      Woodley fulfilled his end of the bargain, but that didn’t stop Paul from pursuing a grudge match with Love Islander Tommy Fury.
      And former Disney star Paul now has no desire to share the ring with the ex-UFC welterweight king again.
      He told TMZ: “By the time he’d got the tattoo, we’d already moved on to fighting Tommy Fury and making that fight negotiation.
      “I don’t think people really wanna see Tyron vs Jake Paul again.
      “He had his chance. He had his chance.”
      Paul, 24, is currently gearing up for a December 18 showdown with Fury, the brother of WBC heavyweight champion Tyson.

      The younger Paul brother will be the biggest name fellow novice Fury has faced in his young career, which the social media star believes will come crashing down in their Tampa tussle.
      The American said: “He’s only been put in there with opponents that were meant to lose.
      “This is his first real test where his opponent isn’t some guy who is just going to flop over.
      “He has no idea what he’s getting himself into.
      ‘”This is his first time under the big lights, on the big stage, and he’s going to crack under pressure.”
      Paul does, however, admit TNT will be the most accomplished boxer he’s faced so far.
      He said: “The beautiful thing about this fight is the unknown. Is he actually a Fury, or will we find out that he’s just a half Fury?
      “Does he have the heart like his brother, or is he just living in the shadow of his brother.

      “The beautiful thing about this fight is stepping into the unknown, because this is also my first time fighting a real boxer, whatever that means?
      “He’s undefeated, he’s young, same age, same weight, same height, so it’s really a perfect match-up.
      “We’re just going to see who worked harder, who wants it more and who has that dog inside of them.”

      Matchroom Boxing chief Hearn was blown away by the Spaniard’s shock victory, which he admits will live long in the memory.
      He said: “I will never ever forget a thrilling night, two huge upsets and I can’t believe what I have seen.
      “That is the sport of boxing right there, you are never out of the fight. One punch changes everything.
      “It was just a one-sided, dominant display from Kid Galahad and one punch from Kiko Martinez changed history.

      Galahad, real name Barry Awad, was coasting to a unanimous decision victory before being floored with a devastating right hand in the fifth.
      He recovered and made the standing eight count but was dropped again seconds after the start of the sixth stanza.
      Hearn said of the respected veteran’s spectacular victory: “I can’t believe what I’ve just seen.
      “It was the most stunning thing I’ve ever seen in a boxing ring. It was such a one-sided fight. It was beat-down, a masterclass.
      “One punch changes everything. Kiko Martinez has been fighting at the top for 15 years.
      “I knew he would not stop trying. He was completely outclassed by Galahad.

      Fury’s stunning stoppage of the Bronze Bomber saw him register his first-ever title defence, which dad John wanted the former unified champion to go out on.
      The 57-year-old told BT Sport: “He’ll have a good hard-earned rest now and what he wants to do is up to him.
      “I said, ‘Retire, you’ve done enough.’ He’s won everything, he’s got no more to prove. He’s got millions in the bank, he’s secure for life.
      “There’s more to life than getting your brains rattled to please the public.
      “He’s his own man, he’ll do what he wants to do. But for me, I’d like to call it a draw now.”
      Fury, 33, had to deal with crippling elbow pain before his third showdown with Wilder and was forced to have numbing injections in both arms.

      “He said, ‘The pain when I was throwing the jab, it was unbearable. So I was fighting two people in there. I was fighting the pain in my own body and him.’
      “So he said, ‘The only thing I can do is get close and make a war of it.’ He said, ‘I know I wanted to win more than him.’
      “And that was it, he said, ‘Seek and destroy or be destroyed.’ That was me motto, he said. He either gets me or I get him.
      “He said, ‘It all went out of the window in the fifth round when I got the knockdown.’
      “He said, ‘I looked up and thought, ‘Here we are again. Dog fight mode. This is where I gotta go. Trench warfare.’
      “And he was in there. And he was prepared to do that for as long as it took. And thank God that he was the winner.”
      Fury’s second defence of the WBC heavyweight strap is expected to be a Battle of Britain against Dillian Whyte.
      But John doesn’t believe the Brixton Body Snatcher won’t give his son too many problems.

      It marked an end to months of build-up and trash-talking between the pair, with the event gripping both fighting codes.
      But UFC president Dana White revealed a chance meeting with 50 Cent – a long-time friend of Mayweather’s – was the catalyst for the super-fight taking place.
      White told ESPN: “When the demand is there. I felt the demand for McGregor vs Mayweather, felt it, I knew it would be big, so we started talking.
      “I bumped into 50 Cent in New York, and he said, ‘Floyd wants to fight your boy.’ I said, ‘My boy who?’
      “He’s like, ‘The Irish kid.’ And I’m like, ‘He’ll kill him,’ because I’m thinking MMA.
      “He said, ‘We’ll box him.’ I said, ‘You guys are crazy.’
      “He said, ‘He’s serious. I’ll call him right now.’

      “And then that’s how it all really got started. And then everywhere I went, it was all anybody asked me about.
      “Then once I started to really feel it, that’s when I started to take it serious, and I made an offer.”
      After Mayweather beat McGregor on the Irishman’s boxing debut he officially retired from the sport.
      He returned at the end of 2018 for an exhibition bout against Japanese kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa in Tokyo.
      Last year, the 44-year-old announced he is ‘coming out of retirement in 2020’ to work on a ‘spectacular event’ with White.
      UFC boss White revealed: “We both started talking. The easiest way to explain it to you is Floyd and I both feel that we add value to each other, and we’re going to figure something out.
      “Some things have to play out, and then I’m going to start talking to [Mayweather’s advisor Al] Haymon maybe this summer and then I’ll have something for Floyd in the fall.
      “We can do some crossover stuff here or we can do something in boxing.

      “Our last experience, Floyd was actually pretty easy to deal with. Haymon is incredible to deal with.
      “Floyd and I got a handshake deal at the basketball game, and we’ll get the rest figured out.”
      Mayweather recently refused to rule out a second fight against McGregor – but he has stated the bout wouldn’t take place in the Octagon.

      KID GALAHAD lost his IBF featherweight title after suffering a ruthless knockout to violent Spanish slugger Kiko Martinez.The veteran – now of 55 fights – had lost on six of his seven previous visits to the UK, against stars like Josh Warrington, Scott Quigg, Carl Frampton and Rendall Munroe.

      But he made up for the misery by starching the 31-year-old hometown favourite with identical right hooks at the very end of the fifth and start of the fifth.
      Galahad, in just his second defence, was coasting into a wide lead when he was smacked with just 10 seconds of the fifth remaining.
      He recovered after an eight count and got a minute to recuperate but it was all over just six seconds into the sixth when 35-year-old Martinez unleashed an identical shot and was crowned world champion.
      Galahad, real name Barry Awad, won his red world title in August in promoter Eddie Hearn’s Essex garden.
      So Saturday night was supposed to be a proud homecoming for the local lad forged in Sheffield’s legendary Ingle gym.
      Hyper-dedicated Galahad, who is in bed at 7pm every night, looked on the cusp of a very early night against the respected Spaniard.

      After switching stace a couple of times in the first round, a precise shot or two clipped Martinez’s skull and he seemed to stiffen and stagger but managed to recover quickly.
      The Alicante brawler tried to make it a dog fight as early as the second but ice-cool Galahad kept the fight at range and picked him off at distance.
      When Martinez and his goatee beard lunged in with hooks, the Brit pivoted out of danger and countered crisply.
      Martinez, giving away height and reach advantages, was trying to barrel his way through Galahad’s guard but the champ was too quick and clever to be breached.
      Galahad needed to strip off to make weight on Friday but only showed off his naked ambition to unify the 9st division with his third round display.
      Martinez could not handle the befuddling switch hitting ambidextrous Galahad has mastered after years of practice in the Wincobank gym Brendan Ingle created.
      By the start of the fourth, Martinez’s right eye was pink and grazed as Galahad played matador over the bullish yet bamboozled visitor.
      Growing in confidence, Galahad landed a couple of adventurous uppercuts but Martinez continued dipping forwards and slashing away unsuccessfully.
      And the knowledgeable Sheffield arena crowd roared when the local lad produced some dazzling defensive footwork to evade an attack when it seemed he was backed into a corner.
      Then it all went wrong in sensational fashion.
      With Galahad coasting, Martinez landed a brilliant right hook that collapsed the heavy favourite into the floor.
      The Qatar-born ace needed eight to recover and then the bell went to end the session.
      Trainer Dominic Ingle had 60 seconds to help his man recover and cling on to his title.
      But as soon as he walked back out he was demolished with a magnificent punch that shattered him into the floor.
      The referee waved the bout off without even thinking about a count and the medical staff dived in instantly to make Galahad could get oxygen.
      Thankfully he rose to his feet and walked back to his corner for emergency care while Martinez was able to celebrate a wonderful win for the old warhorse.

      TERRI HARPER’S world title reign was ended by a sickening right hand from Alycia Baumgardner.The 25-year-old Yorkshire lass lost her WBC super-featherweight title inside four Sheffield rounds when the American stunned her with a peach of a shot.

      The Denaby heroine returned after a year out with injury but was blown out by the 27-year-old Ohio ace.
      Baumgardner arrived ready to play the villain, starting off with a low lead hand and insulting the fans’ favourite.
      The American challenger was clearly seen from ringside calling the 25-year-old a “b****” inside the ropes but, once Harper settled back into the hurt business, she punished her for her rudeness with a couple of rapid combinations.
      But the second turned the fight quickly as Harper was rocked by a handful of big shots and buzzed by Baumgardner bombs.
      The Brit even hit the deck at the end of the worst barrage but the referee did not rule it a knockdown as she appeared to be bundled down illegally.
      Harper recovered in time for the third and enjoyed a more even round but Baumgardner’s brilliant jab, always whipped up from her glittering sequin shorts, regularly found Harper’s nose.

      And the fight was over almost as soon as the fourth started, as Harper’s whole body stiffened following a sickening thud.
      One brutal right hand robbed Harper of all of her senses and referee Mark Lyson did a brilliant job diving in to save her.
      The crowd was stunned into silence and then boos as Harper struggled to recover and Baumgardner rightfully tried to celebrate in front of a hostile crowd.
      Baumgardner’s elated team almost caused a riot inside the arena by goading Harper’s gutted and concerned crowd.
      But the locals relaxed when they saw Harper had recovered from the devastating blow and are already looking forward to her bouncing back in the rematch she is entitled to.
      When asked how it sounded to be announced as the world’s newest champion, Baumgardner said: “It sounds good! 
      “I dreamed of this moment, I put it in my head, looked in the mirror every day and told myself I could be world champion. 
      “My confidence was at 100 per cent and I didn’t see that in her.”

      Now as undisputed champion, talk has turned to what could be next for the Mexican superstar, who has won titles in FOUR divisions.
      Canelo, 31, is also a free agent and returned to Showtime pay-per-view to beat Plant, 29, having fought on DAZN for his six prior bouts.
      Three of them were on a short-term deal with Hearn, who will now be one of several offering his services to promote Alvarez’s return next year.
      He told iFL TV: “We’re going to go to him and say, ‘Here are our three or four options.’
      “PBC is going to say, ‘Here are our three or four options,’ and somebody else is probably going to put three or four options out there.
      “He’s going to look at the deal and decide which one he wants to do.

      “I think the GGG fight is going to be such a big fight, and there’s going to be an announcement about him very soon.
      “He’s got a big unification fight coming up. The GGG verses Canelo fight is a massive fight and probably the biggest money fight out there for Canelo.
      “But he’s got enough money. It’s not just about who pays the most money, and it’s got to be a fight that motivates him.”
      Canelo was fortunate to draw with bitter rival Golovkin, 39, in 2017 and won the rematch in contentious fashion a year later.
      He has since moved up in weight, even winning the WBO light-heavyweight title in 2019 against Sergey Kovalev, 39.
      But Canelo has since settled back down at super-middleweight, while GGG stayed at middleweight.

      ‘UNDISPUTED AT 175 ASWELL’
      Canelo has warned Golovkin would need to come up to super-middleweight if they are to complete their trilogy series.
      But Hearn can see the pound-for-pound No1 going back up to light-heavyweight to challenge heavy-hitters Bivol, 30, and Artur Beterbiev, 36.
      He said: “I think he can become undisputed at 175 as well.
      “You’ve got Dimitry Bivol; I think he’d be a favourite in that fight, Joe Smith Jr and Beterbiev is an absolute all-out war.
      “Maybe he decides, but with Canelo, it’s sort of about having a plan for a new challenge, and maybe Golovkin presents that, or maybe it doesn’t, or maybe he wants to crack on to 175.
      “Maybe he wants to fight [David] Benavidez. He’ll decide.”

      Paul has previously knocked out ex-NBA star Nate Robinson, 37, retired UFC welterweight Ben Askren, also 37, and ex-UFC champion Tyron Woodley, 39, to go 3-0 as a professional.
      He also beat online rival ‘AnEsonGib’ in an amateur bout.
      Now, in Fury, he faces a professional boxer for the first time in their December 18 PPV bout… and claims that makes his early career stands up alongside some of the sweet science’s all-time greats

      Fury will be Paul’s first opponent with prior professional boxing experience, but Askren and Woodley were both former MMA champions.
      In Mayweather’s fourth fight, he beat Edgar Ayala – who later lost three more times before retiring 0-4.
      Tyson knocked out Ricardo Spain, who was 1-0 at the time, in his fourth fight.
      Fury is more experienced at 7-0, but has fought only journeyman opposition, a regularity for most novice boxers.
      And Paul, entering his third consecutive pay-per-view headliner, believes his opponent’s inexperience on the big stage will be his downfall.
      He said: “Tommy claims to have been doing this his whole life and he’s had this amateur career, and he’s been around it and that is true, but he hasn’t worked as hard as me.

      “I see a green guy who hasn’t sparred enough times and who has only been put in there with opponents that were meant to lose.
      “This is his first real test where his opponent just doesn’t flop over. You’re going to see that.
      “You’re going to see a fighter who is a virgin, in my opinion. He has no idea what he’s getting himself into.
