      Fury, 33, lives in a £550,000 home in Morecambe.
      A modest value considering his £70m net worth.
      And he is set to pocket a further £20m from Saturday night’s battle with Deontay Wilder in Las Vegas.
      But Fury reckons he doesn’t need the money to lead the life that makes him happy.
      He told BBC 5 Live: “I’m not fighting to become the greatest of all time or to become a legend in the game.
      “I’m not fighting for anything, I’m not fighting for a few more quid.

      “It won’t benefit me at all to earn another £50m or another £250m.
      “You could live my lifestyle if you had £10k.
      “You don’t need to be rich to live how I live.
      “I live a normal lifestyle, I’m just a normal person who happens to be very good at boxing and a very special chosen person.”
      Many wealthy athletes splash their cash on luxury homes and flashy cars.
      But Fury’s tastes are much less decadent and the WBC champ says he takes joy out of old bangers rather than supercars.
      He added: “Everyone wants to elevate in life to something better than they already are, but I don’t.
      “I’m one of them freaks who wants to stay the same old person.
      “I get most joy out of jumping in an old Transit van and driving it down the road than I would do jumping in a £250k Ferrari.
      “Or I can go and give £500 for an old car like a [Volkswagen] Passat or something, and people say ‘why are you driving this piece of junk?’ but it’s not to me, I like that.
      “Crazy person I suppose.”
      ‘NORMAL, HUMBLE MAN’
      Fury added: “You can always find happiness in simple things. If you always go back to your roots you can always find happiness.”
      Many expect global superstars to leave their home towns and lay roots in more stylish and expensive parts of the world, but not Fury.
      He explained: “I’m staying where I am in Morecambe in Lancashire. And I’m happy with it. I don’t need to go anywhere else.
      “I’m a normal humble type of man. I roam around Morecambe and I go to the gym and back twice a day.
      “And if I go on one holiday a year, great.
      “I hate holidays. Can’t stand then in my sight. I’m a workaholic, I love being at work.”
      Given his obvious natural talent, Fury only wants to be a boxer and said nothing else gives him joy.
      But once he has retired, the dad of six wants to be left alone with his family but fears he will be sad and lonely once he hangs up his gloves.
      He said: “My job is not physical like manual labouring but it’s very physical and mentally stimulating.
      “It’s what I do. I don’t want to do anything else. I don’t want to be a property developer or a car dealer. I just want to be what I am.
      ‘I’M GOING TO BE LONELY AND SAD’
      “What’s motivating me? It’s definitely not a few quid and it’s definitely not winning more fights. It’s the fact there’s nothing else.
      “[I do it] because I can and I don’t enjoy doing anything else.
      “After boxing I’m going to be a very lonely and sad person.
      “I’ll never be a politician or the prime minister or a rocket scientist or the president of the United States, what I’ll always be is myself.

      “And that’s staying true to yourself. I don’t want to change. I don’t want to change my circles.

      But Fury has revealed he’ll happily take time out of his hectic schedule to train rival AJ after the Watford star lost his titles to Usyk last month – and won’t accept a penny from him.
      Joshua, 31, and Fury were due to fight this year until Wilder demanded a third fight from the Morecambe heavyweight.
      And while the Gypsy King still hopes to fight AJ one day – provided he wins back his belts from Usyk – he’s revealed he and trainer SugarHill Steward are keen to help.
      Fury told BT Sport: “I know that if I trained Joshua – me and SugarHill – he’d definitely beat Oleksandr Usyk. That’s a fact.
      “And I would be open to doing it. I’d be very open to me and SugarHill training him.
      “I’d do it for free, because I don’t need the money. I wouldn’t take his money anyway.

      “We would take on that challenge no problem.
      “I guarantee he would beat him.”
      When asked if he’d be prepared to help Joshua, Fury roared: “For free.”

      On the possible training regime, Fury remained tight-lipped adding: “That would be telling now, wouldn’t it?”
      When pushed, Fury added: “I tell you what I’d do with him… I’d give him the right information to beat Usyk.
      “I’m not going to say what. I think everybody knows.
      “You’ve got to train for it, you can’t just do. It’s not just like saying ‘do this, do that’ and then doing it.

      But Haye has been less than impressed by the lineal champ’s preparations for his first title defence.
      He said: “Everybody is completely writing off Wilder for this third fight.
      “I haven’t spoken to anybody who thinks he has a shot in this fight. I don’t see it that way.

      ANTHONY JOSHUA has been told a future fight with Deontay Wilder is his – no matter what the result of his Oleksandr Usyk rematch. Joshua is fighting to regain his belts and possibility his reputation after being dethroned by the brilliantly talented Usyk in September.

      A win for AJ would also put him back on track for the undisputed crown, after talks with WBC champion Tyson Fury broke down earlier this year.
      Joshua and Fury were initially scheduled to lock horns on August 14 but the latter was ordered by an arbitration judge to battle Deontay Wilder for a third time instead.
      Fury, 33, faces Wilder, 35, in a trilogy bout this Saturday night in Las Vegas and the winner will have their eyes on Usyk’s WBA, IBF and WBO belts.
      But Wilder’s co-manager Shelly Finkel admitted even in defeat to Usyk again, Joshua would not be left out in the cold.
      Finkel told SunSport: “We’d definitely fight him, win or lose.”
      Wilder spent the best part of two years failing to agree terms with Joshua, before Fury swooped in to draw and then beat the American.
      In that period, AJ has lost the titles to outsider Andy Ruiz Jr won them back again before surrendering the throne once more, this time to Usyk.

      The defiant British superstar wants nothing more than the chance to put things right, like he did against Ruiz, 32, six months after the shock defeat.
      But avenging the loss to unbeaten Usyk, 34, will not be so easy and he has faced calls to swerve the rematch and build back another way.
      Even rival promoter Bob Arum urged AJ to sit out, allow Fury to challenge Usyk instead, and face the winner for all the marbles after a comeback fight.
      But Finkel, who has been with Wilder’s since his 2008 debut, backed Joshua’s decision to go right back into the fire again and admired his courage.
      He said: “If I was managing Joshua, a rematch is where I would go. 

      “I’m looking out for Deontay, and that’s all I’m looking out for, but I have been a fan of Joshua. He’s been a good representative of the heavyweight division.
      “He needs to redeem himself, I don’t think he’s the same fighter he was before the fight with Ruiz and I feel early in this fight he got hit and wobbled by Usyk and that changed everything. 
      “He didn’t come forward, he came on a bit in the middle rounds, but the things is he didn’t do what he had to do it win. 
      “I think Usyk will be more confident in the next fight but Joshua has a very good opportunity in the rematch. 
      “I picked him to win the first fight because of his size and I didn’t think Usyk looked great against either Chazz Witherspoon or Derek Chisora.”

      It has been a long journey for the former pancake flipper as he climbed from ‘struggling to make ends meet’ to having the most-feared fist in the business.
      Although he may be fearsome inside the ropes, away from the ring he is very much a family man as he looks to provide for his eight kids from four different women.
      Wilder had a late start to boxing, taking it up aged 20, and now stands on the verge of greatness if he can KO Fury.
      But deciding to take up the sport that would transform his life forever is nothing compared to a life-or-death choice he was forced to make while expecting his first daughter.
      Wilder and his then-girlfriend Helen Duncan were poor teenagers when they were told their child would be born with spina bifida.
      Speaking to the Daily Mail ahead of his second fight with Fury, Wilder said: “It had been scary first off to know I had a child on the way.

      “It was even scarier that this tiny being would be coming into the world with a defect.
      “I was so young, holding my whole world in my hands. Suddenly I was facing this huge responsibility for a life which would need my enormous care and attention.
      “The doctors told us she would never walk. Told us maybe she would never have a child’s natural ability for learning. They offered us the opportunity to terminate.
      “This was the most important decision of my life. To keep her or not to keep her. Thank God I got it right. We just felt she had a right to live.”
      Naieye is now 16, and the 6ft 7in Alabama native could not be more delighted with his ‘miracle’ child’s fighting spirit.

      Wilder said: “Doctors can do all that studying and acquire all that knowledge.
      “But what they cannot account for is a miracle. The miracle that is our Naieya.
      “She’s not just walking, she’s running. She’s not only going to school, she’s one of smartest girls in her class. So clever. So intelligent.
      “The experience with her matured me early. Seeing her overcome adversity so many times inspired me to do the same.
      “Even before she was born she taught me the importance of always making the right decisions.
      “She’s such a bright spark lighting up my life, as are all my children with their different characters and personalities. I love them all.”
      Wilder is now with Telli Swift, his fiancee who will soon become his second wife, and seems to have never been happier with his life.
      But despite all the fame and fortune he has accumulated from his fists, he will never forget his days working in his local International House Of Pancakes fast food restaurant as he attempted to boost his family’s income before stepping in the ring.

      “I used to make pretty good tips. I always kept my station spotless clean. At first people thought I must be a basketball or football player and talked to me about sports.
      “Then they wouldn’t sit at any tables but mine and they would tell me very personal things about their lives.
      “For some reason they clung to me. It became like having another large family.
      “I got my social skills from my mother. She loved talking to people and like her I’m happy to meet people.
      “I don’t think I’m better than anyone because I’m the world champion and I’ve got millions in the bank.
      “I’m still like everyone else. I had to fight my way up. I always know the price of milk. I’m a people person and I won’t let anyone take real life away from me. No-one.” More
