      ‘Drag him into a fight’ – Anthony Joshua urged to deploy ‘seek and destroy mentality’ in Oleksandr Usyk rematch

      ANTHONY JOSHUA has been urged by Tony Bellew to deploy a “seek and destroy mentality” in his rematch with Oleksandr Usyk.Joshua was outboxed over 12 rounds by the Ukrainian great last September.

      But ahead of their expected rematch on August 20 in Saudi Arabia, AJ has switched up his coaching team.
      Joshua, 32, has left long-time cornerman Rob McCracken and promoted No2 Angel Fernandez after moving to Loughborough.
      He has also flown in esteemed US mastermind Robert Garcia, who Bellew, beaten by Usyk in 2018, hopes can help regain some of AJ’s ruthlessness.

      Riley’s dad and coach Derrick wants his son to box a minimum of two times before the year is over and then wants to eye domestic titles.
      Derrick said: “You’ll want at least two more fights by the end of the year. At least, yeah.

      FLOYD MAYWEATHER will announce his next fight on MONDAY with the boxing legend set to return to Japan for an exhibition bout. Mayweather officially retired in 2017 but has been involved in three exhibitions in the ring since.

      The first was in 2018 against featherweight kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa in Tokyo which was promoted by RIZIN.
      And now he is set to return to Japan again and link up with the MMA organisation for another exhibition bout.
      Mayweather will hold a press conference in Las Vegas to announce the event and reveal his opponent.
