But the Gypsy King took some time out to post on Twitter to savage Whyte and promised to ‘smash’ the Londoner and rivals Anthony Joshua.
Fury wrote: “@DillianWhyte is a chinless piece of s***, who is a massive s***house was offered 5 mill to fight AJ and declined.
“I’m putting you on notice you bum try not to lose again before I smash u to bits in a keep busy fight for me before I smash @anthonyjoshua.”
Whyte reportedly turned down a rematch against AJ – he lost the first – because he was offered only £4million.
Fury seems to be gunning for plenty of the sports big names – and not just boxers.
He recently called Matchroom promoter Eddie Hearn a ‘southern w*****’ during a chat with Manchester United legend Gary Neville.

The Gypsy King also claimed Hearn tried to sign him and his failure to do so is the promoter’s ‘biggest regret of his life’.
He added: “I love to terrorise Eddie because he loves to talk s**t about people that he’s got nothing to do with.
“All Eddie has ever done is talk rubbish about me because he knows it gets him hits and viewing figures on interviews.
“At the end of the day, what’s he ever achieved in his life? He’s never been a boxer.
“He goes around like he’s world heavyweight champion, but he isn’t. He’s just a businessman.
“There’s plenty of them out there but there’s only one, real, heavyweight world champion – and that’s me.”
How Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder stack up ahead of the trilogy fight
Hearn was quick to hit back in an interview with Boxing Social.
The promoter said: “[Fury] says I’m not a champion, I’m just a businessman – well obviously.
“But he and I have one thing in common: we both have the same amount of world heavyweight title defences, which is zero.”

Billy Joe Saunders considering retirement aged 32 but would fight Chris Eubank Jr one last time for ‘right money’

A FINAL showdown with Chris Eubank Jr could tempt Billy Joe Saunders before the two-weight world champ hangs up his gloves. At 32, the Brit has outlined his plans to spend more time with his family having achieved his boxing dream.

Saunders won the WBO middleweight title in 2015 before swooping for the super-middleweight belt four years later, in a career that has not gone without controversy but has racked up a 30-1 record.
A serious eye injury suffered in his last fight, a defeat to Canelo Alvarez, sparked rumours of retirement.
But a rematch with Eubank Jr, after he won by a split decision in their 2014 contest, could still be on the cards.
Saunders told talkSPORT: “Obviously the fans have been good to me, they’ve supported me along the way.
“I know it is a fan’s fight really, it’s not really a fight I would look or need to take.
“I’m financially secure, done it all, ticked all the boxes from Southern Area to two-weight world champion.

“So it’s a fight that would interest me if the money was right and I would do it more for the fans than anything.
“I’ve got kids now and I’ve secured their future, but put them on a path and give them a bit of time rather than gloves and a ring.”
Saunders retained the European, British, and Commonwealth belts with his victory in the capital almost seven years ago.
It was the 31-year-old’s first of two career defeats to date and Eubank Jr returns to the ring in November to face Sven Elbir.
Although the rematch would excite the fans, the ex-IBO champ has asserted that Saunders wants £5million to do battle.
Eubank Jr claimed: “The funny thing is he’s not in a position to be demanding anything.
“He has no belt, he has no credibility in the sport after quitting against Canelo after saying he’d die before taking a knee in the ring.

“He lambasted Daniel Dubois after an eye injury, a real eye injury. There was nothing wrong with Saunders, he got a blackeye but there was no smashed orbital bone, there was no broken eye socket, there was no proof of that – that was all a sham.
“That’s why he’s been MIA for the last few months because of the shame in what he did.
“He has no credibility, he has no power in the sport so he can’t be saying he wants £5m, he’ll get what he’s given. I’m the A-side and once he understands that we can talk.”

De La Hoya had recently shared a video of him in a hospital bed
Hey guys, I am out of the hospital. I was in there for 3 days. COVID hit me really hard. I was in the best shape of my life and I really can’t wait to get back in the ring. But the coach of the man he was supposed to fight is ‘sceptical’ that De La Hoya even contracted Covid-19.
Derik Santos told Vegas Insider: “I’m not trying to disrespect Oscar, I saw the video of Oscar.
“But if I’m being honest, I’m still sceptical. Something about it didn’t seem right.
“The level of how bad it looked. I know you can still get Covid if you’re double vaccinated, but it didn’t seem right.
“Maybe he realised we were taking the fight seriously, I don’t know.”
“As far as I know, their side didn’t try to jump out and reschedule like others have, so yeah, I’m a little sceptical.
“I think he thought, ‘What have I got myself into’ – he even posted this. We were going in there to give him a very good boxing match. We were ready.

“If the man does have Covid then I wish him a good recovery, I’m just mildly sceptical.”
Belfort, 44, will instead face Evander Holyfield in the Triller fight, with the contest moved to Florida after the California State Athletic Commission refused to sanction the new opponent.
At 58, former heavyweight king Holyfield last fought a decade ago but has been planning a comeback for some time.

“When it comes to their fathers, they always try to be sneaky but they always tell my fiance everything.
“The information is not going to come back to me but I’m always having talks with my daughters – letting them know they can come to me about anything.
“As the man of the household the kids always think they can get around [you] but I say there’s nothing that you can do that I haven’t done, you can’t fool me.

“I’m not a disciplinary type of person, I reason with them, talk with them. Whether it’s about boys or drugs… If you go too hard on your kids they’re going to do what they want anyway.
“I got great kids, I don’t have a problem – but I tell all my girls, ‘If you get a boyfriend, I’ve got to meet them, they’ve got to spar with me at least three rounds’.
“So I know they can protect my daughter.”
Wilder will fight Tyson Fury next month with his old WBC world title on the line.

The contest was delayed due to the Brit’s positive test for coronavirus and the Bronze Bomber has continually doubted Fury’s diagnosis.
He stated: “They’re trying to run away from it, I’m running to it. I don’t believe he had Covid.

British behemoth Hall, 33, was due to take on his former strongman rival this month before suffering a detached bicep in training.
Bjornsson, 32, will instead face armwrestling giant Devon Larratt as Hall builds his strength back up.
And it is hoped the former World’s Strongest Man winners will finally collide next year after Hall revealed a dramatic six-stone body transformation.
But despite undergoing surgery in July, The Beast is adamant he remains favourite to win the grudge match.
Indeed, Hall believes he is capable of causing real damage to Bjornsson, who has already clocked up two exhibition fights.
That’s despite being nearly seven inches shorter than the Icelandic giant.

Hall told Muscle and Health: “In the beginning, I think everyone had Thor as the favourite because he’s got the reach and height advantage.
    “I’m 6ft 2.5in and he’s 6ft 9in, but I think people are now gauging how seriously I’m taking this.
“I’m putting my heart and soul into this fight and I don’t do anything 99%. It’s 100% or nothing.

Eddie Hearn gives brilliant response to Tyson Fury as promoter compares his boxing record to heavyweight champ’s

EDDIE HEARN believes himself and Tyson Fury have one thing in common – neither has ever defended a heavyweight world title. The promoter, 42, delivered the cutting riposte after the boxer had described him as a ‘southern w*****’.

A war of words has continued to brew between the pair since Fury’s unification showdown with Anthony Joshua was delayed to allow the Gypsy King, 33, a trilogy fight against Deontay Wilder.
The October clash will be the first time Fury has defended one of his world belts, something that Hearn is keen to point out.
He told Boxing Social: “[Fury] says I’m not a champion, I’m just a businessman – well obviously.
“But he and I have one thing in common: we both have the same amount of world heavyweight title defences, which is zero.
“He should concentrate on his own career and try to build on the great work he’s done, and create a legacy with championship defences. And I hope he beats Deontay Wilder.”
Fury’s first victory in a world title fight came against Wladimir Klitschko in 2015, before the Brit took time out due to mental health and addiction issues.

Following a draw with Wilder for the WBC belt, he finally won it again in February of last year but has not fought since.
Hearn has mocked the upcoming Las Vegas bout and claimed that the fighters are struggling to fill the 20,000-capacity T-Mobile Arena.
He noted: “Is that fight even happening?
They have sold no tickets and there is absolutely zero hype around the fight.Eddie Hearn
“We are about to announce our next America show for 16 October and that’s only six weeks away and it’s tight but it’s not as big a card as Fury vs Wilder 3 should be.
“They have sold no tickets and there is absolutely zero hype around the fight. I am sure, if it happens, that people will turn on and watch it – but no one is flying to Vegas.
“I reckon 75 per cent of the people that went to the second fight were Brits who had flown over and normal fans cannot do that now.”

    How do the fighters compare

    What have they said?
Haye: “This whole fight between us, came into existence when at dinner with a group in Mykonos we were asked who would win in a fight between us.
“I laughed, but out of respect for Joe’s ego suggested it would be close, maybe a draw – whilst winking to Joe.
“Joe’s straight-faced response was very different, he was deadly serious stating he would win in a fight today – I assumed it was just the tequila talking.
“And that’s exactly where it started. A boozy night in Mykonos, two alpha males peacocking with a crowd of girls.
“Fast forward two weeks, I remain happily retired from boxing, with no intentions to make a traditional comeback to challenge the monsters of the division but am fit and ready to prove my point against my overconfident billionaire buddy.
“I would’ve been more than happy to prove this point behind closed doors, I suggested a 4-round spar in my Hayemaker Gym in London, which would have been more than enough to shut him up.
“But for Fournier, the ‘Ric Flair’ of the boxing world, this would have done nothing for his ‘legacy’.
“Joe asked what it would cost to get me through the ropes one last time for an official fight, on a real stage.
“I told him it would have to be a package rivalling my last PPV blockbusters. A few calls with the lawyers, and here we are.” More
