and Wladimir Klitschko, with Toney calling out Tyson in March.

Anthony Joshua’s coach hoping AJ can put on a ‘great performance’ against Usyk as undisputed fight with Tyson Fury looms

ANTHONY JOSHUA’S coach Rob McCracken hopes his fighter can put on a ‘great performance’ against Oleksandr Usyk. The pair are back together following McCracken’s role with Team GB at the Tokyo Olympics.

And all thoughts have now turned to AJ’s upcoming bout against Usyk on September 25.
Joshua will defend his IBF, WBA and WBO heavyweight belts against the mandatory challenger at Tottenham’s stunning stadium.
And Joshua will go on to face rival Tyson Fury in an all-British unifier should he get past Usyk.
However, the Ukrainian hitter will be a hard nut to crack after winning all 18 of his professional fights.
Usyk has already overcome fellow Brits Tony Bellew and Derek Chisora.
And 13 of his wins have come by knockout.

But McCracken is confident AJ can put in an impressive showing next month and fire a warning to Fury, who is preparing for his trilogy fight with Deontay Wilder.
McCracken told Sky Sports: “[AJ] is doing fine, he’s where he needs to be.
“I’ll get back and there will still be seven weeks [before his fight], which is a long time in a 36-minute fight.
“He’s in the position he needs to be in. We’ll get back, me and the team who work with AJ, so we can put the work together, get the sparring and prep right.
“[That’s] so he can put on a great performance in his next heavyweight title fight.”
One man who is confident Joshua will overcome Usyk is Germany-based Shokran Parwani.
He has been training with AJ in order to mimic Usyk’s southpaw stance.
And Parwani reckons Joshua will be too powerful for his ’slick’ opponent.

Parwani added: “I have a little bit of the same style. I work more with my feet, I’m a slick guy with a lot of movement.
“Usyk is also a slick guy, he isn’t a puncher. He doesn’t have power.
“In rounds nine, 10 or 11? He won’t have the power to fight, and AJ will break him down.”

But he feels he may not have achieved such a feat against Pacquiao.
Paul’s legendary boxing coach Freddie Roach told Betway Insider US blog: “We had fun with Logan when he visited. He seems like a good guy.
“After watching Manny work out, he said he was glad he fought Floyd instead of Manny, we liked hearing that!
“I thought Logan did well against Floyd.”
Pacquiao, 42, is set to return to action next week against Yordenis Ugas, despite his advancing years.
But Paul feels that the Filipino still looks in his ‘prime’.
The 26-year-old told ESNews: “He’s looking sharp.
“Someone made a comment when we were watching, they said ‘man, imagine Manny in his prime’.

Canelo Alvarez undisputed super-middleweight fight against Caleb Plant back ON and planned for November

CANELO ALVAREZ could fight Caleb Plant in NOVEMBER as the pair are nearing agreement on a new fight deal, according to reports.Negotiations are taking place once again despite previous discussions breaking down at the beginning of August.

The two fighters came close to agreeing on a September 18 date but Canelo, 31, withdrew from negotiations as he wanted assurances he would be paid £28million for the bout even if Plant was to withdraw.
But according to ESPN the pair are now looking towards a possible fight at the end of the year.
It is a remarkable turnaround given the clash was said to be “100% dead” at the end of July, with Plant reportedly fuming at that outcome.
Canelo is aiming to beat Plant, 29, to claim the IBF super-middleweight title and unify the middleweight division.
If he manages that the Mexican will be the undisputed super-middleweight world champion and could then fight at the next weight up, with Dmitry Bivol a possible opponent.
Canelo reportedly attempted to put a fight together with WBA light heavyweight champion Bivol for September 18 but backed out due to there not being enough time to train and prepare for the Russian.

Artur Beterbiev and Joe Smith Jr are other potential opponents at 175lbs but first Canelo may have to overcome the tricky 21-0 Plant.
Eddie Hearn believes Canelo has Bivol in his sights once he defeats Plant.
The Matchroom promoter said: “They (Canelo and his team) do want to fight Caleb Plant. That is what they want at the end of the day.
“Dmitry Bivol is there, he accepted the fight, he’s ready to fight, but the ultimate goal for Canelo is to be undisputed at 168 lbs. So they’ll [Canelo] reignite that.
“He [Canelo] likes to take challenges, and he loves to take great fights. Dmitry Bivol and all these guys at 175 are all tough.”

Deontay Wilder’s trainer Malik Scott reveals all about Tyson Fury sparring session and why one right hook made him quit

THE TALE of Tyson Fury’s sparring session with Deontay Wilder’s trainer, Malik Scott, has been revealed by the American. The former fighter, 40, flew in for a selection of workouts with the Gypsy King in 2013 – but did not last long.

At the time, Scott was a prominent heavyweight star and lost his 36-fight unbeaten record to Derek Chisora that year in a WBO International bout.
While Fury, now 33, was still making his way through the ranks with 20 pro fights to his name.
Now in charge of Wilder’s trilogy clash against the Brit in October, Scott recalled the sparring experience during an Instagram Q&A.
He posted: “I flew to Brussels, Belgium alone.
“Boxed Fury a few sessions, he was very good and mobile for a big man. Big personality but you could tell he was missing a screw or two – for the better, if that makes sense.
“The first session we sparred I got hit by a right hook around my guard and it clogged my eardrum up.

“We boxed eight rounds that day, after that we did two more sessions throughout the week and my ear just got worse and worse.
“So I decided enough was enough because I was still an active fighter at the time, so I told Peter [Fury] that would be it for me.
“They paid me my money, gave me a train ticket and I wished them luck and the rest is history.”
Fury has fielded a number of accusations from Wilder’s camp ahead of the defence of his WBC world title, including a claim he faked having coronavirus to delay the fight.
And he clashed with Scott over their sparring session at the original pre-fight press conference in July.
Scott said: “You’re a 260lbs man that can fight, you bust my eardrum the first time we sparred.

To which Fury taunted: “As we’re on the topic of ear-busting, don’t we find it funny that I bust both these guys eardrums, trainer and fighter? Crazy statistic.”

Josh Buatsi reveals Mike Tyson taught him respect as he admits he wants to settle grudges with fellow Brits

JOSH BUATSI will settle all of his British grudge wars with advice from the Baddest Man on the Planet. While the 28-year-old Croydon ace is waiting for a light-heavy world title shot, there is a fistful of domestic rivals he could meet to decide a UK king.

But Buatsi will not drum up fake hype for fights with 12st 7lb rivals such as Anthony Yarde, Callum Johnson, Craig Richards and Lyndon Arthur.
Ahead of tonight’s fight with Ricards Bolotkins, 31, JB told SunSport: “As Mike Tyson said, ‘not everyone you fight is your enemy and not everyone that helps you is your friend’.
“Life is hard for everyone for all different reasons, just because we are boxers it doesn’t mean we should make it any harder for each other.
“We are not born boxers and we are not boxers until the day we die.
“I have nothing personal with any of these guys and — until we sign a contract and get in that ring for 12 rounds of trying to take each others’ heads off — I like to be cool with everyone.”
Commonwealth champ Arthur revealed before his last fight in July that business with Buatsi would never get personal after the Ghana-born ace contacted him following a 2014 amateur bout.

Buatsi said: “I boxed Lyndon in the ABAs final and never got the chance to speak to him afterwards so I sent him a message of support.
“It was not something I needed to make public but it’s cool he wanted to.
“I have reached out to a lot of people in boxing privately because this is a hard and dangerous sport that we all have to respect each other in.”
Arthur is currently the most in-form light-heavy fighter in Frank Warren and BT Sports’ stable, while Buatsi leads the 175lbers with Eddie Hearn on DAZN.
But Buatsi is proud to promote the story of his potential opponent.
Buatsi said:  “Before Lyndon’s last fight I saw a short film made about him.

“It was about how he tragically lost his brother and his uncle and trainer Pat helped him turn his life around from going down a bad path.
“I shared that on my social channels  because stories like that need to be heard.
“Even though he is in my weight category and we will probably fight some day.
“I still want to promote stuff like that because they are bigger than me or any fight.”

But the Irishman was knocked out by Dustin Poirier – the man he beat in 2014 – a month later in dramatic fashion.
Poirier, 32, then won the trilogy bout in July after McGregor, 33, broke his tibia seconds before the end of round one.
The former two-weight UFC champion was blasted for his pre and post-fight trash talk, which included threatening to KILL his American rival.
And Paul also hit out at McGregor as he taunted the UFC poster boy.
He told MMA Fighting: “Look, he’s this guy that was the s*** for so long and was the centre of attention, and now his career has plummeted.
“He’s falling off. He’s 1-3 in five years and it seems as if people don’t really care. He’s disrespectful. Even to the point where it’s too far.
