      Fury and Dillian Whyte finally agreed their WBC world title showdown for April 23 at Wembley on Monday night.
      And Fury, 33, looks to be heading down south for good.
      He said: “I might move down to the Big Smoke.
      “I might be buying a place down in London. I am looking at some houses in Surrey.
      “I do like the solitude of Morecambe but Surrey is in the countryside.
      “Nobody could go skint in Morecambe because you only need about £150 to live up there.
      “It’s a Northern seaside town, no glitz, no glamour, no Chanel or Louis Vuitton shops.
      “It’s fish-and-chip specials, usually two for a fiver, and potted shrimp. I run along the promenade most days and can see the Lake District most days.”

      Fury also confirmed he’ll train at home for this fight rather than in the States, and he’s looking forward to having dad John in his corner.
      John Fury is banned from entering the USA due to a criminal record – but will be at Wembley for the April showdown.
      Champ Tyson said: “The time difference is too much for me to go back to Las Vegas to train again, for a UK fight.
      “But after April I will go back to Las Vegas because that is the home of the Gypsy King, those rays of sunshine is where I belong.
      “I have bought a big beautiful house out there and never really used it, one camp.
      “My trainer Sugar Hill is living in the house rent free right now, sending me photos of all the fun he is having. I love it over there.”

      He added: “I will not live at home during a camp, It’s impossible.
      “I will leave my house eight weeks out and have total tunnel vision.
      “I have a couple of properties in Morecambe that I will be able to use for the camp.
      “The weather is cold and hard but that’s how the Lancashire Valleys breed its men.

      KSI aiming to make boxing return ‘later this year’ in first fight since Logan Paul rematch, reveals YouTuber’s coach

      YOUTUBE star KSI is aiming to make a boxing return ‘later this year’ or in early 2023 – his first fight since rematching Logan Paul. The British celebrity, also a chart-topping rapper, drew in a boxing exhibition with Paul, 26, in 2018.

      The pair then controversially turned professional a year later for a rematch which KSI, 28 and also known as JJ, won by split-decision.
      The rivals have now turned business partners by launching a drink together, the latest venture in KSI’s hectic schedule.
      That busy schedule is largely to blame for the former gamer’s absence in the ring, but according to one of his coaches Leon Wills, a comeback is being eyed.
      Wills told GiveMeSport: “JJ’s told me that he’s looking to fight either later this year or early next year. That’s what he said.
      “But, it’s just time. He’s a top boy in whatever he does; in music, he’s a top artist, in YouTube, he’s a top YouTuber.
      “Now he’s got a drink company with Logan, it’s hard to find the time.
      “So, if he can put that all aside and train boxing and focus on boxing, then 100 per cent.”

      It comes as Usyk and his manager touched down in the UK to discuss the venue for the rematch – which is set for May or June.
      Usyk was last in Britain when he dethroned AJ of the WBA, IBF and WBO unified belts at Spurs’ north London home in September.
      And after failed talks for an undisputed title decider with Tyson Fury, the Ukrainian is now left to rematch Joshua.
      Hearn has already held talks for a mega-money site deal in the Middle East.
      But with Usyk returning to the scene of the crime for negotiations, Joshua could be set to have home advanatage once again.

      Hearn said: “We’re getting to a stage now where we’re going to start thinking about securing a date which will be the end of May or June.
      “There’s nothing that’s going to stop Anthony Joshua from taking that fight.”

      Under their new name, SFC will be hosted by YouTuber-turned boxer Paul, 26, and action movie star Schwarzenegger, 74.
      Paul is currently featuring in the WWE and made a shock appearance to confirm his wrestling debut on Monday Night Raw.
      He was unveiled as The Miz’s secret partner to face Rey and Dominik Mysterio in a tag team match on ‘The Grandest Stage of Them All’.
      The last time Paul was in a ring it was against boxing legend Floyd Mayweather, 44, in their June exhibition.

      The trilogy bout has evaded the Kazakh and boxing fans ever since, but the man himself could know the reason why.
      Golovkin said on Walking the Floor with Chris Shiflett: “[Someone] shared an opinion that I was probably the one that chased Canelo away from the middleweights of the division.
      “I’m not sure whether that is true. But I know Canelo as a fighter, and I have the keys to how to open him up, how to fight against [him].”
      Since Canelo’s triumphant 2018 rematch win, he has gone on to become a four-division champion.
      He has won titles as high as light-heavyweight and last year reigned as undisputed king at super-middleweight.
      But Golovkin, 39, has remained at middleweight, currently holding the IBF belt once vacated by Canelo, 31.

      “We know that after the second fight we offered a rematch, but basically he went up and chased other opportunities.
      “When this fight might happen isn’t clear. Only time will tell.
