      TYSON FURY broke then rubbished the supposed ‘Drake curse’ after the rap superstar backed the Gypsy King against Deontay Wilder. The Canadian artist has been an unlucky charm for several sportsmen, who have posed for pictures with him and then lost.

      Even Anthony Joshua, 31, was among the victims, after uploading a photo with Drake before his shock 2019 loss to Andy Ruiz Jr, 32.
      But his great rival Fury, 33, overcame the myth, by knocking out Wilder, 35, in their Las Vegas trilogy fight.
      Drake had wished the WBC champion luck and some superstitious fans feared it would be a bad omen.
      But not Fury, who later made light of the curse on his Instagram story.
      He posted: “Curse? No such thing pal.”
      Fury dropped Wilder three times in total but twice had to pick himself up off the canvas in round four.

      The unbeaten Brit finally closed out the show, and their rivalry, in round 11 of the heavyweight classic.
      Fury’s much-earned afterparty went on till the early hours of the morning in Sin City.
      He told clubbers: “They’ll be talking about this f***ing fight a thousand years from today.
      “They’ll say where were you? You were all here with the champ!”
      Hours earlier, he said: “Am I the greatest heavyweight of my era? Without a doubt. Number one, numero uno. I believe I could beat anyone in history.
      “Any man born, I believe I’ve got a really good chance of beating him.”

      The WBC have ordered him to fight the winner of this month’s bout between Dillian Whyte and Otto Wallin.
      And Fury’s promoter Frank Warren reckons the Manchester United fan is big enough to fill every stadium in England – putting Old Trafford on stand-by for his next title defence.
      Warren said: “I would love that homecoming more than anything the British fans and everything. Can you imagine it?
      “Tyson sells out any stadium in Britain, easy. The fans will come out for him.
      “He deserves that hero’s homecoming now.”
      Fury, 33, who has not fought in the UK since 2018, recently revealed to SunSport: “It’s always been my dream to fight at Old Trafford.”

      Warren, 69, has spent 40 years in the business and reckons 6ft 9in Fury’s Las Vegas show on Saturday night was the greatest live event he has ever seen.
      He said: “Fury is the best heavyweight of his generation and he is up there with all of them.
      “Look at his size and chin and his heart to keep getting up off the floor, he gets up. He would be a stand-out performer in any era, for anybody.”
      But Warren fears the Gypsy King’s breathtaking performance might mean Anthony Joshua is too scared to ever agree to a Battle of Britain undisputed decider.
      That is, if the Watford man, 31, can even regain his WBA, IBF and WBO belts from Oleksandr Usyk in the spring.
      Warren added: “Look at the comparison between Tyson’s and AJ’s last performances. If Joshua has just watched that, it will have frightened the life out of him.”
      Warren would also consider working with Fury’s US-based promoters on a special UK start time that could keep the massive American market tuned in to buying the pay-per-views.
      When asked if the US’s eight-hour West Coast time difference could be navigated around to maximise earnings in both markets either side of the pond, Warren said: “Everything is possible and we will sit down and look at how we do everything.
      “I was really proud just to be involved and with him because he just proved himself to be a true fighting man.”
      Fury admitted he was left dizzy by Wilder’s fourth-round knockdowns.
      But he believes the win shows he is the greatest heavyweight of his era.

      He said: “This was one of my greatest wins. I got off the floor to do it and I am the big dog in this division.
      “There were some shaky moments but I persevered and got that knockout.
      “I got caught on the back of the head and was a bit dizzy. But I ain’t going to stay down.
      “Knock me spark out and then I’ve lost. Failing that, I’ll come back and hunt you down. I hit him with an uppercut in the first and nearly broke my ankle.
      “I went over on it and it’s severely hurt. But he went down first and went down last.
      “As soon as I landed it, I jumped on the ropes as I knew he wasn’t getting up from that.
      “I feel sorry for my opponents who have to fight me. I feel sorry for them because they’re fighting the fighter of the generation.

      Tyson Fury admitted he expects Deontay Wilder to have ‘a lot of excuses’ after brilliantly beating his rival ‘fair and square’.
      Fury told Behind The Gloves: “I’m sure he’ll have a lot of excuses to make.

      Tyson Fury has named his top four heavyweight rankings after his win over Deontay Wilder.
      The Morecambe man said: “It was a great fight tonight, it was worthy of any trilogy in the history of the sport.
      “Deontay Wilder’s a top fighter, he gave me a real run for my money. I always said I’m the best in the world and he’s second best.”
      It comes after he told Barstool Sports the other fighters he would have in the top four before the clash.

      But The Gypsy King is now in recovery mode and and making the most of his hard earned rest with a dip in the swimming pool.
      His wife Paris took to Instagram to share a video of her 33-year-old husband soaking up some Sun while relaxing in a pool.
      She focuses the camera on the Gypsy King as he shows off a bling WBC ring he wears as WBC heavyweight champion.
      He smiles and cheers with barely a scratch on him – despite being twice dropped by Wilder.

      2 FAST 2 FURY-OUS
      Beating Tyson Fury would be ‘very tough’ for Anthony Joshua, according to David Haye.
      Speaking on BT Sport, the 40-year-old said: “I think from the strength of that performance, it would be very tough for AJ.
      “Having watched AJ’s last performance against Usyk, the shots that Fury took down the pipe from Wilder, he was able to get back up and rough him up.
      “The fact that AJ stood at range with Usyk having a boxing match… is AJ going to beat Fury in a boxing match? I don’t believe so.”

      MARK HIS WORDS
      Deontay Wilder’s former coach Mark Breland has taken to Instagram after seeing The Bronze Bomber brutally knocked out by Tyson Fury.
      Breland was sacked by Wilder following the last bout between the pair.

      Deontay Wilder would do ‘ten times better’ against Oleksandr Usyk than Anthony Joshua did, according to trainer Malik Scott.
      Speaking to ESNews, the Bronze Bomber’s cornerman said: “Usyk and Wilder? I believe it’s a superfight. I believe stylistically Usyk would beat AJ again.
      “If AJ could make the necessary adjustments stylistically with his team then I believe it would be a much more competitive fight.
      “But I still would give the edge to Usyk… and I’d maybe give him the edge by stoppage – it just depends how AJ would handle the first three rounds as far as positioning.
      “But with Deontay, I believe his style would do a whole lot better against Usyk’s than AJ’s style did, ten times better.
      “Because I look at it like this – Usyk fought AJ and I keep telling everybody he got bruises and everything which means he was getting hit.”

      LANCS HERO
      Lancashire local Tyson Fury delighted fans from his home county following victory over Deontay Wilder on Saturday night.
      After a brutal eleventh round knockout, Fury grabbed a microphone and belted down it: “Lancaster, la la la, Lancashire la la la!”
      Gypsy King Fury was born in Wythenshawe in south Manchester.
      He now lives in Morecambe – in the City of Lancaster district of Lancashire – hence the ‘Lancaster’ and ‘Lancashire’ chants.
      Manchester was also historically part of the county of Lancashire, but since 1974 comes under the county of Greater Manchester.
      And he gave a nod to his Lancashire roots after a savage knockout blow.
      Fury’s football-like chant followed his rendition of ‘Walking in Memphis’ to the 20,000 strong crowd at T-Mobile Arena.
      The 33-year-old changed Marc Cohn’s classic to ‘Walking in Vegas’ given the location of the fight.

      LOOK OF GLOVE
      Paris Fury gave her man Tyson as adorable look of love as he made his walk to the ring last night.
      The Gypsy King sauntered in wearing a Spartan outfit inspired by the hit movie ‘300’.
      Fury, 33, had the crowd lapping up his every move as he sang along to AC DC classic You Shook Me All Night Long.
      And Paris clearly loved it too as she cracked into a huge smile and nodded her approval in an undeniable look of love.
      The mum of six was caught on camera as she took her ringside seat looking stunning in a sparkly blue dress.

       DEONT DELAY
      Deontay Wilder’s pre-fight ‘s***-house’ move to delay his bout with Tyson Fury backfired spectacularly, writes WILLIAM PUGH. 
      The Bronze Bomber was knocked spark out in the 11th round by the Gypsy King and fans were quick to poke fun at the American’s bizarre pre-fight ritual after the defeat.
      Fury floored the American three times in Las Vegas – with the third and final time bringing their long-running rivalry to a close as the ref waved the fight off.
      Wilder, 35, was well in the contest in the early stages and even had Fury on the deck himself twice in the fourth round before the Alabama ace ran out of steam.
      It was arguably Wilder’s best performance in the trilogy but some post-fight focus was on his antics in the dressing room beforehand.
      As challenger, Wilder had to enter the ring first.
      But live footage showed him dawdling in the dressing room surrounded by his entourage. 
      Wilder was seen standing with his team in a silent circle as someone appeared to serenade or preach to the Bronze Bomber who had his head bowed.
      WILD CLAIMS
      Deontay Wilder’s trainer Malik Scott has revealed that the Bronze Bomber broke his hand during last night’s defeat to Tyson Fury.
      The American, 35, floored the Gypsy King twice in the fourth round, only to later be knocked out in the penultimate stanza of an instant classic.
      Speaking to ESNews after the bout, cornerman Scott revealed that Wilder had come out of the fight with a number of injuries.
      He said: “I took him up into his room, he’s seen a doctor afterwards.
      “Everything’s cool… he busted his lip, he broke his hand, broke his finger, knuckle, something like that.
      “But life goes on.”

      THE ROCK SAYS
      Tyson Fury’s stunning knockout victory over Deontay Wilder has been hailed as one of the greatest nights in heavyweight boxing.
      And one of the most famous men on the planet was left open-mouthed at the action unfolding in front of him.
      WWE legend and movie star Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson dubbed the trilogy bout as ‘one of the greatest’ he had ever seen.
      He tweeted: “That was one of the greatest fights I’ve ever seen.
      “Congrats to my friend & champion @Tyson_Fury. What a beautiful & resilient performance.
      “What a “on the shield” heart @BronzeBomber has. I was inspired tonight by both men.”

      FURY FIGHTBACK
      After six rounds of heavyweight action in Las Vegas Tyson Fury was trailing Deontay Wilder on the judges scorecards.
      The Gypsy King knocked out Wilder in the eleventh, but was losing on points at the halfway stage.
      The scorecards revealed all three American judges to have Fury narrowly down 56-55 at the end of the sixth.
      Dave Moretti, Tim Cheatham and Steve Weisfeld gave Fury three out of the first six, but because he was knocked down twice in the fourth he lost that round 10-7.
      But after the sixth round The Gypsy King came into his own.
      Moretti and Weisfeld both gave Fury ALL of the following rounds until the knockout, while Cheatham did the same – apart from bizarrely scoring the ninth in favour of Wilder.
      By the time of the stoppage Moretti had it 95-91, Cheatham closer at 94-92 and Weisfeld at 95-92.

      LEW GOT THIS
      British boxing legend Lennox Lewis congratulated Tyson Fury on his victory in Las Vegas – just as The Gypsy King got out of the shower.
      Fury was speaking after knocking out Deontay Wilder, but spotted Lewis and shouted: “Come on Lennox get in here!”
      Fresh from washing Wilder’s blood from his body the Gypsy King was wearing just a hat and shorts as he spoke to Lewis.
      The two heavyweight greats shared a few words after Fury’s epic knockout in his trilogy fight with the Bronze Bomber.
      In a video posted to Frank Warren’s Twitter account, Lewis approaches Fury and says: “Unbelievable, great fight.
      “You showed great heart, great determination and ring IQ. Great job, enjoy it.”
      And Fury joked with the three-time world heavyweight champion: “You can’t go swimming and not get wet!”
      He then thanked the 56-year-old saying: “Thank you Lennox I really appreciate it, God bless you.”

      ERA DEFINING
      Tyson Fury’s brutal knockout of Deontay Wilder left the Gypsy King feeling sorry for his opponents.
      The Gypsy King declared: “I can only be the best fighter of my day, and I’ve done that.
      “I’m the best fighter of my era. I’m the generation fighter, I actually feel sorry for all these guys who have had to fight me.
      “Because I’m in the dressing room at home I’m not nervous – you know it’s a boxing fight to me.
      “I feel sorry for them because they’re fighting the fighter of the generation, that’s for sure.”

      DEON AND DUSTED
      Tyson Fury stated that his legendary rivalry with Deontay Wilder is “actually done”.
      Fury cemented his legacy as the greatest heavyweight boxer of his era after beating Wilder in an 11-round thriller in Las Vegas.
      The Gypsy King shook off two knockdowns and then knocked his nemesis out with a powerful punch to complete his trilogy with the Bronze Bomber.
      The British superstar praised his fallen opponent after the match but made it clear there is no rematch clause.
      Fury told BBC Sport: “It was a great trilogy, and he is a good dance partner for trilogies.
      “Wilder’s been a good dance partner but there’s no rematch clause. It’s actually done.”

      FUR JOKING
      Tyson Fury stopped Deontay Wilder with a brutal eleventh round knockout in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
      The Gypsy King also had Wilder down in the third and the tenth, and has claimed he nearly BROKE his ankle in doing so.

      And the 33-year-old has revealed the fight could have over barely before it started – but not because of a knockout blow.
      Fury confessed, via iFL TV: “When I hit him with an uppercut, bang in the first [third] round, dropped him, I nearly broke my ankle.
      “I went over on my ankle, my ankle’s hurt.”

      Tyson Fury was true to his word as he celebrated victory over Deontay Wilder by partying with brother Tommy and wife Paris in Las Vegas, writes TRISTAN BARCLAY.
      The Gypsy King vowed to put any thoughts of his next opponent to the back of his mind and enjoy a night out following his stunning knock-out win.
      And hours after sending Wilder to the canvas for a third and final time at Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena, Fury could be seen living it up at the glitzy Hakkasan nightclub.
      Taking his place in the DJ booth alongside pal Steve Aoki, a shirtless Fury serenaded the crowd with a selection of his now famous victory songs.
      First on the karaoke playlist was American Pie – a Fury favourite he has performed in the ring following previous wins.
      The 33-year-old then belted out versions of Sweet Caroline and ACDC’s TNT to go with the rendition of Walking In Memphis he sang in the ring hours earlier.
      It wasn’t long before Fury was then up on the DJ booth, sending the crowd into a frenzy with some shadow boxing and long-limbed dance moves.
      Fury was joined at the Hakkasan venue by his brother Tommy and wife Paris, and the rest of his sparring squad.

      IT WAS a slogan seized upon by Anthony Joshua’s PR people: The Road To Undisputed.But it is a street which now belongs to Tyson Fury.

      Fury confirmed his status as the great heavyweight boxer of this era by completing a classic trilogy against Deontay Wilder, which ends with two victories for the Brit after a controversial draw, which ought to have made it three.
      And now the Gypsy King, who is indisputably the No1 fighter in the blue-riband division, deserves the chance to fulfil his destiny of becoming, officially, the undisputed champion, within the next 12 months.
      For years we had envisaged an all-British battle between Fury and Joshua to unify those belts.
      Yet the dramatic events of the last two weeks now suggest that if the politics and self-interest which so often plague this sport can be overcome then it will be Fury pitted against Oleksandr Usyk.
      Ukraine’s former undisputed world cruiserweight king, 34, outclassed Joshua at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium a fortnight earlier and will be odds-on favourite to win their re-match, expected next spring.
      But given that a good big one should always beat a good little one — and that Usyk is four stones lighter and six inches shorter than his fellow master craftsman — it would be difficult to imagine anything other than a Fury victory if that pair get it on.

      Fury currently holds just one of the four major belts, the WBC version, while Usyk possesses the other three, but that is just a historical anomaly.
      The 33-year-old Mancunian is likely to fight another Brit, Dillian Whyte, in a mandatory defence, at a similar time to the Usyk-Joshua re-match before he can think about unification.
      But for the third time against Wilder, Fury underlined his pre-eminence.
      Across the desert from Vegas, in Hollywood, they acknowledge that the third part of a trilogy is usually when the plot lines go to pot and the Ewoks turn up.
      Not this glorious three-parter.
      And to think, there had been little appetite for a third face-off, so thorough was Fury’s demolition job of Wilder in their second meeting.
      Yet the duo served up a magnificent feast in their climactic bout, which gripped so many of us around 5am on Sunday

      It allowed Fury to show all of his best attributes — his ducking, weaving scheming; the brutality of his shots and the size of his big gypsy balls.
      And then, as always, there were the elements of showmanship which could elevate Fury to the status of a genuine national hero, especially if Joshua slips away from elite contention.
      We should not forget that before this trilogy began in December 2018, Fury had suffered from depression and addiction issues, had ballooned to almost 30st, making his career resurrection all the more impressive.
      But neither should we forget the failed drug test in 2015 for the banned steroid nandrolone, nor the homophobic pseudo-religious rants he unleashed, which have since, thankfully, subsided.
      Fury is a complex enigma, with a dark side to his character, but it is impossible to deny that he is a great entertainer too.
      Last year, his lawyers demanded — unsuccessfully — that he be removed from the BBC Sports Personality of the Year award shortlist in a display of supreme contrariness.
      Yet if that episode suggested Fury is disinterested in popularity contests, he remains a crowd-pleaser.

      Between rounds Fury sat on a stool emblazoned with a picture of Wilder’s face, replete with the nickname he has long since bestowed on his rival — ‘Big Dosser’.
      Yet the Alabama wallop merchant emerged from this with his dignity, if not his title, restored.
      Before Fury went out for the seventh, his trainer SugarHill Steward — approximately half the size of the Gypsy King — bellowed in the big man’s face ‘Jab the Motherf****r, Goddammit!’
      As we know, everyone has a gameplan until they get punched in the face and Fury’s had appeared to go out of the window after the pummelling he suffered in the fourth round.
      Steward — the former Detroit cop, who would have made his late, great uncle Manny proud with that foul-mouthed tirade — got his man fully back in the zone and Fury was brilliant in the seventh.
      Finally in the 11th, we saw Wilder, vanquished, face-down. And Fury, the greatest heavyweight of the 21st century, hands-down.
      Now he deserves the chance to confirm it with a full set of belts.

      Tyson Fury celebrates ‘greatest ever’ fight by partying until 3am in Las Vegas

      TYSON Fury declared himself The Greatest yesterday after winning one of the most sensational fights in boxing history — then partied like a champion until 3am.The Gypsy King, 33, held on to his crown by battering American Deontay Wilder to the canvas in the 11th round in Las Vegas.

      Echoing Muhammad Ali, Tyson roared: “Am I the greatest heavyweight of my era? Without a doubt. I believe I could beat anyone in history.”
      The Gypsy King swigged £800 vodka from the bottle, sank lager and sang to fans just three hours after KO-ing Deontay Wilder.
      He told clubbers: “They’ll be talking about this f***ing fight a thousand years from today. They’ll say where were you? You were all here with the champ!”
      Hours earlier, after coming back off the canvas twice, he said: “Am I the greatest heavyweight of my era? Without a doubt. Number one, numero uno. I believe I could beat anyone in history. Any man born, I believe I’ve got a really good chance of beating him.”
      Superstar Fury, 33, added: “Next, I’ve gotta go get drunk — so thank you very much.”
      True to his word, after clubbing his American rival with a right hand in the 11th round to end the fight at 9.35pm, he was at Hakkasan club by 12.45am.
      The Sun had a ringside seat at the bash where he partied with wife Paris, 31, brother Tommy, 22, boxer Joseph Parker, 29, and 30 of his entourage.

      Fury entered the club to AC/DC hit You Shook Me All Night Long, the song he used for his ring walk, wearing a suit and trousers emblazoned with his Gypsy King motif. Clutching a Bud Light, sporting two black eyes and a welt on his head he took off his suit jacket and began to dance bare-chested.
      He shadowboxed to Queen song We Are The Champions and posed with fans, before jumping on top of the DJ booth with Tommy and Parker.
      A cannon fired confetti into the crowd as Fury blew kisses and put his hands together in a praying motion during hit Livin’ On A Prayer.
      ‘I’VE GOTTA GO GET DRUNK’
      The dad of six also led the crowd in a round of “Oh, Tyson Fury” to the tune of White Stripes song Seven Nation Army. For the next few hours, he partied with wife Paris in a VIP area gulping from two £800 magnums of Grey Goose vodka on his table and necking Bud Light bottles.
      The club’s menu includes 30 litres of Ace of Spades Rose champagne for £217,000, while a three-litre bottle costs a mere £15,000. VIP punters spending £1,400 on booze had bottles brought to them inside a makeshift boxing belt, by women dressed in multi-coloured robes.
      DJ Steve Aoki played at the five-floor venue inside the MGM Grand. When he put on Don McLean classic American Pie, Fury couldn’t resist grabbing the mic to serenade the crowd with a singalong.
      He then leapt on to the DJ booth again and launched into Sweet Caroline for the second time. After snogging wife Paris, who had earlier been dancing on the sofas of the VIP area, he then began to whip up the crowd. Fury roared: “Make some fing noise! Is everybody having a good time in here tonight? Let’s take this up a f***ing notch. Let’s take it to paradise, ecstasy!”
      As AC/DC song Thunderstruck began to play Fury, still shirtless and standing on top of the DJ booth, played an air guitar and declared it “one of the greatest songs that has been written”.
      As the crowd chanted the fighter’s name, DJ Aoki yelled: “This is Tyson Fury day! We have a legend in the building with us.”
      Fury, Paris and their entourage left the club at 3am. Last night he was due to host a pool party.
      The high drama in Sin City marked an explosive conclusion to the trilogy of fights between Fury and 35-year-old Wilder.
      ‘LEGEND IN THE BUILDING’
      The first contest ended in a contentious draw before Fury beat down Wilder in a seventh-round TKO last February. The third fight, set for July, was postponed when Fury caught Covid.
      In August his newborn daughter Athena was fighting for life in intensive care. By turning up for Saturday’s bout both fighters were said to have earned a minimum of £30million.
      Fury, the undefeated WBC title-holder, could now net £100million in a match up with Brit Anthony Joshua next year. Millions of bleary-eyed Brits got up at 4.40am for the fight.
      In Vegas, a full house of 20,000 including basketball legends Magic Johnson and Shaquille O’Neal were at the T-Mobile Arena. Tickets were going for £3,600 each, rising to £28,000 ringside.
      Fury’s topsy-turvy career has seen him abuse cocaine and balloon to more than 28 stone. He would drink 18 pints of lager a day, plus whisky and vodka, before stopping off on the way home for pizzas and kebabs.
      The Manchester-born star, now based in Morecambe, gave up his world titles in 2017 after accepting a backdated two-year doping ban. He was hit by severe depression and attempted suicide.
      After arriving at the T-Mobile Arena, Fury had warned those back home: “Take some energy drinks, whatever you need. Stay awake — it’s gonna be exciting.”
      He entered the ring dressed as a Spartan and knocked down Wilder in the third round. The Brit was floored twice in the fourth but slowly gained control and left Wilder with blood oozing from his mouth and left ear.
      Finally, a minute and ten seconds into Round 11, Fury’s spectacular KO ended the contest. With tearful Paris by his side, he belted out Walking in Vegas to fans and added: “Lancashire, la la la.”
      Actor Dwayne The Rock Johnson raved: “That was one of the greatest fights I’ve ever seen. Congrats to my friend & champion Tyson Fury. What a beautiful & resilient performance.”
      Piers Morgan tweeted: “What. A. Fight. Two absolute warriors.”
      Match of the Day’s Gary Lineker added: “What a champion.”
      Fury said afterwards: “Don’t ever doubt me. When the chips are down, I can always deliver. I can only beat whoever’s in my era and I’ve done that all my life. I’m the greatest heavyweight of my era.”

      UFC star McGregor, 33, was keen to praise both men.. while also fitting in a dig at fierce octagon rival Dustin Poirier.
      He wrote on Twitter: “Great fight that. Both warriors, both winners.
      “Hard to not be impressed with Deontay there. Against the much larger man and almost got it done.
      “Great fight. 40lb’s in weight difference is A LOT.
      “Fair play both men there, very enjoyable fights they have had together. Respect.”
      McGregor was left furious back in July when his own trilogy bout with Poirier finished prematurely, with the Diamond mocking the billi strut as he lay in agony with a broken leg.

      Alluding to the incident, he added: “Their skill levels are unique but very close. A great heavyweight trilogy that was.
      “I love when it gets set for certain and both have an honorable showing.
      “Not the fam in the ring fake celebrating after a freak injury etc etc you know the gig, God bless the real in this world.”
      McGregor dragged Poirier’s wife Jolie into matters before and after his third fight with the American.
      But he had nicer things to say to Fury and Wilder’s spouses.
      He concluded: “Congrats Tyson and Paris.
      “Me and Dee are so happy for you and the kids.
      “Congrats Deontay and Telli also. Was great meeting you guys recently.
      “A real proud showing that was, and could have went either way. Amazing! Happy Sunday now today with the cheddar and the memory’s God bless.”

      His wife Paris took to Instagram to share a video of her 33-year-old husband soaking up some Sun while relaxing in a pool.

      He smiles and cheers with barely a scratch on him – despite being twice dropped by Wilder.
      Fury hit the canvas twice in the fourth round but he recovered to land a devastating knockout in round eleven.
      He also had Wilder on the floor twice – in rounds three and ten – before the final blow.
      And after dishing out some brutal shots Fury headed over to Wilder’s corner to offer the Bronze Bomber a handshake.

      “To be a top fighting man, you’ve got to show guts and respect and he couldn’t do it tonight. And that’s it.
      “He couldn’t do it so I’ll pray for him. I’m just thankful we all got out the fight in one piece and go home to our lovely families.”
      Fury went on to claim: “I went over to show love and respect and he didn’t want it to so I will pray for him.
      “Wilder has no lover for me because I have beaten him three times.
      “But I am a sportsman and I went over to him to show him some love and respect and he did not want to give it back.
      “That’s his problem, I will pray for him and hopefully God will soften his heart.”

      But those hopes would go up in flames, with Deontay Wilder winning his arbitration ruling for a Fury trilogy bout, and AJ then losing to Oleksandr Usyk.
      Should Joshua be able to beat Usyk next year, with promoter Eddie Hearn having triggered their rematch clause, he would still be in line to face the Gypsy King at some point.
      But former two-division champ Haye doesn’t think AJ would stand much of a chance.
      Speaking on BT Sport, the 40-year-old said: “I think from the strength of that performance, it would be very tough for AJ.
      “Having watched AJ’s last performance against Usyk, the shots that Fury took down the pipe from Wilder, he was able to get back up and rough him up.
      “The fact that AJ stood at range with Usyk having a boxing match… is AJ going to beat Fury in a boxing match? I don’t believe so.”

      Fury, 33, was forced to face adversity last night, twice being sent sprawling to the canvas by Wilder and being down in the scorecards after round six.
      But he found a way to turn the tide, producing a stunning 11th round KO to retain his WBA belt.
      After his win, Fury admitted that he ‘feels sorry’ for opponents that have to face him.
