HUGO LLORIS has been slammed on Twitter after his early howler put Tottenham in huge trouble in their crunch Champions League clash at RB Leipzig.
The French stopper, 33, allowed Marcel Sabitzer’s tame tenth-minute strike to slip through his hands and nestle in the bottom corner of the net.

After Eric Dier had thrown his body on the line to block a shot earlier in the passage of play, Lloris let his defence down.
Sabitzer grabbed the ball from the rebound and aimed a shot at goal.
But Lloris was slow to get down and got an extraordinarily soft hand on the ball, eventually allowing the ball to find the back of the net.
And he made ANOTHER blunder ten minutes later when Sabitzer’s header beat him far too easily at his near post.
Sabitzer aimed an angled header in the general direction of the goal and Lloris was caught flat-footed and was too slow to react.
Again, the Frenchman got a hand on it but was unable to stop it from crossing the line.
The blunders meant Tottenham went 3-0 down on aggregate, needing to score at least three with no strikers on the pitch to progress.
Lloris has had a tricky season, injuring himself after yet another howler during the 3-0 loss at Brighton.
And typically after Tuesday night’s performance, fans and pundits alike were quick to ridicule Lloris for his horror show in Germany.
Former Premier League champion Chris Sutton got in on the act, tweeting: “I’ll say it again… Lloris stinker.”
Ex-Tottenham star Darren Bent added: “What is going on with Spurs and Lloris?”
One account even joked Lloris had become the “French Jordan Pickford”.
Another even suggested the stopper’s career could be over, saying: “Lloris is done, isn’t he?”
Spurs eventually crashed out of the competition following a 3-0 defeat – Emil Forsberg adding the third goal for Leipzig.
