PHIL Neville is set to call it a day on his England Women’s spell after two years in charge.
The former Manchester United and England defender has overseen a huge dip in form since leading them to the World Cup semi-finals last year.

That includes a 1-0 defeat to Spain in Texas in the SheBelieves Cup on Wednesday, making it eight losses from 12 games.
That came after a 2-0 loss to the United States just a few days earlier and ultimately ended their hopes in the tournament.
Neville does still have the backing of the dressing room, among the talk surrounding his future with the Lionesses.
England forward Nikita Parris, has also backed him, saying: ”I do trust in what he wants to do. It’s us, we are not delivering.
”Too many of us are living off the hype of the World Cup. We haven’t improved and we have to take responsibility.
Phil has protected us for far too long and ultimately we have got to step up.”
The 43-year-old will discuss his future in a meeting with FA officials next week.
He has 15 months still left on his contract after being appointed manager in 2018.

But defensive fragility and a failure to produce more clinical performances have tinged his time in charge.
That, combined with his decision to replace his young players in favour of experience during the SheBelieves Cup against Japan, caused concern, despite Ellen White providing the winner in the eventual 1-0 victory.
Baroness Sue Campbell has been a big supporter of Neville since taking up the role.
Campbell is the lead figure in women’s football.
But there is now growing concern that the England squad has taken steps backwards, having previously been crowned SheBelieves Cup champions in 2019.
