      But in June, he returned against Paul, who weighed TWO STONE more, and was taken the distance.
      Money Kicks – real name Rashed Belhasa – is a friend of the fellow YouTuber and was given the lowdown on Mayweather’s style during a FaceTime call.
      Paul said: “I love you but you’re not going to beat Floyd – he’s good bro.
      “So here are the options; you get to say you fought Floyd Mayweather but you’re going to get ‘knocked the f*** out’.
      “If you’re going to do it [win], you have to keep it on the down low, and I’m not going to lie, it would have to be in round one.
      “What he did with that Japanese boxer, he’s probably trying to do that with you.”

      Mayweather boasted both before and after facing Paul that he made $100million (£72m) for the spectacle he dubbed ‘a legalised bank robbery’.
      But Paul has since alleged that he has not been fully paid by the legendary boxing champion.
      And he warned Belhasa – son of billionaire construction mogul Saif Ahmed Belhasa – about potentially not receiving his fight purse.

      ROBERT HELENIUS has called out Tyson Fury and claimed he would be ‘easier’ to beat then Oleksandr Usyk. Helenius spent time sparring with Deontay Wilder, before the American was brutally knocked out by Fury in their October trilogy bout.

      On the undercard, the Finnish heavyweight, 38, beat Adam Kownacki, 32, for a second time in their rematch.
      As a result, Helenius is in a good position to be named mandatory challenger for the WBA belt Usyk, 34, won against Anthony Joshua, 32, in September.
      But alternatively, Fury’s US promoter Bob Arum named him as a possible opponent for the Gypsy King, if they fail to strike a deal with Dillian Whyte, 33.
      Speaking to Sky Sports, Helenius responded: “I have heard my name mentioned by Bob Arum and others of possibly fighting Fury in March.
      “Of course, I feel I would beat Fury. He looked great against Deontay Wilder, but he would find a much less favourable style against me.
      “I would knock Fury out. He is an easier style for me than Usyk for sure.”

      Meanwhile, Usyk is set to defend his unified WBA, IBF and WBO against AJ in a rematch in April.
      Giant Helenius, who stands 6ft 7in, is waiting patiently, believing he could be in pole position to then fight the winner.
      He said: “Right now we are waiting for a formal response from the WBA, this is my first priority.
      “My lawyer has notified WBA in writing, I’ve paid sanctioning fees, and there is no more deserving contender to fight Usyk in the WBA than me.
      “I fully expect to be officially named mandatory. I’ve earned it and I will fight outside the ring as hard as I fight inside the ring for my opportunity.”

      As a result, he appeared in a Brazilian court and turned up in the shirt of their fierce footballing rivals Argentina – wearing the great Maradona on his back.
      Tyson had met the former Barcelona star on a TV appearance in 2005 – potentially where he got the signed top which he wore to court.
      Local reports even claimed Iron Mike – the youngest heavyweight champion ever at 20 – made ‘obscene gestures in front of television cameras’.
      Tyson was told to return to court on March 7, but there is no suggestion the case was taken any further.
      The alleged incident had come only five months after his retirement fight against Danny McBride, which ended after six miserable rounds.
      But since then, Tyson has turned his life around after overcoming a battle with substance abuse and depression.

      Chris Eubank Jr vs Liam Williams new fight date announced after ban on boxing in Wales is lifted

      CHRIS EUBANK JR’s showdown with Liam Williams has been rescheduled for February 5.The two-time IBO super-middleweight champion’s second scheduled dust-up with the Welshman was due to take place on January 29 but was postponed due to Covid.

      But following the Welsh government’s decision to lift restrictions, the pair’s Cardiff clash will now take place a week later.
      Eubank Jr and Williams were first due to trade heavy leather last December until the latter aggravated a shoulder injury.
      Their second date fell through after the British Board of Boxing Control decided to suspend action for a month due to the surge in Omicron cases.
      A statement at the time read: “Following advice from the British Boxing Board of Control Medical Panel, Boxing tournaments under the jurisdiction of the BBBofC will be suspended for the month of January.
      “A further review by the Medical Panel and Stewards will take place prior to the planned recommencement of Boxing in February.”
      Eubank Jr – the son of British boxing great Chris Sr – has been engaged in a war of words with Welsh warrior Williams for several months.

      But the WBC champion – who got up off the floor to beat heavy-hitter Deontay Wilder in October – scoffed at the suggestion.
      Fury said in a Twitter video: “This is a message to Derek Chisora, I’ve just seen that you said you think AJ would blast me out. Never in a million years.
      “If the biggest puncher in history couldn’t blast me out and Wladimr Klitschko couldn’t blast me out, a big old body builder can’t blast me out my friend.”
      Chisora, 38, is a former Finchley Amateur Boxing team-mate of AJ’s and is now part of the British superstars’ 258 Management stable.

      If fans thought Logan Paul – who did weigh TWO STONE heavier – had little hope against Mayweather, then Belhasa is in trouble.
      The Middle East-based vlogger, 20, has only TWICE boxed before, in winning exhibition bouts against unknown pair Anas Elshayib and Ajmal Khan.
      Whereas Mayweather, 44, is the self-proclaimed ‘Best Ever’ who retired at a record breaking 50-0.
      Even approaching four years retired as a professional, not many would be able to get near the masterful boxer, especially not a novice like Belhasa.
      But, the bout is a showcase of entertainment, opposed to sporting competition, as Mayweather stressed when he made his comeback announcement.
      He said: “I don’t like to call what I’m doing a fight. I like to call it a limited edition boxing showcase. Because it’s bigger than just boxing.”

      Mayweather officially retired in 2017 after beating UFC superstar Conor McGregor, 33, in a lucrative crossover bout.

      His construction mogul dad Saif Ahmed Belhasa is one of the richest businessmen in Dubai, with a reported $2.1 bn (£1.5bn) net worth.
      Belhasa Jr’s exact net worth is not known, but has widely been reported as $4m (£2.9m).
      As a result, despite the monumental skill and experience disparity, the money clearly makes sense for Mayweather to fight him.
      The retired icon and boxing promoter has since stated he is planning on bringing several events to Dubai.
      Mayweather revealed: “One fight? We may do more than one fight.
      “We want to give the people some entertainment. So yes, it will be more than one fight.”
      Mayweather and Money Kicks are sensationally set to box on the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah’s HELIPAD in front of a limited capacity.

      Now, former flyweight and bantamweight champion Cejudo – who retired from MMA in 2020 – is ready to represent his old boss White.
      And he will even do it for nothing – baring a guaranteed title shot against UFC featherweight champ Alexander Volkanovski.
      Cejudo, 34, tweeted: “Hey @danawhite Pay me to fight Alex and I’ll beat up Jake Paul for free.”

      But the chances of him facing Paul – who fights almost FOUR STONE heavier – is slim.
