FLOYD MAYWEATHER is set to fight Don Moore in front of just 20 VIP fans – with tickets costing £150,000 and only available as NFTs. The boxing legend announced his comeback bout against former sparring partner Moore on May 14.

And it is due to take place on top of the the Burj Al Arab Hotel HELIPAD 700ft above sea in Dubai.
Even more extraordinary is tickets are only available as a sports NFT and currently cost 65 Ethereum, which is close to £150,000.
An NFT is a digital asset that represents real-world objects – in this case a ticket – and gives its owner the rights to it.
At the moment, ten of the 20 have been sold and the pay-per-view will cost £14.99 on LIVENow.

Mayweather told FightHype: “I was able to leave boxing on my own terms and now the boxing critics are upset that I am still able to milk and finesse the sport of boxing by throwing exhibitions.
“Sixteen minutes and I am able to get eight and nine figures from the fruits of my labour.
“Once again I am not hurting for my money, I am far from hurting for money. I didn’t retire from getting money.”

A TEENAGER who was driving the car which killed a rising boxing star in a horror crash has died. Promising fighter Ali Tazeem, 18, died in the crash in Wolverhampton in the early hours of Easter Sunday.

He was dubbed as the “next Amir Khan” by the Olympic Silver medallist himself who paid tribute to the teen. 
Police rushed to Merridale Road in the city after the Vauxhall Corsa Tazeem was travelling in hit a wall.
He was tragically declared dead at the scene while the driver, also 18, was rushed to hospital in a critical condition.
Police have now confirmed that the driver, who as not been named, died over the weekend.

Speaking after Tazeem claimed two gold medals in the Bristol Boxing Cup in 2020: “I definitely think he is the next big thing for sure.”
Horrified locals rushed to save Tazeem after hearing a “loud bang” when the car hit the brick wall.
Dad-of-two Ali Zinkal, 42, said: “I ran out of my flat in my boxer shorts and went over to the car.
“I put my fingers to the passenger’s neck to check for a pulse but there was none. He was gone.
“It is so sad to see a young man’s life end like that. The road is a death trap.”

West Midlands Police confirmed an investigation has now been launched as they appealed for information.
The force said: “A teenager has tragically died and another left seriously injured after a car hit a wall in Wolverhampton in the early hours of this morning.
“Our thoughts are with their loved ones and we’ll be offering them support at this terrible time.
“A cordon remains in place while officers from our serious collision investigation unit carry out enquiries to establish exactly what happened.
“We’d ask people not to speculate at this stage but for anyone with information to contact us as soon as possible.

Klitschko retired after his legendary fight with Joshua and snubbed a rematch soon after.
It came only two years after a shock defeat on points to Fury in Germany, where a rematch also failed to follow.
That was because the Gypsy King vacated his belts following a battle with depression and substance abuse.
But after an inspirational comeback only five years later Fury would reign as world heavyweight king again.
And if Klitschko does return to the ring, a rematch with Fury could await, despite the Gypsy King claiming his win over Whyte will be the final in his iconic career.
