Fury, 33, was preparing for the fight stateside but returned home last month ahead of the birth of his daughter Athena, who was placed into ICU after her arrival.
But with the newborn back home and fighting fit, The Gypsy King will press on with plans to move his camp back to Las Vegas.
Fury’s co-promoter, Bob Arum, said: “Tyson Fury’s sixth child was born with a problem, she was in intensive care.
“But everything’s great, he brought the baby home today in Manchester.
“He’s on track to train. (Sugarhill Steward), his trainer, arrives Friday.
“He’ll be training in Manchester, three to four weeks, then they’ll go to Las Vegas.

“He’s been keeping in shape, he was in great shape (when he left the US), and he’ll be fine.”
Fury’s moving of his camp back to Vegas will be a cause of concern for his old man John, who reckons his son has too many ‘yes men’ around him in the States.
He recently told BT Sport: “He’s out there and he’s not under the watchful eye, he’s around all these yes men when he gets out.
“Because when he gets off the plane in Las Vegas, you’ve got 200 yes men waiting for him looking to get that from him.
“Because he’s the Pied Piper, ain’t he? That’s what he does. People follow him around just to get what they can.
“‘Yes, Tyson. You’re this, you’re that, you’re the best in the world. We love you.’

“This kid’s heard it all before in my life.
“They don’t love ya, they don’t care ya, they just want your money and your profile to make their status bigger for being around ya.
“I don’t want all them fake plastic pretenders around me. Because you know that size 12, it goes right up their backside.
“That’s what happens when you’re around me. Get down that road. “‘What are you bringing to my son’s table?’
“If it’s not relevant, you’re gone. But Tyson’s not like that, he just hasn’t got that character. But I have.”
Late on Wednesday, Fury revealed his third training camp for Wilder is officially underway.

He tweeted: “Right, guys, I’m going offline until October 10, som1 [sic] else will be keeping you updated.
“Total blackout from me. See you in Vegas. Let the games begin.
“7 weeks saturday till i smash the big dosser Again. God bless.”

Jake Paul calls Tommy Fury ‘fanboy’ after Love Island star ‘lined up and took pictures’ with YouTuber and brother Logan

JAKE PAUL called Tommy Fury a ‘fanboy’ after he ‘lined up and took pictures’ with the YouTuber and his brother Logan. The Pauls in 2018 travelled to Manchester to fight fellow YouTubing brothers KSI and ‘Deji’.

And they set up their camp in Ricky Hatton’s gym, where at the time Tommy was training.
The future Love Island star, who is brother to WBC heavyweight champion Tyson, then posed for a photo with Logan.
Fast forward three years and Fury is now rivalling Jake, who blasted the light-heavyweight for taking a picture with him.
He told The Mirror: “He asked to take a picture with me. I don’t know if he ever uploaded it.
“This guy is a fanboy, it’s funny you mention that because I clearly remember it was him and his little ‘boxer’ friends and I had no idea who these guys were.
“They all sort of lined up and took pictures with us, it’s just funny how this has evolved since really that moment.”

Paul, 24, later went on to beat Deji, while Logan, 26, drew with KSI, 28, but lost the rematch a year later when they turned professional.
Also turning pro was Paul, who has since gone 3-0 all by knockout, and returns on August 29 against ex-UFC champion Tyron Woodley, 39.
He will look to add to his wins over online rival ‘AnEsonGib’, ex-NBA star Nate Robinson, 37, and retired UFC welterweight Ben Askren, 37.
On Paul’s undercard is 6-0 Fury, who faces his sparring partner Anthony Taylor, 32, in what will be his US debut.
A win for both celebrity fighters sets them up for an expected pay-per-view fight of their own.
“This guy is a fanboy, it’s funny you mention that because I clearly remember it was him and his little ‘boxer’ friends and I had no idea who these guys were.Jake Paul on Tommy Fury
Paul said: “It was my idea to bring Tommy over.
“I’ve been trying to do that for a while, I even wanted him on the undercard of my fight with Ben Askren, but it wasn’t possible.
“We’ve finally made it happen and I want to see what this kid is made of; I want to see how he resonates with a US audience and put him a bigger platform.
“Let’s be honest, nobody’s ever bought a Tommy Fury pay-per-view, nobody tunes in and buys pay-per-views to watch Tommy Fury.
“Maybe people see that he won because he posts about it on Instagram, but nobody’s ever actually bought a Tommy Fury pay-per-view so I have to build him up.”

Conor McGregor teases training with Canelo Alvarez’s coach ‘some time in the future’ as UFC star provides injury update

CONOR McGREGOR teased linking up with Canelo Alvarez’s boxing trainer and provided an injury update. McGregor, who suffered a horror leg break in July, addressed his fans in an Instagram Live video.

Among those tuning in was esteemed boxing coach Eddy Reynoso, who once welcomed the Irishman to his San Diego gym.
And McGregor – who lost his boxing debut to Floyd Mayweather in 2017 – hopes to take Reynoso up on his offer.
He said: “Eddy Reynoso, big fan of your work my man and what you’re doing with those guys in the gym. One day we’ll get to train, I hope so.
“You know, like I said, I’m taking this 24 hours at a time, I’m confident but I’m going to take it day-by-day and see how this leg goes up.
“One thing’s for sure, I’ll be able to box. So you know, I’ll be out here until mid-October anyway I think, although I’ll know after this scan how long I’ll be here for.
“But I would love to get training with you soon, sometime in the future, I’m sure we will, thank you for the support.”

McGregor, 33, was last year in talks to return to the boxing ring against Filipino legend Manny Pacquiao, 42, who lost to Mayweather, 44, in 2015.
But he instead rematched Dustin Poirier, the man he initially beat in 2014, but was dramatically knocked out.
It shelved any talk of McGregor lacing up the boxing gloves as he instead agreed to a trilogy bout with Poirier, 32.
But it ended in disaster for the former two-weight UFC champion, who broke his tibia seconds before the end of round one.
He lost the fight by doctor stoppage and was handed a six-month medical suspension after undergoing surgery in Los Angeles.
UFC president Dana White opened the door to a fourth fight between Poirier and McGregor, who he believes will be out for a YEAR.
I would love to get training with you soon, sometime in the future, I’m sure we will, thank you for the support.Conor McGregor to Canelo’s coach Eddy Reynoso
But McGregor revealed he is ‘well ahead of schedule’ having already started training again after taking off his leg brace.
He said: “Scan went well. Scan went very well. To be back on the bike, I’m back on the bike before he said I was going to be able to bear weight.
“I’m rocking, well ahead of schedule. Let’s keep it going. … It was good news. Good news at the doc’s.
“I think this bone is back together, to be honest. The ankle is feeling great.
“I’ve got me flip-flops on, I have. I’m out of the boot. I’ve got the flip-flops on, so that’s a good sign.
“I’m still jacked as well, bro. It ain’t over. We’re only warming up. Still fresh. Still untouched. You still can’t get me.”

Manny Pacquiao’s punches are like ‘a machine gun’ according to former sparring partner Dean Byrne

MANNY PACQUIAO is so fast that it’s like facing a hail of bullets from ‘a machine gun’.That’s the view of former sparring partner Dean Byrne who helped the Filipino legend prepare for bouts with Juan Manuel Marquez and Oscar De La Hoya over a decade ago.

Dean Byrne described Pacquiao’s punches like ‘a machine gun’

Byrne was the special guest on News Ireland’s ‘The Rocky Road’ podcast this week and speaking of his relationship with ‘Pacman’, he said: “I was just happy that I did befriend him and we had a good relationship – because I was watching him and thinking, ‘wow, I’m getting in with him’.
“And he’s beating up guys who are coming in from Vegas and from Mayweather’s camp, he’s putting them down.
“Then when I got in with him, I thought, ‘wow, that’s a bit  different! That’s a bit of grace’.
“He was ferocious. His hand speed with like non-stop, in and out, his footwork – he was on top of you whenever he wanted.
“Pacquiao is a phenomenal athlete. Whatever he puts his mind to, he will achieve.”
The legendary Filipino brawler is known for sparring hard – with coach Freddie Roach often offering a bounty if anybody could floor the eight division champion.

And, Byrne revealed exactly what is was like to face off with him, saying: “I felt his power, I knew that, but he never hurt me.
“Thank God I was a good mover and I got out of trouble a lot, kept moving, but he was powerful and strong.
“It was like a machine gun, his punches.”
Pacquiao returns to action this Saturday night against late sub Yordenis Ugas in Las Vegas.
The Filipino icon, 42, was due to take on WBC and IBF world welterweight champ Errol Spence but the American pulled out this month due to a torn retina.
Instead of a massive unification bout, Pacquiao will now put his WBA 147lb crown on the line against Cuba’s Ugas, 35, at the T Mobile Arena. More

Jake Paul says brutal win over ex-NBA star Nate Robinson was ‘most viral knockout moment in the history of boxing’

JAKE PAUL said his win over ex-NBA star Nate Robinson was ‘the most viral knockout moment in the history of boxing’. Paul brutally left the former point guard – who had never once boxed before – out for the count in the second round of their fight.

The KO became a huge internet hit with poor Robinson trolled mercilessly with savage memes.
It was the second of Paul’s three wins, and the YouTuber argued it was not only the most famous of his career, but in boxing all together.
He told ESPN: “That event made everyone in their mom want to become a boxing promoter and a boxer.
“What we proved on that night is: we broke a pay-per-view record, eighth biggest pay-per-view in history.
“Everyone saw the dollar signs and just saw, oh, all we have to do is get a ring and put them in there and they can fight.
“It turned into this boxing frenzy that we see till this day, the impact that event has had is crazy.
    Jake Paul entered elite company

“People coin my knockout as the most viral, the most seen knockout of all time in the history of the sport of boxing, just because of the digital age that we’re living in.
“It was the eighth biggest pay-per-view, but the hundreds and millions and thousands of tweets and Instagrams and TikToks and challenges that started from that.
“The Nate Robinson knockout, it’s coined as the most viral knockout moment in the history of boxing.”
Paul, 24, beat online rival ‘AnEsonGib’ in his professional boxing debut before doing the same against Robinson, 37.
The YouTuber in April then followed it up with a first-round finish against retired UFC welterweight Ben Askren, 37.
It has set him up to fight Askren’s friend and former training partner Tyron Woodley, 39, on August 29.
Woodley, an ex-UFC champion, provides Paul with his biggest challenge to date.

Why Cuba’s Olympic champ boxers can’t turn pro with fighters disguising themselves as GIRLS to flee and sign contracts

CUBANS are kings of amateur boxing – but BANNED from turning professional. It has left some of the great champions of the past needing to flee the country, often on speed boats and even disguising themselves to do so.

Turning pro in Cuba has been prohibited since 1962 because their late leader Fidel Castro regarded it as corrupt.
Ever since, Cubans have been convinced to fight for country, not cash.
So much so that heavyweight legend Felix Savon – a three-time Olympic gold medalist – turned down the chance to face Mike Tyson.
Legendary promoter Don King offered Savon numerous multimillion-dollar offers to defect and fight superstar Tyson.
But his response? “Why would I box for a $1m when I can fight for 10 million Cuban people?”
Despite Savon’s loyalty to the amateur code, not all of his countrymen had the same ethos.

Many of Cuba’s 2004 Olympic standouts in Athens took the plunge to leave and chase their world title dreams in America.
Odlanier Solis, Yuriorkis Gamboa and Yan Barthelemy all sold their medals won in Greece for as little as £1,000 to buy food for their families.
Then, while travelling to a team training camp in Venezuela in December 2006, they made a run for it, heading to Colombia.
From there, they went to Germany and signed professional contracts while awaiting US visas.
It inspired Guillermo Rigondeaux and Erislandy Lara both to do the same – but their efforts in 2007 were initially foiled.
The pair disappeared while representing Cuba in the Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro and were sent back to Cuba.

According to The Independent, they were dressed up as women to slip through Brazilian security, but were captured in a BROTHEL.
Both were then banned from ever representing Cuba again, which oly encouraged them to try to escape once more.
And by 2009 they had each successfully defected to America, with Rigondeaux and Lara later going on to win world titles as pros.
With five of their former Olympians tempted over to the paid ranks, Cuba suffered somewhat of a crisis at Beijing in 2008.
For the first time since 1988, they left the Games without a single gold medal in boxing.
But it did not last long, because in London four years later they twice won gold and another two bronzes.

Guillermo Rigondeaux defected from Cuba and won a world titleCredit: Sportsfile – Subscription
Perhaps what was even more appreciated, no one from the team immediately turned over.
However, by the time the next Olympics finished in Rio, Lenier Pero, Robeisy Ramirez and Joahnys Argilagos all defected.
Cuban authorities then had a fight on their hands to convince their latest stable to remain put after the 2020 Games in Tokyo was delayed amid the coronavirus pandemic.
And they successfully did so and Cuba topped the medal charts with four golds and one bronze.
Julio Cesar La Cruz, Arlen Lopez, Roniel Iglesias and Andy Cruz took gold while Lazaro Alvarez left with bronze.
La Cruz, Lopez and Iglesias are all multi-medal winners, in a sign they are committed to the amateur code.
But with Cuba back on top in Olympic-style boxing, it remains to be seen if future champs will be tempted into prizefighting careers away from home.

John Cena faces Roman Reigns at SummerSlam
And according to PWInsider, the WWE wanted Tyson to provide a voiceover for the opening video package, centred around Cena and Reigns.
But it is claimed they could not negotiate a deal with the heavyweight boxing legend.
Tyson, 55, is a WWE Hall of Famer and famously enforced the WrestleMania 14 main-event against Steve Austin and Shawn Michaels.
Iron Mike, suspended from boxing at the time for biting Evander Holyfield’s ear off a year prior, was paid a reported £2.5million.
Boxing champions Floyd Mayweather, 44, and Tyson Fury, 33, have also starred on WWE PPV’s.
More recently, Tyson has featured on WWE’s rival promotion All Elite Wrestling.

He awarded Cody Rhodes with the AEW TNT Championship at the Double or Nothing PPV in May 2020.
At the time, Tyson was preparing to make a return to the boxing ring, 15 years after retiring.
And he did so last November, drawing with Roy Jones Jr, 52, in an eight-round exhibition.
Also making a comeback is Cena, now a Hollywood superstar, who shocked fans by returning at Money in the Bank in July.
He immediately feuded with champ Reigns, setting them up with their SummerSlam clash.

David Haye says Tyson Fury’s chin ‘hasn’t gotten any better’ and powerful Deontay Wilder has ‘a chance against anybody’

DAVID HAYE said Tyson Fury’s chin ‘hasn’t gotten any better’ and power-puncher Deontay Wilder has ‘a chance against anybody’. Wilder twice floored Fury in their 2018 draw, including a dramatic 12th round knockdown.

But in their rematch in February 2020, the American hit the canvas two times himself before losing in round seven.
It makes Fury the favourite heading into the trilogy bout, but ex-heavyweight champion Haye warned not to count Wilder out completely.
He told iFL TV: “You’ve got to give Deontay Wilder a chance against anybody. Just watch their first fight.
“Anyone that punches [as hard as Wilder]. He hasn’t lost his punch power, and Tyson Fury’s chin hasn’t gotten any better.
“It’s just about how have they lived their lives since this point, how much training has gone on and how much focus has been there.
“On paper, you’d have to say off the strength of the last fight, I was ringside watching that fight, and Tyson Fury put forth one of the best performances from a British heavyweight challenging for a world title, which is what he was doing in challenging for the WBC title.”

Wilder, 35, had to fight for his right to an immediate rematch in arbitration after Fury, 33, tried to instead face Anthony Joshua, 31.
And after successfully winning his case, the trilogy was set for July 24 in Las Vegas.
But Fury was forced to withdraw after testing positive for coronavirus, with the fight rescheduled to October 9.
It will mean the heavyweight rivals will have been out of the ring for over 19 months by the time the Gypsy King defends his WBC title for the first time.
Haye, 40, said: “He won it in the exact fashion he said he was going to.
He hasn’t lost his punch power, and Tyson Fury’s chin hasn’t gotten any better. David Haye on Deontay Wilder
“He’s going to walk across the ring, he’s going to put it on him, and he’s going to bash him up.
“Can he [Fury] do it again with the same tactics? Maybe, we’ll find out. I don’t know.
“Is Tyson Fury better now than he was back then? Has he got the added confidence after beating him, or is he overconfident over time.
“Has Wilder learned from that first loss, and has he improved? It’s completely unknown.
“They haven’t boxed for a long time. It’s a long time since Vegas.”
