Tyson Fury gives X-rated nickname to Jake Paul’s coach BJ Flores after being ‘abused’ for training brother Tommy

TYSON FURY launched into an X-rated rant at Jake Paul and his trainer BJ Flores ahead of brother Tommy’s bout against the YouTuber-turned boxer next month. The Gyspy King’s younger sibling, 22, is preparing to face the ex-Disney actor on December 18 at the Amalie Arena in Florida.

Tommy is predicting he will blast out the Problem Child in the first round as he vowed to punish his American viral.
Meanwhile Paul has declared that TNT couldn’t ‘crack an egg’ as he hit out at his opponents’ resume.
Speaking during the virtual press conference, Paul also remarked: “Tommy, you’re sparring bums. We started camp two months before these so-called professionals.
“They are underestimating me to the highest degrees, they cannot teach him what he needs.
“Tyson is trying to coach him but he cannot teach him what a champion needs.”
The WBC heavyweight champion then hit out at Paul, as he said: “I’ve been brought in to be abused, have I?

“F****** hell, I’ve done nothing. I’ve been brought in to be abused by some f****** p******.
“Listen, I will take the back of my hand to him and his brother and his whole family.”
He then called out trainer Flores, who lost against Tony Bellew in 2016, by labelling him as an oral sex act as a crude nickname.
Fury then added: “They’re not fighters, and when Tommy knocks him into next week then knocks his brother into next week, you’ll find out.”
The ex-WBA, WBO and IBF champ had praised Paul for promoting his way into professional boxing but he has since backtracked on that to slam the celeb.

He stated: “It’s good, it’s entertainment, it’s two young fellas putting it all on the line and someone’s O has to go.
“Poor old Jake Paul is going to get severely knocked out.
“Jake hasn’t done anything, a few months ago I thought he was good but now I think he’s a w*****.”

Inside the negotiations to make Amir Khan vs Kell Brook as Britain’s forgotten fight FINALLY announced for February 19

AMIR KHAN claims he has finally thrown Kell Brook a bone – the Sheffield ace insists he has backed Bolton’s golden boy into a corner. The truth over why 34-year-old Khan has finally agreed to face his 35-year-old welterweight rival – 17 years after their rivalry began – will remain a big-money mystery.
Amir Khan and Kell Brook will finally settle their differences inside the ring on February 2022Credit: Reuters
Khan and Brook shared their first face off on Sky Sports’ Ringside in October 2012
The bout would have been red-hot around 2011-2012 when both were on red-hot streaks.
But, following many highs, crushing defeats and dubious endings, both men need to go back to 2015 for their last meaningful win.
Yet on February 19, 2022 we will finally see the two middle-aged millionaires punch each other after months of trash talk.
Brook insists the deal for BOXXER to promote the Sky Sports Box Office pay-per-view was done around July but Team Khan kept moving the goalposts, grabbing a larger slice of the purse or changing the catchweight limit.
The bout will be contested at 149lbs, which is just 2lbs above the 147lbs welterweight limit they have both campaigned at most recently.
Khan’s only world title wins came down at the light-welter limit of 140 but he has been a 10st 7lbs fighter since 2014.
Khan and British rival Brook will get it on at Manchester Arena early next yearCredit: PA

More importantly for the 2004 Athens Olympic silver winner, he knows Brook goes through hell to boil his imposing 5ft 9in frame down to the welter limit.
Before Brook won the British welterweight title in 2008, he had spent the first four years of his career regularly fighting over 10st 7lbs limit.
So now, with no world title belts on the line or sanction bodies to enforce punishments for Brook missing the new 10st 9lbs catchweight, Khan will fine Brook £100,000 for every 1lbs he comes in over.
Ruthless King Khan confirmed: “The fight is at 149lbs because Kell Brook could not make 147lbs.
“If I had said no to the weight limit I would have got the blame again so I have allowed him that but there are extreme financial penalties if he misses weight.”
Brook insists he will dehydrate and starve himself one final time, just for the chance to get his hands on the man who beat him to an Olympic spot.
Khan insists he was so advanced of Brook in their schoolboy and novice days that he would spar with just one hand to offer the Ingle-gym star a chance, which Brook disputes.
One thing Brook will not argue with is that he has conceded that Khan is the A-side of the fight and is taking the lion’s share of the ticket and PPV sales.
Boxing fans have been desperate for Khan and Brook to fight each other for many yearsCredit: Rex Features
Both men had to be pulled away during their press conference before things got physicalCredit: PA
Khan’s face and name appear first on the poster, as does a logo for his promotional company.
Brook is the B-side but insists he could not put a price on retiring without laying a glove on his nemesis.
He said: “I have got a fair share but this fight was done five months ago and he just kept coming back with little problems and issues to move the goalposts, he always wanted another pound note or pound in weight.
“Everyone knows making the weight will hurt me but I will make it happen because I could not have left the sport without having fought him.”
Fans are split as to whether this is a brilliant final chapter in two iconic careers, or a grubby cash-out that could leave either veteran seriously harmed.
Eddie Hearn, who guided Brook’s career expertly until he jilted him to fight Terence Crawford in 2020, failed a handful of times to make the bout – but never for the want of trying.
In 2018 the Matchroom boss lured Khan back from his four-fight run in America for two headline slots on Sky Sports shows, that Khan won in exciting fashion.
They should have teed up the Brook fight for 2019 but Khan then shot off back to the US to lose to Crawford – another glorious open goal missed.
Bolton native Khan hasn’t fought since knocking out Billy Dib in July 2019Credit: Dave Pinegar – The Sun
Brook was stopped in his last outing by American star Terence Crawford in November 2020Credit: Getty
Now BOXXER – the new promotional brand on Sky after Hearn took his stable to streaming app DAZN – has raided their coffers to make it.
SunSport understands Matchroom are frustrated they were never offered the funds to make the bout when Sky were with them.
But BOXXER and Sky needed to make a marquee fight after Chris Eubank Jr vs Liam Williams was delayed due to injury, following similarly collapsed or delayed fights for Lewis Ritson, Savannah Marshall and Josh Taylor.
The press conference was a surprise success, the was a genuine confrontation that did not spiral into a fracas and the trash-talk was spiteful without being distasteful.
Khan and Brook managed to agree on one thing and that was the shared belief that outside Anthony Joshua vs Tyson Fury, their bout is the biggest all-British fight in the ether.
That remains to be seen but these two have definitely shown the generation trying to follow them how to gain and retain a fanbase.
Both men have dared to be in great fights, both have always engaged regularly and honestly with the media.

There are younger, fresher, more promising names on the rise behind them now but Brook and Khan are keeping them out of the spotlight for another few months at least.
Hopefully February 19 comes around quickly, without any injuries or delays, and this bonafide bitter grudge is settled.
Both men deserve a great send-off and so do the fans who have suffered through some of the filler fights that have padded out their records and wallets leading up to this retirement showdown. More

‘I’m a bit shocked’ – Amir Khan BAFFLED as wife Faryal Makhdoom does interview with Sky Sports for Kell Brook fight

AMIR KHAN was left BAFFLED after seeing his wife Faryal Makhdoom do a surprise interview on Sky Sports to talk about his future fight against Kell Brook. The 34-year-old was being interviewed by SecondsOut about his blockbuster flight with fellow Brit Brook when he got distracted by the sight of his wife talking boxing.

But he eventually went on to say his wife is a bit of a boxing expert, who typically likes to comment on fights they watch together – offering advice on what they should be doingCredit: YOUTUBE: SECONDSOUT

Khan has been married to Makhdoom for eight years so she’s bound to know a thing or two about the sport.
But Khan insists she keeps her expert knowledge ‘quiet’.
He said: “Is that the wife doing an interview on Sky?
“What’s going on there? I’m like ‘wait a minute’…. she’s really good at what she does but (pulls funny face).”
The interviewer then tried to press Khan for an answer about him being with Terrence Crawford’s camp, but the Brit remained distracted.
“I’m a bit shocked. I’m seeing the wife on Sky talking boxing.

“She does know boxing, a lot of people don’t give her credit. She sometimes tells me what to do in boxing.
“Say we’re watching a fight together, ‘ah, he should be throwing the jab a little bit more. Why is he not going for the body? He needs to hit with the overhand left, because his guard’s too low. He needs to get his hands up.’
“So she knows a bit about boxing which I’m quite surprised by because she normal keeps it quiet.”
The interviewer then joked: “She’ll be getting punditry work before you.”
Khan responded: “I know yeah, who knows.”
Makhdoom branded Brook ‘boring’ in the very interview Khan was distracted by.
Commenting on Khan and Brook squaring up in their first public meet since the fight was announced, she said: “I was so impressed.
“Amir looked really confident, really chilled.
“And some of the things he came out with were shocking.
“So it was funny, it went well, it made everyone laugh.
    “Kell was a bit… Kell needs to… he was a bit… boring.”
And when asked what shocked her the most about her husband’s comments, the 30-year-old TV star replied: “I think just the ‘shut up’. The plain old shut up.
“Its funny because Kell mentioned Amir getting knocked out and Amir said you got punched with a jab and you couldn’t get up.
    “It was quite funny.
“But you know what, good luck to both fighters.
“It’s a hard sport and I wish them the best of luck.”

Khan and Brook have chance of redemption after falling short in careers but will both fighters survive with dignity?

AMIR KHAN and Kell Brook have a big-money chance to sign off in style but if any sport has self-sabotage mastered it is boxing.Khan, 34, is a Team GB Bolton hero who claimed silver at the 2004 Olympics as a sensational 17-year-old and went on to win world titles at light-welter.
Amir Khan and Kell Brook will go toe to toe in the ring on FebruaryCredit: PA
Brook, 35, is the boy-next-door from Sheffield whose brilliant ability means he should have achieved more than his four-fight IBF welterweight world title reign.
Both veterans should have their legacies in tact and are free to land one final payday for this retirement cash-out clash in February when they settle their decade-long grudge.
But when the pressure of pay-per-view sales starts mounting and all the bad blood is revisited, can the two veterans hold on to their dignity?
Khan has been bizarrely guilty of telling married father-of-two Brook to come out of the closest and confirm he is gay.
Brook – always the less attention seeking of the two – has nicknamed his nemesis Amir Khan-dashian after the fame-begging American celebrity.
So there are fears this could descend into something quite dismal.

Both men were capable of in-ring brilliance, Brook’s 2014 world title win over American Shawn Porter is one of the most underrated away wins for a Brit abroad, but also have form for letting themselves down away from it.
David Haye should be remembered as an all-time great but the grubby way he tried to grab every last pound by promoting his final two Tony Bellew bouts tarnished his memory.
Inspiration should be taken from a UK icon like Ricky Hatton who was able to use his final ever fight as an emotional and cathartic experience where he bowed out with honour and adulation, even in defeat.
Brook has lost three of his last six bouts and needed facial surgery on the cheek fractures Gennady Golovkin and Errol Spence inflicted on him.
Khan – who proved his bravery dozens of times – cut a tragic figure quitting his 2019 bout with Terence Crawford after a dubious low-blow.
When this bout finally arrives – and don’t rule out an injury or argument kyboshing it before the first bell – it will offer up a sub-standard showing compared to their brilliant primes.
The worst we can expect is a couple of faded forces hurling grubby innuendos in the build-up and then not much more inside the ringWally Downes Jr
But it offers both men a shot at redemption and peace-of-mind in their long retirements after both arguably fell short of their huge early potential.
The best we can hope for is two middle-aged millionaires go about their media duties in a decent fashion and, when they finally battle, give their fans one last great memory of them.
The worst we can expect is a couple of faded forces hurling grubby innuendos in the build-up and then not much more inside the ring.
Khan and Brook both deserve to join the pantheon of British boxing greats who endeared themselves to the public for more than their records, ferocious yet flawed, heroic but humble.
Frank Bruno, Hatton, Herol Graham, Luke Campbell, some world champions and some not but all loved by the British boxing crowd for giving it their all.
Khan and Brook presumably have more money than them all but now they have a chance to salvage and secure their reputations.

Both men achieved so much more than any of their biggest fans or critics but there is a niggling belief both could and should have done more – had greed or lack-of-dedication not gotten in the way.
With their world titles in the record books and family fortunes secured for a generation or two, this bout is their last chance to remind us of their undoubted brilliance.
Hopefully they grab the glory with both gloved hands and let the final chance to trash-talk their way to a few more PPV pounds slip through their fingers.

Tyson Fury claims modern sport science ‘means f*** all in boxing’ and Anthony Joshua loss to Andy Ruiz Jr proves it

TYSON FURY reckons that modern sport science ‘means f*** all’.The Gypsy King is WBC heavyweight champion of the world, despite not bothering with ‘any of that boll****’.
Tyson Fury chatted to fans on Instagram Live

Chatting to fans during an Instagram Live session, Fury explained just why he thinks ‘computer’ technology in boxing is nonsense.
He said: “In boxing, computer science, technology… I personally don’t think works.
“Because take me for instance. I’m fat, I’m bald – people say I’m out of shape.
“I don’t do any of that boll**** with computers, numbers on a screen and all that stuff.
“But yet, I always win. So it obviously means… it means f*** all.”
Fury, 33, used Anthony Joshua’s 2019 defeat to Andy Ruiz Jr as a prime example of what he’s talking about.

He went on: “There’s a lot of fighters that suggest that.
“Like, when you look at the likes of Anthony Joshua, who follows all them rules, science rules, numbers on a screen and whatnot.
“And you look at Andy Ruiz who didn’t do anything but eat Snickers for the full two weeks that he had… and went in there and knocked him out.
“And then probably didn’t even train for the rematch and took him the distance, so, there’s a lot of stuff to say that all the numbers and things, the science doesn’t really work in boxing.
“I don’t think it does, anyway.”

De La Hoya was due to face ex-UFC light heavyweight champion Vitor Belfort in September but he had to pull out after he tested positive for coronavirus.
The disease hit him hard and he needed hospital treatment.
But having been released from the healthcare facility after ‘five days of hell’, the veteran American is talking of another return to the ring – but this time against old nemesis Mayweather, 44.
De La Hoya told TMZ Sports: “Personally, right now I’m not motivated because of Covid.
“I was actually in great shape and then Covid hit me, so my morale right now is a little low in terms of me fighting in the ring personally.
“But come January, I’m sure I will get right back into it and start training again and prepare myself mentally first.

Hey guys, I am out of the hospital. I was in there for 3 days. COVID hit me really hard. I was in the best shape of my life and I really can’t wait to get back in the ring. Khan and Brook faced off in a bad-tempered press conference on MondayCredit: PA
Khan, 34, accused 35-year-old Brook of only taking the non-title fight for a final retirement payday.
But Sheffield’s former IBF welterweight champ fired the same dig straight back at the former light-welter champ and revealed how Khan plans to coin a few more quid in before the bell.
Brook revealed: “He is a drama queen, he has a terrible ego, while I am a down-to-earth kid who wants to make the fight at almost any cost.
“I know what we have had to do to make this fight, bend over backwards, and I know this fight has only happened because of me.
“If I go a pound over, it costs me £100,000. Every pound is £100,000 so I cannot afford to do it.
“It makes it interesting and exciting but I am preparing for him now and waiting for this to get confirmed has put me in a bad way before.

“I am excited to put everything on hold and get this fight done.”
Bolton icon Khan, a 2004 Olympic silver winner aged just 17, is the first name on the poster and the A-side of the bout.
So he revealed he has the power to enforce strict and potentially costly limits to the clash
King Khan roared: “I am getting the lion’s share because I am the bigger name.
“The fight is at 149lbs because Kell Brook could not make 147lbs.
“If I had said no to the weight limit I would have got the blame again so I have allowed him that but there are extreme financial penalties if he misses weight.
“If he ends up over 149lbs there will be penalties because I am already letting him be the bigger man.”
The pair were pulled apart from their face-off opportunity and Brook admitted he was close to hitting – or throttling – his foe.
He confirmed: “I did want to hit him. I do want to because this isn’t tiddlywinks, it’s the fight game and the adrenaline gets going and I wanted to strangle him.
“The magnitude means it will be hard to control myself, when we have packed out the arena I can just see us throwing all our training and tactics out the window and just going for it in a telephone-box scrap.”
And ice-cool Khan reckons he can use Brook’s rage as a weapon against him.
“I know he gets angry and is not the best at responding so he is already on the backfoot, I have one up on him already,” he said.
“The fight is made now so he should let go of all the hate but he holds on to it all and I think that could be a huge downfall for him.
“I can see how hurt he is by everything and I think that could be his downfall.”
