      ‘Happy for those guys’ – Brock Lesnar backs Logan Paul to become WWE star and heaps praise on YouTuber and brother Jake

      BROCK LESNAR backed Logan Paul to become a WWE star as he heaped praise on the YouTuber and his brother Jake. The American brothers are two of the biggest social media personalities in the world and have used their followings to carve out prizefighting skills.

      Younger brother Jake is 5-0 in the ring while Logan has boxed only three times before, more recently focussing his efforts on a WWE stint.
      Their exploits have caught the eye of WWE legend and ex-UFC champion Lesnar, 44.
      He told New York Post: “Great for YouTube. I’m happy for those guys.
      “They worked at something. They built their name up. They thought outside the box, they promoted themselves.”

      Logan, 26, first boxed in 2018 in a white collar bout against online rival KSI, 28, which ended in a draw.
      But he lost their rematch a year later by scrappy split-decision when they turned professional.

      KAMARU USMAN’S manager reckons the UFC champion would knock out ‘COWARD’ Canelo Alvarez in three rounds. Usman has long called out the Mexican boxing superstar, who is the sport’s current pound-for-pound best.

      But Ali Abdelaziz, who manages the UFC welterweight king, blasted Canelo for refusing to fight in the cage.
      Abdelaziz told MMA Junkie: “I know he didn’t want to fight Jake Paul; he didn’t want to fight Logan Paul.
      “He said I’m the pound-for-pound king in MMA, I want to fight the pound-for-pound coward in boxing because I think all these boxers are cowards because none of them want to come to MMA.

      Whyte has maintained radio silence over the last few weeks, which prompted Hearn to explain why he missed the presser.
      He told Fight Hub TV: “I saw Tyson Fury say, ‘I told him not to go to the press conference’ — absolute rubbish.
      “There’s still a lot of stuff that’s still to be resolved, that he hasn’t had answers for. I don’t want to go into it too much but, you know, tickets for the fight, escrow for the money, he wanted a plane to bring him in, he didn’t want to just go on a low budget airline because Covid still exists.
      “Some people want to buy Rolls Royces but they can’t afford the petrol. And this is a problem.
      “If you want to spend $42 million on a fight, are you going to bring in a guy from Portugal and you want to put him on an airline? There’s other stuff, they don’t want to give him tickets for the fight.
      “So under a purse bid agreement there’s things he does and doesn’t have to do, like it’s not a commercial agreement as per normal. So it’s his own decision.

      The heavyweight legend made a stunning return in November 2020, more than 15 years after he announced his retirement from boxing.
      Tyson drew in an eight-round exhibition with fellow American great Roy Jones Jr, 53, on a Triller pay-per-view which sold a reported 1.6million packages.
      The Sun Sport reported earlier this year that Tyson was in advanced negotiations for a mega money fight with YouTuber Logan Paul.
      Those negotiations broke down and nothing has been reported since now regarding the icon stepping back in the ring.

      Tito – who fought on the undercard of the Manny Pacquiao vs Brandon Rios in 2013 – is survived by two daughters aged 13 and five, plus his wife Didin Nurul Wijayanti.
      Dindin thanked her husband’s fans for all their support during this difficult time in an emotional statement released by boxing promoter Rosa Kusuma.
