      John Fury, 57, responds to claims he could fight on undercard of son Tyson’s heavyweight showdown with Dillian Whyte

      JOHN FURY has responded to “bulls***” claims he could fight on his son Tyson’s undercard. Tyson makes his UK homecoming four years in the making next Saturday in front of over 90,000 at Wembley against Dillian Whyte, 34.

      And he said his 57-year-old dad could feature on the undercard which also stars younger brother Tommy, 22.
      But the man himself has since denied this – meaning it could be another of Tyson’s famous windups.

      John may not be fighting on Tyson’s undercard but the former boxer will at least be ringside for the first time since 2018.
      Due to a prior criminal conviction, he has been unable to travel Stateside to watch his son’s last five fights.
      Tyson said: “It’s good that my dad can come to the fight, maybe he’ll be on the undercard starting it.
      “He might be too drunk to see the fight by the time he gets in the ring, it’ll be his first victory since the 90s!
      “So he might be absolutely blinded by the time it comes about.”

      JAKE PAUL has revealed he could fight Floyd Mayweather or Tommy Fury in August.The boxer, 25, is preparing for his next bout but is yet to decide who his opponent will be.

      Paul has also previously called out Conor McGregor as well as fellow UFC stars Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal.
      But it appears he has now turned to his attention to former world champion De La Hoya, who is a big fan of the Youtuber.
      He claimed Paul is on his way to becoming a world champion himself, calling him “the real deal”.
      De La Hoya said: “Let me tell you one thing about Jake Paul, he’s the real deal, I’m going to tell you that.

      Whyte has been the WBC’s No1 contender for over 1,000 days and has taken the sanctioning body to court to demand more than the harsh 20 per cent cut he is set to receive.
      And he accused Fury of doing his best to swerve the clash and insists he has only landed it by dragging him through the courts too.
      The Jamaica-born Brit said: “I had to go through a legal process to get Fury to fight me, there were multiple times he was supposed to fight me and he never did.
      “He never wanted to fight me so we had to get legal and here we are.”
      Fury is boxing in the UK for the first time since 2018, after taking his career to scorching Sin City and the Las Vegas strip.
      He set up camp in a separate house from the family home, just four miles down the road and took up a new hobby with trainer Sugar Hill that has got him really driving his punches home.
      The 33-year-old revealed: “I’ve been playing a lot of golf in Morecambe, with Sugar Hill, to prepare for this fight.
      “And I think that has really improved my right hand and putting my shoulder really into my shots.
      “I’m driving the ball around 400 yards and I think it really has helped.

      “I hit around 200 balls a day as part of my training,  we do loads of different things to spice things up.”
      Fury stunned the world with his powers of recovery in the first and third fights with Deonay Wilder, climbing off the canvas a total of four times and getting compared to wrestling legend The Undertaker.
      But the 6ft9in switch-hitting power puncher reckons he has a twisted taste for getting battered.

      WBC shows off new ‘Union Belt’ set to be awarded to winner of Tyson Fury’s all-British showdown with rival Dillian Whyte

      But the WBC have created a commemorative one-off strap to add to the stakes.
      The specially-created design includes a Union Jack flag in honour of the all-British bout.
      And instead of the classic green-strapped WBC belt, the Union Belt has a sleek white strap that will be wrapped around the waist of either Fury or Whyte.
      A WBC statement confirmed the new strap several weeks ago, saying: “The World Boxing Council proudly announces the Union Belt.

      TYSON FURY revealed he lets coach SugarHill Steward stay in his Las Vegas mansion RENT-FREE ahead of his clash with Dillian Whyte.The Gypsy King is gearing up for a long-awaited domestic dust-up with the Brixton Body Snatcher on April 23 at Wembley Stadium.

      But the WBC heavyweight champ has not headed Stateside for his training camp as he did for his back-to-back fights with American Deontay Wilder.
      And that meant coach Steward got to lap it up in Fury’s plush Sin City digs until he jetted over to Morecambe to put the finishing touches on the star’s preparations.

      “He dethroned the previous knockout king, so that makes Tyson legitimately the knockout king.
