And Brook has been working away tirelessly as he looks to make 147lbs – the weight the bout has been set at.
In a clip posted by Sky Sports, Brook was sweating profusely as he finished a session in the gym.
His trainer Dominic Ingle told him to rinse out his T-shirt into a glass.
And the amount of sweat which came out of the top was quite remarkable as Brook showed off how hard he has been training.
Initially, Ingle said he was going to put the sweat-filled glass on eBay for a fan to buy.
But Brook then urged his coach to drink the disgusting liquid.

The former two-weight world champion is set to lock horns with fellow great Marco Antonio Barrera in an exhibition bout later this year – as revealed by us last week.
Now he has revealed to Sky Sports that he has been inspired to come out of retirement thanks to Mike Tyson’s epic return against Roy Jones Jr in November 2000.
Hatton said: “I think it very much could happen.
“My best days are very much behind me but then these exhibitions started happening. I saw the first one between Roy Jones and Mike Tyson and I thought ‘Well, yeah’.
“People have asked me if I would be interested in doing something like that and I have always said ‘Yes, if the right person comes along.’
“From my point of view, Marco Antonio Barrera has been linked with me. Who wouldn’t want to share a ring with him? He’s an idol, he’s a boxing icon.

And recently Paul alleged that Mayweather has failed to pay him all the money he is owed for the event.
But the 50-0 five-weight world champion has now responded to those claims by explaining how the finances of the fight work.
Speaking on The Pivot Podcast, he said: “This comes with the territory.
“To them, that’s real money, and I like the YouTubers. The money on the back end though, from pay-per-view, that takes a while.
“Nothing comes right away. I’m still collecting checks from fights seven or eight years ago.
“They just hate when the table is turned. Be happy with the biggest payday you ever got in your life.”

Mayweather’s comments comes after some strong words from Paul about the ex-boxer.
Responding to an article about Mayweather’s wealth last month, Paul tweeted: “Yeah because the dirty little rat hasn’t paid me yet lol. It’s been 6 months.
“But no worries @Floydmayweather @KSI and I are going to make back the money you stole from me & more. January 4.”
