But promoter Frank Warren revealed the youngest Fury brother has been struck down with illness while he trains in Morecambe.
Warren told iFL TV: “Tommy had a little bit of a cold but hopefully he is going to be ok.
“We are up in Morecambe (on Wednesday) so hopefully we will know more then, but he is up for it and he wants to fight.
“He can’t wait for the fight and I know certainly from Jake’s perspective he can’t wait for the fight.”
Tommy is being coached by heavyweight champ brother Tyson for the big-money bout in Florida.
It’s expected the elder Fury will be ringside for the Paul fight next month.
Dad John revealed his son is set to earn more cash than some world champions for the showpiece against loud-mouth Paul.

Both men are unbeaten in their short professional careers but will put their records on the line across the eight-round fight.
Leaked footage from the Fury camp has shown the 22-year-old showing off slick defensive skills despite his infection.
‘Problem Child’ Paul has vowed to embarrass the British boxing family as he showed off his own gruelling training regime.
The 24-year-old Ohio native has been using a neck-strengthening technique at his camp in Puerto Rico – a move popular with likes of Floyd Mayweather and Anthony Joshua.

YouTuber Paul reckons the fighting family have grossly underestimated him and Tyson can do nothing to help his little sibling.
Fury had praised Paul for promoting his way into professional boxing but he backtracked on that to slam the celeb.
Fury, 33, said: “It’s good, it’s entertainment, it’s two young fellas putting it all on the line and someone’s O has to go.
“Poor old Jake Paul is going to get severely knocked out.
“Jake hasn’t done anything, a few months ago I thought he was good but now I think he’s a w*****.”

Paul, speaking from a Puerto Rico swimming pool with a sombrero and sunglasses, roared back: “Tommy, you’re sparring bums.
“We started camp two months before these so-called professionals.
“They are underestimating me to the highest degrees, they cannot teach him what he needs.
“Tyson is trying to coach him but he cannot teach him what a champion needs.”

Leading figure big John Fury came up with a new nickname for the Instagram ace, yelling: “You are with the big dogs now so be careful of getting bitten.
“You are Catweasel, I can see the fear in your eyes, take your sunglasses off so I can see the fear, there is now fear here.”
After listening to Paul insult him , Tyson laughed: “I have been brought in to be abused – f****** hell.
“I am here getting abused by some p***y. I will take my backhand to him, his brother and his p***y trainer BJ Flores.”

John Fury blasts ‘jealous’ pundits picking Jake Paul to beat son Tommy, who is making ‘more money than they’ll ever see’

JOHN FURY blasted ‘jealous’ pundits picking Jake Paul to beat his son Tommy, who is making ‘more money than they’ll ever see’. Tommy fights the YouTube star on December 18 in Florida over eight rounds in a 192lb catchweight bout.

He is the more experienced at 7-0, compared to Paul, who has won all four fights but faces his first opponent with prior boxing experience.
Nevertheless, he does have three knockouts on his record, enters his third pay-per-view main-event and has gone eight rounds before.
Whereas Fury has not gone further than four, and the likes of Carl Frampton and ex-UFC champion Michael Bisping predicted the 2019 Love Island star will lose.
But his furious dad John hit back, as he told Boxing Social: “Jealousy, word one.
“They’re ripped in jealousy because he’s probably making more money than they’ll ever see.
“And they’ve been punched from pillar to post for probably a quarter of the money. And that’s their character, that’s their mindset, they’re jealous people.”

Due to a prior criminal conviction, John is unable to travel to America to corner his son, with brother Tyson and his coach Sugarhill Steward taking charge.
But the proud dad has been in camp with Tommy and his eldest Tommy in their Morecambe training base.
And John promised Paul poses no threat to them, due to the high level sparring they have been doing, as he once again slammed ‘haters’.
He said: “People like to see you do well, but not as well as them.
“But I’m telling you now, however they feel, they feel bad enough today, but come the 19th of December, they’re going to feel a lot worse.

“Because they are praying for Jake Paul to do something what is impossible. This is impossible, I’m saying impossible for Jake Paul to even give him a fight.
“We’re sparring top class kids here, touted to be world champions. Olympic bronze medallists in Tokyo, ten and 15-0 guys.
“The best we’ve got, the best light-heavyweights, the best cruiserweights, and the best heavyweights, this man has been dealing with them.
“So what the hell in cat and hell’s chance does Jake Paul stand in beating Tommy? But, you know, jealousy, keep it coming.
“The Furys thrive off hate. We’re the most trolled and hated people on earth, but you know what? We’re on top of the world.
“So, all them haters, keep hating, you’re making us very rich in doing so.”

Watch John Fury square up to TV as Tommy’s dad says Jake Paul can ‘thank his lucky stars’ he is banned from America

JOHN FURY said Jake Paul can ‘thank his lucky stars’ he is banned from America after squaring up to a TV monitor. The animated boxing trainer was joined by his son Tommy, who fights Paul on December 18, and his eldest Tyson.

Together, they held a press conference to promote the fight and were joined virtually by their YouTube star rival.
But it did not stop John from trading words and insults with Paul through a TV screen, as he eventually squared up to the monitor with his fists clenched.
At one point, Paul told John: “You’re mad because you can’t come to the United States.”
Due to a prior criminal conviction, John is unable to travel to America, which has prevented him from cornering Tommy, 22, and Tyson, 33, before.
Paul, 24, added: “You’re a single old man.”
But John, 57, hit back: “I’ll tell you what, you wouldn’t like to meet the old man. You can thank your lucky stars I’m banned from your country.
“Because I’d get you and slap you.”

The talking point from the chaotic press conference came after John made an outrageously crude remark to Paul and his girlfriend Julia Rose.
He said: “When Tommy knocks you out, he’s gonna bend your girlfriend over and do her like a dog.”
Tommy, who is in a relationship with Love Island co-star Molly Mae-Hague, 22, was left head in hands after the comment.
In Paul’s first three fights, Paul beat YouTuber ‘AnEsonGib’, ex-NBA star Nate Robinson, 37, and retired UFC welterweight Ben Askren, also 37.
But in August, he improved to 4-0 with a win over eight rounds against ex-UFC champion Tyron Woodley, 39.
On the undercard, Fury beat Paul’s sparring partner Anthony Taylor, 32, to move to 7-0 and set up the mega-fight.

But it was over video, with Jake in the US and Tommy still training at home.
And during the trash-talking, Tommy’s dad John took centre stage – and took things too far.
He shockingly said: “You know when Tommy knocks you out he’s going to bend your girlfriend over and do her like a dog, in front of you.”
There was shock all around, with promoter Frank Warren, also on video, left open-mouthed in disbelief.
Tommy had his head in his hands, while older brother and WBC king Tyson, who was also present, looking away.
John continued: “So I’m telling you straight, that’s where we are coming from. If you don’t like it, change the channel.”

Jake is dating Instagram model Julia Rose, the 26-year-old often attending his boxing fights.
The pair went Instagram official with their romance in February 2020.
The couple met on the set of his music video for These Days.
Julia is best known for being the ‘World Series Flasher’.
In 2019 Julia, along with her friend Lauren Summer, both lifted their shirts to flash Houston Astros pitcher Gerrit Cole.
It was during Game 5 of the MLB World Series.
Julia said the flashing was part of a “planned publicity stunt” to promote her website Shagmag.
Both women have been banned for life from attending any future baseball matches in the US.

Jake, meanwhile, is close to settling his beef once and for all with former Love Islander Tommy at the Amalie Arena in Tampa seven days before Christmas.
The Youtuber has won all four of his pro fights, three by KO. Tommy is also undefeated with seven wins and four KOs.

George Kambosos Jr ready to steal Devin Haney fight from Teofimo Lopez and wants 90,000 stadium filler in Australia

GEORGE KAMBOSOS JR is ready to steal a fight with Devin Haney from Teofimo Lopez – and wants to take it to a 90,000-seater stadium. Australian Kambosos challenges for Lopez’s unified WBA, IBF, WBO and WBC ‘Franchise’ lightweight titles over the weekend.

But the American champion has already verbally and publicly agreed to next year fight long-time rival Haney, who faces JoJo Diaz on December 5.
Kambosos, though, has other ideas, and vowed to dethrone Lopez and then unify the belts in an undisputed clash with Haney.
And he reckons Eddie Hearn, who has promoted five Anthony Joshua, 32, sell out stadium fights in the UK, is just the man put it together.
Kambosos, 28, told SunSport: “Me and Haney have been talking as well.
“We’ve been chatting, we have that mutual respect for each other and I’m in his corner to win his fight, I’m hoping he wins his fight.
“And he’s in my corner to win my fight, and you know what? We’re going to handle business and get it on.

“Whatever agreement the world thinks him and Lopez has, it’s not true. What makes more sense?
“And I know Eddie loves them big stadium fights, so it makes perfect sense.”
Aussie Jeff Horn, 33, scored a shock upset against Manny Pacquiao, now 42, in 2017 in front of 50,000 at the Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane.
But Kambosos, who beat Welshman Lee Selby, 34, to become Lopez’s IBF mandatory, wants to almost double Horn’s attendance with Haney.
He said: “There’s a better fight and a bigger fight in a stadium in Australia with 80,000 or 90,000 people.
“We all know Lopez isn’t a big seller, whatever he thinks he is, he isn’t. Instead of doing 20,000 people in the US, we can do 80,000-90,000 in Australia.”
Lopez, 24, shot to stardom after shocking Vasiliy Lomachenko, 33, in October 2020 but was then ordered to defend his title against Kambosos.
They were initially set to meet on June 16, but Lopez withdrew after testing positive for coronavirus.

After several delays, social media platform Triller, who paid £4.5million to stage the fight, eventually pulled out of hosting it.
Hearn’s Matchroom Boxing were the second highest bidders and took on the rights, but the drawn out delays have caused huge friction between the boxers.
So much so that Kambosos and Lopez’s dad clashed at a media workout just days before the first bell sounds to finally settle the score.
But the travelling challenger has shown no sign of frustration, and claimed he will rule over Lopez and fellow stars Haney, 23, Gervonta Davis, 27 and Ryan Garcia,23.
Kambosos said: “I’m just focussed, I’m not worried about any of that. I know that when I win all the belts, I’ll stand on top.
“I’ll be the emperor, they say the ‘four kings’ – the emperor outweighs everything, he’s the guy that’s gone to different nations and that’s what I’ve been doing.
“I’ve been in the US, I beat their guys, I went to the UK and beat their top guy, I’ve gone all overseas and now I’m here to beat the top guy in the US.”
“For me, this is just business. I know there’s obviously been a lot of bad blood, he’s angry, which is great.
“I’m just super focussed, cool, calm and collected. Whatever anger he wants to bring to the fight, beautiful, bring it.

But he seemed to have taken some time off fight-prep to cosy down and enjoy a movie on Tuesday.
The 33-year-old treated himself to some well-deserved down time following a hectic last few weeks.
After spectacularly knocking out Deontay Wilder last month Fury was straight back into action for Tommy’s training camp.
Although the 6ft9in heavyweight champ seemingly wasn’t down for long as he was back out-and-about on Wednesday.
He posted a video from his car of an advert for Paul vs Fury splayed across a bus.
But Tommy himself could now be in line for some time off of his own.

The cold seems to be going around the camp as promoter Frank Warren revealed the 22-year-old has been feeling under the weather.
Warren told iFL TV: “Tommy had a little bit of a cold but hopefully he is going to be ok.
“We are up in Morecambe [on Wednesday] so hopefully we will know more then, but he is up for it and he wants to fight.
“He can’t wait for the fight and I know certainly from Jake’s perspective he can’t wait for the fight.”

It’s expected the elder Fury will be ringside for the Paul fight next month.
He’s heaped pressure on his younger brother by warning Tommy that he will have to CHANGE his name if he is beaten by YouTuber turned boxer Paul.
Fury fans though will be confident their man can get the job done after leaked footage has shown him displaying some slick defensive skills

Tyson Fury warned Dillian Whyte more dangerous than Deontay Wilder and will be ‘too much’ for Brit rival ahead of fight

TYSON FURY runs the risk of getting knocked out by Dillian Whyte, according to the Londoner’s trainer.Xavier Miller has warned the Gypsy King his fighter has more power than previous opponents Deontay Wilder and Wladimir Klitschko.

And he even claimed Fury started life as a boring boxer and is only now proving himself as someone fans want to watch.
Miller told TalkSPORT: “I just think that Dillian is going to be a little bit too much for him.
“I think that Klitschko was right at the end of his career. Even though it was a fantastic win, it’s not a fight anyone is going to go on YouTube and watch again.
“It was awful, let’s be honest. It wasn’t a good fight, but Tyson has actually become a fan-friendly fighter now.
“The Wilder fights were a couple of decent fights, so he has been in a couple of decent fights and I will watch them back. I think that is why this is the best time to have this kind of fight.
“Dillian likes to be in exciting fights, Tyson seems to be going that way now. I respect him, he’s skilled. He’s been boxing a hell of a long time so he knows exactly what he is doing.

“I think he found the right dance partner in Deontay Wilder, but Wilder is not Dillian.”
Members of the Fury camp have confirmed the WBC heavyweight champion expects to fight again early next year after knocking out Wilder back in October.
Former sparring partner Whyte is a likely opponent but he is currently embroiled in legal wrangling over his status as Fury’s mandatory challenger.
Fury promoter Frank Warren claimed his man has not settled on a name for his next fight – but it is at least expected to be back on home soil.
