      Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder viewers fume as some have NO SOUND after paying £24.95 to watch on BT Sport Box Office

      BOXING fans were outraged after watching the build-up to Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder with no sound.BT Sport Box Office aired the event but it seems many of those suffering from the problem were accessing the show via Virgin Media.
      Some Boxing fans will have been without sound during Jared Anderson’s (right) defeat of Vladimir Tereshkin
      And viewers missed out on much of the pre-fight drama due to a lack of sound.
      That left them without commentary and a real taste of what was unfolding at the T-Mobile Arena.
      BT Sport aired pre-fight interviews with Tommy Fury and Lennox Lewis, as well as several other bouts before the main event.
      Fury’s sparring partner Jared Anderson stormed to a second-round victory against Vladimir Tereshkin before Robert Helenius stopped Adam Kownacki in the sixth round of another heavyweight clash.
      Fans fumed at the technical issues and took to Twitter to vent their anger.
      One fan tweeted: “Absolute joke paying 24.95 for fight and no sound? Can this be sorted please?”

      Another added: “Paid for the PPV hours ago and still no sound. Followed all of the online help guides and still NOTHING!! Beyond fuming! Help required.”
      A third said: “Really two hours 40 minutes into this PPV and still no sound this is a joke absolute shambles from BT Sport Box Office.”
      Some fans will have also missed out on the sound welcoming Fury’s arrival at the arena two hours before his bout.

      TYSON FURY promised his fans an exciting show as he arrived at the T-Mobile arena to face Deontay Wilder.The Gypsy King, 33, arrived in a confident mood as always and looked relaxed as he walked into the venue behind wife Paris.

      The heavyweight world champion pretended to play some air drums before greeting members of his team, including commercial manager Spencer Brown.
      Fury arrived 40 minutes before opponent Wilder to watch American sensation Jared Anderson – whom he has sparred with in training – brutally knock out Vladimir Tereshkin in the second round of their bout.
      He also filmed a short video message to his fans, encouraging them to stay up to watch him in action against Wilder.
      Shared on Frank Warren’s Twitter page, Fury said in the video: “Hey guys, Gypsy King here reporting live and direct from Las Vegas, Nevada, USA!
      “It’s 2 am in the UK, you’ve only got to wait two more hours guys. Big GK’s coming, hold up!
      “Take a Red Bull take some energy drinks whatever you need! Stay awake, it’s going to be exciting.”

      Fury is usually well supported at his fights but fans have had to remain in the UK this time around due to Covid restrictions preventing flights to the U.S.
      The city of Las Vegas may be grateful for that, as last time out – during Wilder vs Fury II – Brits drank Sin City dry celebrating Fury’s victory.
      Despite the weight of expectation from fans back home, Fury is not showing any pre-fight nerves.
      Mike Tyson even warned Fury: “The eyes of the Gods of war are upon you.”
      But after dominating Wilder in a brutal seventh-round stoppage in February 2020 Fury is in a confident spirit, and wants his fans to stay up and watch him create history once again.

      David Haye reveals Deontay Wilder’s ‘real excuse’ for losing to Tyson Fury after receiving inside information from camp

      DAVID HAYE has claimed a member of Deontay Wilder’s team revealed to him the American’s right arm was injured in his rematch with Tyson Fury.The Bronze Bomber’s reign as WBC heavyweight champion came to an end at the hands of Fury last February, with his corner throwing in the towel in the seventh round.

      Wilder, 35, came up with a myriad of unfounded conspiracy theories to try to justify his battering at the hands of the Gypsy King.
      But according to Haye, a compromised right arm was the ‘real reason’ why the Olympian came up short in the Sin City showdown.
      He told BT Sport: “Him making all those excuses distracts everybody from what I’ve learned was the real excuse, the real reason why he was unable to perform.
      “His right arm was severely damaged in that fight.
      “So, the Wilder that we saw in the first fight was not there in the second fight.
      “I got in on good authority from someone who [knows]. I 100 per cent trust this guy.

      “And he’s super confident that the Deontay Wilder getting into the ring tonight is a completely different specimen to even the first fight.

      “He just didn’t have the discipline, didn’t have the strategy to implement his right hand – which is his biggest weapon.
      “And in the second fight, he didn’t have it at all. So, on paper – I understand why everyone is saying this is a foregone conclusion.
      “But when you look at the fact that Tyson Fury was fighting someone that was potentially [injured].
      “I believe it so and tonight will be very evident if Wilder’s right hand is back intact.”
      Fury’s preparations for his trilogy fight with Wilder have been far from ideal.
      And Haye – who was supposed to face the 33-year-old in 2013 – believes he’ll have to turn in a career-best performance to see off the knockout artist again.

      Roared on by thousands of British and Irish fight fans, Fury performed a demolition job Fury so comprehensive that there was little appetite for the trilogy bout in Las Vegas in the early hours of tomorrow.
      That re-match – after a thrilling draw in Los Angeles in December 2018 – was almost 20 months ago now, shortly before the global sporting lockdown.
      Before that first bout, we had assumed Fury was far too early in his comeback to take on an unbeaten Wilder for the WBC crown. We were wrong.   
      Before the second bout, we knew he was a far superior boxer but we did not see him piling into the American from the first bell to the surrender of the towel from trainer Mark Breland in the seventh. Wrong again. 
      Fury says he’ll go for broke again, while Wilder has boasted of his 238lb frame, having been able to bench press 350lbs in training.
      Heavy or not, if Wilder can’t box to orders, Fury will reign supreme once again.

      The promoter said: “Today we officially triggered the rematch for Oleksandr Usyk fight, which we’ll see early next spring.

      “A few niggles in camp for AJ, Usyk had a bad cut, it’s officially triggered, we’ll sit down with K2 Promotions and I think March is when you’ll see that fight.

      David Price: “I’m going to go with another Fury win again. I think it’ll be a sustained beating. I think Wilder will start quick and then Fury will just take over in the mid to late rounds and stop him.”

      Deontay Wilder insists rival Tyson Fury ‘hasn’t seen 100 per cent’ of him ahead of Saturday’s trilogy fight in Las Vegas.
      He told 78SPORTSTV: “Tyson Fury gave me the best of him. But he hasn’t seen 100% of me, no-one has.
      “I’ve always came in with injuries or something wrong with me. Some say, ‘Well, why did you do that?’ I’m a warrior.
      “I’m a king, you’re a peasant. We are not equal.”

      Deontay Wilder has complained about rival Tyson Fury’s gloves AGAIN ahead of tonight’s trilogy fight in Las Vegas.
      Wilder told 78SportsTV: “We had a little situation with the gloves. I already got word of some funny stuff going on in the back of the gloves.
      “What happened was Fury’s glove that he’s chosen, which is the same thing he had last time, had little to no padding.
      “The rest of it was horse hair, we thought horse hair was illegal and out of the question but they said it was [OK], so we said cool.
      “They opened up my glove and my glove padding is at least two to three inches thick.
      “His glove looks like they’ve already been used, already folded, bended, like they’ve been thrown in the trash and got back out and say, ‘we’re gonna reuse these’.”
      LENNOX PREDICTS
      Lennox Lewis is sitting on the fence with his prediction for Fury vs Wilder 3.
      “I’m a bad predictor. It is going to be a fantastic fight,” he said.
      “Tyson Fury has a lot more tools and weapons that he can use.
      “Deontay went back and learned a couple of tricks he can put to use he’ll have a good time in there as well. So all around it is going to be a good fight.”

      Zlatan Ibrahimovic has urged Tyson Fury to ‘keep making history’ by smashing Deontay Wilder.
      The 40-year-old AC Milan ace posted a video message on social media, saying: “Tyson Fury my friend what’s up. I hope you’re well, I hope the camp went well.

      Anthony Joshua is picking Deontay Wilder to cause an upset tonight in Las Vegas.
      “Let’s go with Wilder because he seems obsessed, like he really wants it.
      “A focused man is a dangerous man, and he’s focused. Wilder might get the decision. Actually, no… it has to be a knockout. One of them will knock the other out.”

      A host of star-studded names from Hollywood and sport are set to be ringside to watch Tyson Fury defend his world title against Deontay Wilder.

      WEIGH-IN
      Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder both weighed in at their heaviest ever weights.
      The Brit came in at 19st11lbs – five pounds heavier than in the pair’s second fight.
      And at 17st, Deontay Wilder weighed in at a full half a stone heavier than he did in his last bout with Fury.
      Fury, known traditionally as a great boxer but not so much for delivering knockouts, promised more of the same after he bulked up to KO Wilder in the seventh round 18 months ago.
      The Gypsy King promised his extra weight would mean “total obliteration of a dosser. Total annihilation”.
      Fury also mesmerised the crowd by stepping onto the scales in the same hat The Undertaker wears.
      The champ was compared to the WWE legend during his first fight with Wilder when he looked to have been knocked out cold but got up to beating the count in the 12th round.
      And going into this bout, Fury promised the Deadman that Wilder would “Rest in Peace”.
      Wilder meanwhile sacked a member of his team, Mark Breland, for throwing in the towel last time.
      But Fury labelled the Bronze Bomber and Breland’s replacement, Malik Scott, “a pack of losers”.
      However Wilder claims he has calmed down since the last fight and is confident of victory.

      FIGHTER COMPARISON
      It’s pretty fair to say that Fury and Wilder are two completely different fighters.
      In years gone by, Wilder has been known for his one-punch knockout power, his ferocious finishes and the mighty torque he gets into his right hands.
      He’s often been criticised for his lack of traditional boxing technique, having picked up the sport late in his life, before managing to secure himself an Olympic bronze medal at the Beijing Olympics in 2008.
      But Wilder has rarely ever needed boxing technique to get through his fights, boasting an incredible 41 knockouts from his 44 fights.
      Fury, on the other hand, has been boxing since he was a child, and is known for his excellent footwork, feinting, double-jabbing and ring IQ.
      He outwitted the great Wladimir Klitschko in their world title clash back in 2015 and outboxed Wilder for long periods of their first fight in 2018, though it ended in a draw.
      Fury does pack a heavy punch, however, as he showed in his rematch with Wilder, but it’s his boxing which allows him to set up the offensive side of his game.

      The fight, however, was contingent on Fury or Wilder being unable to strike a deal to face Oleksandr Usyk for the undisputed title within 30 days.
      But with Anthony Joshua officially exercising his rematch clause with the Ukrainian, the winner of Whyte vs Wallin is now guaranteed the next shot at the undisputed WBC strap.
      On Saturday night, AJ’s promoter Eddie Hearn told DAZN’s Maya Jama: “Today we officially triggered the rematch for Oleksandr Usyk fight, which we’ll see early next spring.

      Hearn told DAZN’s Maya Jama: “Today we officially triggered the rematch for Oleksandr Usyk fight, which we’ll see early next spring.

      And ‘Iron Mike’ gave Fury some words of encouragement just hours before the huge clash in Las Vegas.
      Speaking on Twitter, he said: “The eyes of the Gods of war are upon you @Tyson_Fury #FuryWilder3.”
      Earlier this week Tyson was asked to give his prediction for the fight.
      And the 55-year-old backed his man Fury to get the job done despite his compatriot Wilder being in the other corner.
      He said: “No way, you know, Deontay Wilder have nothing to be sad about… I just think Tyson Fury has his number.”
      The trilogy fight taking place tonight promises to bring an end to the Fury-Wilder rivalry which has consumed their careers for nearly three years.
