Among those no longer followed by the former unified heavyweight champ is long-time promoter and good friend Hearn, who isn’t in any way, shape or form bothered by the unfollowing.
When asked if he had any feelings on the unfollowing, the Matchroom Boxing chief said: “Nothing.
“I think he’s unfollowed everyone but his sponsors, hasn’t he?”
Hearn, 42, grinned before adding: “Don’t worry, we still talk every day.”
Joshua, 32, is currently licking his wounds from his September defeat to Oleksandr Usyk at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The Watford warrior suffered a lopsided points defeat to the slick southpaw and lost his grip on the unified heavyweight titles.

SunSport understands a rematch is in the works for the spring, although WBC heavyweight champ Tyson Fury has urged his fellow Brit to step aside and allow the division to be unified.
But AJ isn’t sold on the idea of foregoing his immediate shot at redemption.
He told iFL TV: “In terms of step-aside, I don’t know if that goes in line with what I morally stand for.
“But let me be real with you, I want to be known as one of the smartest businessmen as well.
“If the money’s right, we have to look at it, but respect for me has a lot more value than just money.
“It’s about respect first, it’s about what I’m known for when I leave this heavyweight division, and the third thing is the smartest businessman.

“Would I take the step-aside money? If it’s a smart business move?
“Will it affect my reputation and my respect?
“Will I still get to fight the best fighters?
“I have to consider these three things in my career.
“They’re the three things and three principles I truly stand by when it comes to fighting.”
Joshua is hellbent on exacting revenge on his fellow Olympic gold medallist, saying last month: “I have one thing in my mind, that’s war, that’s murder, that’s war, let’s go out there and hurt the guy.

“Take his soul to the point where he wants to give up. That’s what boxing’s about, I’ve learned that.
“You hit people constantly, keep on applying a certain amount of pressure, before they know it they’ll realise you aren’t going anywhere, you’re here to stay.
“With the game plan, that’s all I have in my mind at the minute, that one track, stay on course, take this guy to places he doesn’t want to go.”

Jake Paul releases never-before-seen clip of brutal Nate Robinson knockout and says ‘I’m doing this to Tommy Fury’

JAKE PAUL released a never-before-seen clip of his brutal knockout over Nate Robinson – and promised to do the same to Tommy Fury. Paul fought ex-NBA star Robinson in his second professional bout, having debuted with a one-round win over YouTuber ‘AnEsonGib’ the same year.

The social media sensation scored three knockdowns over two rounds, the last in which emphatically closing the show.
And with his next fight against Tyson Fury’s brother just three weeks away, Paul send out a fierce warning.
He posted on Instagram: “One year ago today I put Nate to sleep. December 18 I’m doing this to Tommy.”
Robinson, 37, who looked well out of his depth in the ring, was floored with a heavy overhand right.
He somehow beat the count and even more shockingly the referee allowed the fight to continue, only for Paul to land another massive right hand.
Following that win, the YouTuber went on to beat retired UFC welterweight Ben Askren, 37, in the first two minutes of their fight in April.

In August, Paul won against ex-UFC champion Tyron Woodley, 39, over eight rounds, the biggest win of his boxing career.
On the undercard, Fury, 22, beat Paul’s sparring partner Anthony Taylor, 32, to set up the celebrity grudge match.
The online rivals will put their unbeaten records, reputation and bragging rights on the line on December 18 in Florida.
Fury is more experienced at 7-0 and will also be Paul’s first opponent with prior pro boxing experience.
But the unbeaten American is heading into his third pay-per-view headliner and becoming the star of his own show.

John Fury fumes as he claims Jake Paul has refused to sign up for VADA drug testing ahead of fight with son Tommy

AN ANGRY John Fury has claimed Jake Paul has refused to sign up for drug testing ahead of his fight with son Tommy. The YouTuber-turned-boxer is due to face the youngest Fury brother next month in a blockbuster eight-rounder at Tampa Bay’s Amalie Arena in Florida.

The fight contract is reported to be stuffed with offbeat clauses – including a rule saying the Brit must change his name to ‘Tommy Fumbles’ if he loses.
But dad John hinted at something more sinister as he claimed Paul said no to signing up with the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (Vada) – despite Tommy being happy to do so.
He said on Instagram: “In the contract with Jake Paul, which had everything in it but the kitchen sink, he refused point blank to sign up with the drug-testing people Vada.
“To me, that’s very naughty because we’re meant to be in a very high-profile fight.
“We’re doing it, we’ve always done it. You can test a Fury every day of the week and 10 times on a Sunday – Tommy’s got nothing to hide.
“Can I say the same about Jake Paul? I don’t know, people are going to have to make their own minds up.

“It is illegal to use steroids, and if that’s what he’s doing to gain an edge then I feel sorry for him.
“We’re not bothered anyway – the talent of Tommy, the power of Tommy is going to mow straight through him whether he’s using or not.
“But why do it? It’s supposed to be a fair fight between two young men, it’s level pegging. We’re boxing you on your own territory, on your own show – you’ve got all the cards.”
John has found himself in hot water for recent comments in the build-up to the December 18 event, with BT Sport forced to apologise for his X-rated outbursts at a pre-fight press conference.
Fury, 57, drew winces from his sons as he claimed Tommy would knock out Paul then take his girlfriend Julia Rose and ‘do her like a dog’.

But the resulting furore did little to cool the senior Fury’s temper as he demanded The Problem Child act like a man and agree to voluntary testing.
He added: “We’re not refusing to do it, we’ll sign up today and every other day.
“Man up Jake, if you think you’re the man you are, sign the Vada and let’s get on with it. Let’s have somewhere near a level playing field.”

‘It was an easy fight’ – Teofimo Lopez’s dad slams George Kambosos Jr’s win and rules out rematch to eye Josh Taylor

TEOFIMO LOPEZ SR slammed George Kambosos Jr’s win over his son and said they will snub a rematch to move up to Josh Taylor’s division. Lopez was dethroned of the unified WBA, IBF, WBO and WBC and WBC ‘Franchise’ lightweight belts by Australian underdog hero Kambosos.

But his furious dad refused to accept the loss and claimed they did not lose a single round.
Lopez Sr told SecondsOut: “It was an easy fight for him. He won every round. To me, he won every round.
“You can give Kambosos two rounds, three rounds, even four rounds, but what happened to us was just horrible.”
Kambosos, 28, had Lopez, 24, down in the first round and even got up off the canvas himself in the tenth before securing the upset victory.
According to CompuBox stats, the travelling challenger landed more shots, with 182 compared to the champion’s 176.
Kambsos was also connected with more power punches with 155 opposed to Lopez’s 115.

The American was more accurate with 31.2 per cent of his thrown shots landing, with Kambosos scoring at 24.6 per cent.
Lopez had no rematch clause in the mandatory title defence and his dad confirmed they will not pursue a second fight.
Instead, they will move up to the 140lb super-lightweight division, where Scotland’s Taylor, 30, reigns as undisputed champ.
Lopez Sr said: “No rematch, man. My mistake was leaving my son at 135 so long because in this game you gotta knock everybody out.
“If you don’t knock everybody out, this is what happens. It was a complete robbery, we dictated the fight from the beginning, aggressively, taking all those points.
It was an easy fight for him. He won every round. To me, he won every round.
“Everybody in the world knows what happened, everybody’s saying he won 9-3, 10-2, the whole arena saw it and it was just disgusting.
“I could not believe what they just did to us. But you know what, they just stained us.
“We’re gonna go up to 140, get a fight in February, and then fight Josh Taylor in the spring time. We’re still gonna do what we said we’re gonna do.
“This doesn’t change anything. I don’t believe in just decisions because they can be compromised the same way they compromised us in the Olympics.
“Everything can be bought, that’s why I teach my boy. ‘You gotta take them out.’ If you don’t take them out they could do something to us.”

Ben Shalom, CEO of promoters Boxxer, broke the news as he spoke to talkSPORT.
Shalom said: “It’s no secret, for the past two months we’ve been trying to make Amir Khan against Kell Brook.
“I think it’s a fight that every boxing fan has wanted to see for years and years and there’s been a lot of competition – every promoter has wanted it, no matter what’s being said and what isn’t being said.
“I think we are very, very close now and hopefully we’ll announce that on Monday and it will take place in February in Manchester.”
It will be an all-British affair on February 19th as the two have ducked and dodged a fight with each other for the best part of a DECADE.

The prospect of the two ex-champions agreeing the deal is a mouth-watering prospect.
However Khan, 34, and Brook, 35, have faced criticism that it has come too late as both fighters enter the twilight of their careers.
Neither Khan nor Brook, have fought in 2021.
Bolton-born Khan hasn’t tasted action for more than two years since beating Billy Dibb in July 2019.
Brook meanwhile lost via TKO to American Terence Crawford the last time he entered the ring in November of 2020.
Furthermore, Shalom said: “Kell Brook fought for a world title last year and looked good up until being stopped by perhaps the pound-for-pound king.
“These guys are ages 34, 35 – you almost get that direct comparison to the Pacquiao vs Mayweather fight.
“I think they’re both at a similar age, similar point in their career, and if the fight does happen, which it looks very, very close to be happening now, it’s something that I just can’t believe we’re involved in.” More

Bizarre Lopez v Kambosos Jr scorecard revealed as one judge causes shock split decision despite clear winner in New York

GEORGE KAMBOSOS JR dominated Teofimo Lopez in their world lightweight fight but somehow only won on a split decision. The Australian star won on judges scores of of 115-111, 113-114 and 115-112 in New York to become the new WBA, WBO, IBF and Ring champion.

Fighting in his first world title contest, the 28-year-old floored Lopez in the opening round, before being dropped himself in the tenth round.
But the Sydney native bossed the majority of the bout as he kept his 24-year-old opponent at bay with his jab for large periods at time.
And it came to a surprise to most people when it was announced that a third judge was needed to decide the winner of the dust-up.
Judge Don Trella somehow scored the fight in favour of Lopez by one round, while Frank Lombardi and Glenn Feldman had Kambosos Jr four and three rounds up respectively.
What is even more baffling is that Trella scored the first round 10-9 for Kambosos Jr, despite him sending Lopez crashing to the canvas.
Feldman also had it 10-9 for the challenger in round one with the pair believing that Lopez wasn’t outclassed in the first three minutes.

Trella also awarded the tenth round 10-8 in Lopez’s favour after the American scored a knockdown of his own.
All three judges agreed that Kambosos Jr won the first half of the fight, with Lopez nicking late rounds as the former tired.
To the amazement of the boxing world, Lopez declared that he should have had his hand raised as the winner.
He even stated that he won 10-2 on rounds, though insisted that he isn’t a ‘sore loser’.
Lopez said: “He’s a hell of a fighter, but I won tonight, everybody knows that.
“The referee raised my hand. I won tonight, I don’t care what anybody says. I want to thank everybody that came out tonight, look, I ain’t no sore loser, I take my wins like I take my losses.
“At the end of the day I’m a true champion, I did what I had to do, and I went out there and did my best.
“I don’t care what anybody says, I am as real as they come, and this is the takeover man, we don’t stop, we keep coming.”
Before adding: “At the end of the night, I scored it 11-2 -10-2.”

‘Have to look at it’ – Anthony Joshua admits he would consider stepping aside for Fury vs Usyk if the ‘money’s right’

ANTHONY JOSHUA has revealed he would think about pulling out of his rematch with Oleksandr Usyk if it were a ‘smart business move’. Tyson Fury has recently called for Joshua to stand aside and let him take on Usyk in an undisputed super-fight.

Joshua, 32, triggered his rematch clause with Usyk after being outclassed by the Ukrainian over 12-rounds at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in September.
But speaking to iFL TV, AJ said: “I think people know not to approach me with that rubbish. People know not to approach me with that bull****.
“It may have come to my team but I think they know not to bring to me at the minute.
“At this stage of my career it’s not about the money, it’s about the respect. You’ve got to look at what I want out of this game; number one is respect, you don’t have to like me but you will respect me.
“The second is to go down as a throwback fighter, someone who was willing to fight the best in their division so that when I walk the streets with my son, my cousin and my nephews, people will know I’m a real fighter.

He went on to confess: “In terms of stepping aside, I don’t know if that goes in line with what a morally stand for… but I want to be known as one of the smartest businessmen as well.
“I want to make the smart decisions and if the money is right we would have to look at it but respect has more value than money.
“Will I take the step-aside money? If its a smart business move… will it affect my reputation and respect?
“Will I still get to fight the best fighters? Those are the three things I have to consider.”
Joshua is currently expected to return to the ring against Usyk early next year.
But Fury fears another AJ defeat would end all hopes of an all-British bout for the ages.
Joshua therefore is possibly weighing up taking the offer were it to make sense business wise, and not tarnish his legacy as a fighter.
Although standing aside could leave AJ in limbo and without a fight.
Joshua lost his WBA, IBF and WBO titles for a second time earlier this year following his shock defeat to Andy Ruiz Jr in June 2019.

However it was too little, too late, as Lopez was beaten to the punch for the majority of the fight, with Kambosos Jr deservedly having his hand raised as the winner.
But incredibly, he declared that he won the bout, leading to his own fans booing him, before insisting he won 10-2 on rounds.
