Bjornsson has already moved from strongest man competitions to boxing.
He appeared to be the ideal candidate to join the wrestling promotion with his 6ft 9ins frame and Game of Thrones fame.
Tyson Fury and Floyd Mayweather are among the big names to make guest appearances for Vince McMahon.
But speaking to Logan Paul on the Impaulsive podcast, the giant said a switch to WWE is not for him, especially with the travel and time commitments taking him away from his homeland.
Paul asked: “Have you ever considered WWE or was that ever on your or their radar?”
Bjornsson replied: “Theirs. They reached out a few times.

“I thought about it but like I said before… Iceland.
“The more I started to travel the more I started to appreciate Iceland and the less I wanted to live somewhere else.
“When I was younger I was like, ‘Yeah I will move somewhere else.’
“Then I started to travel a lot, travelled around the world, and was then like, ‘No.'”
Bjornsson, who has previously sparred with Conor McGregor, is preparing for his mammoth showdown with Hall next year.
He has three exhibition boxing fights under his belt already, drawing his first two before beating Devon Larratt in September with a first-round knockout.
To get into shape for boxing, the 2018 world’s strongest man shed a whopping nine stone – and told SunSport now he is always hungry.
Bjornsson said: “There’s a few changes in the diet, not eating nearly as much, in strongman I used to eat a lot.
“It was all about eating every two to three hours, big meals, while here I’m almost always hungry and always like to eat more.
“The diet and the training are the biggest change in the two sports.”

But John Fury suggested his son was well behind on his fitness in the run up to fight night.
The family endured the emotional turmoil of Tyson’s sixth child, Athena, going into intensive care when she was born in August, kept in at Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool.
His father told Sky Sports: “I went to Alder Hey Hospital, I accompanied him just to keep him right.
“I said, ‘Look, you’ve got to do some form of exercise, just don’t sit in here. Let’s go for a bit of a run, you’ll feel better after it.’
“I’m 56 years old, 20 stone, I outran him. We went for a run around Liverpool and his lungs were on fire.
“I thought, ‘Look at this.’ My lungs? You couldn’t hear them. He struggled with a three-mile run.

“He said afterwards, ‘That nearly killed me’, so that’s where he was at four weeks prior to that big night.”
Fury, 33, clearly worked hard over the month leading up to the Las Vegas showdown, heading out to America to finish his training camp.
And by Saturday night, he was ready to take on his rival for a third time.
Fury dropped Wilder in the third but hit the canvas himself twice in the next round – but eventually stopped the fight in the 11th to maintain his unbeaten record and keep the WBC heavyweight world title.
Fury Sr revealed how he kept his son motivated in the final stages of preparation – including using Anthony Joshua’s defeat at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium against Oleksandr Usyk to fire Tyson up.
He added: “He was going to do it anyway, so what I said was, ‘OK then, I’ll try to make the best of a bad job. I’ll fill him full of confidence.’
“But deep down inside I was worried because I thought ‘You know what, he shouldn’t be doing this.’
“There’s a power to be in boxing, Tyson wanting to stand up for his country knowing Anthony Joshua just lost his belts at home, two miles from where he lives.
“He thought, ‘You know what, I can’t be like this man, I’ve got to do my own thing, stand for my country. Win, lose or draw it’s on!”

The Brit has released a video clip which shows the great Lennox Lewis getting told to step it up by his legendary trainer Emmanuel ‘Manny’ Steward.
Manny tells former champ Lewis to ‘get this m*** out of here’ in his blockbuster bout with Mike Tyson.
The video then cuts to show Fury himself getting coached in just the same way by Manny’s nephew SugarHill in his trilogy fight with Deontay Wilder.
The younger Steward is heard urging him to use his jab – words of wisdom Fury said inspired him to victory.
Fury captioned the video simply ‘The Kronk Way’ in reference to the iconic gym both he and Lewis have trained at.
Manny founded Kronk in the early 1970s and it was there SugarHill met Fury for the first time in 2010.

Fury credited SugarHill with masterminding his knock-out victory over Wilder at Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena.
The fight was one for the ages as both men hit the canvas before Fury landed a huge right hand on his American rival.
Boxing fans around the world are holding their breath over who might be next in the champ’s firing line.
A barnstorming all-British bout with Anthony Joshua could still be on the cards – but promoter Frank Warren has even hinted Fury could hang up his gloves without fighting again.

John Fury shows off custom Gypsy King jacket showing off Tyson’s career achievements after sensational Deontay Wilder KO

AS Tyson Fury ponders whether to jacket all in, dad John coated himself in his son’s glory. The Gypsy King has hinted he might retire after his world heavyweight trilogy triumph against Deontay Wilder.
John Fury strikes a pose next to his 28-year-old Mercedes, wearing a special jacket tribute to his son Tyson
Fury senior capped off the family-friendly look with his headwear as he walked in Wilmslow, Cheshire
John Fury marked 19 titles in son Tyson’s dramatic but unbeaten career
And boxing coach John cut a stylish figure himself, dressed in a customised jacket detailing Tyson’s title-filled road to the top.
Fury senior wants Anthony Joshua’s conqueror Oleksandr Usyk to be Tyson’s next – and perhaps final – opponent.
But he looked backwards not forwards with his natty attire as he popped out in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
Some onlookers recognised him and asked for selfies after he parked his 28-year-old Mercedes by the roadside and suggested his son too still has plenty left in the tank.
If the bomber jacket and FURY cap were not give-aways enough to his identity, a proud beaming smile was the final decisive clue.
The jacket lists 19 of Tyson’s titles, from the English crown he won in 2009, through gongs like the British and Commonwealth belts that came two years later, and onto his current WBC, Ring and Lineal awards.

Over that time the unbeaten 33-year-old has battled back from mental health issues and a ban for taking a banned substance.
Tyson has this week been selling pictures of his second successive victory over dynamite puncher Wilder last Saturday.
But he won’t make a snap decision over his future.
Dad John has clear views, though, as he scoffed at the idea fellow Brit Dillian Whyte could be at the front of the queue.
Fury senior, 57, told Sky Sports: “I don’t want to talk about Whyte, he’s not in Tyson’s class.
“If Tyson was out on a regular basis and sharpens his tools properly and gets that ring rust out of the way, nobody can touch Tyson.
“At the minute he’s boxing 50-60 per cent of what he is.
“Tyson without ring rust, and a fair run at the job, gives Oleksandr Usyk no chance.
“If my son was to listen to me, it’s Usyk or nothing… but he never listens to me anyway so it’s up to Tyson.”

Tyson Fury CAN’T be considered an all-time great as he’s only fought Deontay Wilder for last three years, rages Hearn

EDDIE Hearn has claimed Tyson Fury still has work to do if he want to be considered an ‘all-time great’. Fury spectacularly knocked out Deontay Wilder in the pair’s epic trilogy fight last week, but has not fought a different opponent since beating Otto Wallin in 2019.

And speaking to iFL TV, promoter Eddie Hearn claimed there’s still plenty of opponents The Gypsy King needs to defeat for him to go down in history.
Hearn said on Fury: “He’s only beat one guy in the last three years.
“Maybe he beats everybody and goes down as one of the great heavyweights of all time, but to do that you have to beat the fighters of your era.
“You can’t just fight one guy, so he needs to fight AJ, [Oleksandr] Usyk, Dillian [Whyte].”
Whyte takes on Otto Wallin at the O2 on October 30, with the winner set to take on Fury as mandatory challenger for his WBC heavyweight title.
And Hearn chimed: “I believe Dillian Whyte can beat Tyson Fury.”

“He may become a Lennox Lewis, a Joe Louis, or a Mohammed Ali of that generation.
“But to do it you can’t just beat one guy in three years, you’ve got to fight the other contenders and talents and champions.
“And I think he’d be up for that.
“He’s a fighting man, and hopefully hew takes the challenge of Dillian Whyte.”
Despite the accusations Hearn did admit: “I like Tyson Fury, I don’t always agree with him and I think sometimes he says some stupid things and sometimes he slags me right off.
“But I respect him and I think he’s a great fighter and it was a great thing.”
And the promoter revealed: “Now I think he’s got the chance to go on and do even better things.”

Tyson Fury wants to sign off his career by beating Anthony Joshua – but he might retire now, says pal Ricky Hatton

RICKY HATTON believes pal Tyson Fury is hungry to face Anthony Joshua – but might retire if that all-British fight can’t be set up soon.Fury’s second straight win over Deontay Wilder last weekend rounded off their momentous world heavyweight title trilogy.

And Mancunian boxing legend Hatton thinks AJ is the ‘only box’ left for the unbeaten Gypsy King to ‘tick’, although Joshua’s conqueror Oleksandr Usyk might also tempt him.
Fury is contracted to fight once more but has hinted he is unsure if he will continue beyond that.
Hatton wrote in the Metro: “If Tyson Fury wants a break after that war with Deontay Wilder, none of us can blame him.
“We might not see him until after Oleksandr Usyk vs Anthony Joshua 2.
“If Tyson wants a rest, that will give AJ a chance to try redeem himself against Usyk. And if he can do that, we get the fight we have all wanted.
“There is only one box for him to tick now I think and that is the all-British title showdown with AJ.
“If that doesn’t happen, then I don’t think there is much more he can do in his career.

“He’s had three thrilling fights with Wilder. If he wanted to hang them up now, I don’t think anyone would blame him.
“But knowing Tyson how I know him, he will want to sign off his career by beating AJ.
“But again, it wouldn’t surprise me either if it doesn’t materialise anytime soon and we see the end of Tyson in the ring.
“And he can hold his head up proud if that happens.”
Hatton accepts Fury vs Usyk would be “huge” too and predicts the giant Brit would overpower the Ukrainian where AJ failed.
Tyson has the attributes to outbox Usyk… He would have all the advantages but where AJ failed, I think Tyson would succeed.Ricky Hatton
He added: “If that can’t happen (fighting Joshua) he can fight Usyk and say: ‘I’m the man who beat the man’.
“I think Tyson would make it into a war. While AJ tried to outbox Usyk, Tyson would try to rough him up.
“Tyson has the attributes to outbox Usyk in my opinion.
“His jab and movement is just as good, he can punch as hard as him and he’s the much bigger man.
“He would have all the advantages but where AJ failed, I think Tyson would succeed.”

Afterwards, Fury spent the night and following day partying non-stop with his family and friends to celebrate the heavyweight thriller.
He’s now back home with his entourage, landing at Heathrow T3 from a flight believed to have been from Atlanta.
Fury touched down around 11am, and was pictured by SunSport queuing up at passport control while yawning with the affects of the gruelling 11 rounds – plus the partying – there to see.
Ever the people’s champ, the father-of-six lined up like everyone else, proving he needs no special treatment.
Fury three times floored Wilder, twice picking himself up from the canvas too, before scoring a stunning knockout with just a round to go.
He enjoyed the win in style, partying with brother Tommy and wife Paris, while dancing on stage with DJ Steve Aoki.

But after the dust settled, it was time to come home for Fury, who enjoys the local life in Lancashire.
Paris posted a picture with the heavyweight icon on what appeared to be a lunch date, as they prepared to return home to their adoring children.
She wrote on Instagram: “What a night . . . what a fight! The last 48 hours have been epic and I’m still on cloud nine.
“It meant everything to be there with Tyson, he’s worked so hard for this and he brought it home like the great champion he is!
“It won’t be long till We’re back to reality and the school run but for now this is definitely one of the highs of being a boxer’s wife.
“And not long till Love and Fury (Paris’s book on life with Tyson) is out too.”

Deontay Wilder FINALLY congratulates Tyson Fury on trilogy win as Bronze Bomber breaks silence in classy message

DEONTAY WILDER has FINALLY praised Tyson Fury for his brilliant trilogy win.Fury called the American an “idiot” and a “sore loser” when he was snubbed by his great rival following last weekend’s Las Vegas thriller.

Wilder, 35, went quiet after losing through an 11th-round knockout as he began his recovery from a broken hand with question marks over where his boxing career goes next.
But the Bronze Bomber finally broke his silence with a classy message on Instagram on Thursday thanking God, his team, fans and Fury for ‘memories that will last forever’.
The Gypsy King shared the post with a handshake emoji and said: “The greatest trilogy of all time.”
Wilder uploaded a picture in his red gown ahead of the showdown and wrote: “Wow, what a hell of a night!
“I would like to first and foremost thank God for allowing me to give the world another part of me that’s driven with passion and determination.
“I would like to thank my team and my fans for sticking by my side through this long process.
“I would be lying if I said that I wasn’t disappointed in the outcome but after reflecting on my journey, I now see that what God wanted me to experience is far greater than what I expected to happen.

“We didn’t get the win but a wise man once said the victories are within the lessons. I’ve learned that sometimes you have to lose to win.
“Although, I wanted the win I enjoyed seeing the fans win even more.
“Hopefully, I proved that I am a true Warrior and a true King in this sport.
“Hopefully, WE proved that no matter how hard you get hit with trials and tribulations you can always pick yourself up to live and fight again for what you believe in.
“Last but not least I would like to congratulate @gypsyking101 for his victory and thank you for the great historical memories that will last forever.”
Wilder had restored so much of his reputation as he floored Fury twice before succumbing late on in Saturday’s instant classic, after accusing his rival of cheating his way to the February 2020 win.
But the battered and bruised American appeared to blow his chance to turn the iconic rivalry into a fantastic fighting friendship with his conduct in the ring afterwards as Fury hit out at him for not congratulating his conqueror.
    WILDER NOT SOUR
But Wilder’s co-manager Shelly Finkel insisted the ex-champion in fact DOES respect Fury, and would be open to accepting the peace offering now.
Finkel told SunSport: “Him and I have spoke about that and he does (respect Fury).
“I think his mind wasn’t really there, I think if Deontay saw Fury now he would give him a big embrace.”
There were fears Wilder would retire from boxing after the savage battle, where he suffered numerous injuries, including the fractured hand, knuckle and finger which will be operated on next week.
But Finkel has confirmed the 42-2-1 brawler will be back next in late April or May – and is eyeing Anthony Joshua next.
Wilder has been denied a quick ring return after receiving a six-month ban by medics.
Fury retweeted the post and described their trilogy as ‘the greatest of all time’
