LIVERPOOL have joined Manchester United in the race to sign highly-rated Norwich midfielder Todd Cantwell, according to reports.
The 21-year-old has earned rave reviews for his performances this season and looks likely to leave Carrow Road even if the Canaries escape relegation.

Cantwell made his Prem debut at Anfield in August and the league winners in waiting are going to move for the wavy-haired wonder in the summer, according to the Athletic.
Jurgen Klopp also had another look at the Englishman on Saturday as his side beat Daniel Farke’s men 1-0 thanks to Sadio Mane’s second-half winner.
And Reds players and coaching staff were said to be impressed by Cantwell’s showing.
Manchester City, Tottenham and United have all been linked with a move but now the January transfer window has shut, Liverpool are said to be leading the race for his signature.
England Under-21 international Cantwell has previously enjoyed a spell on loan at Fortuna Sittard in Holland and is under contract at Carrow Road until 2021.
The bottom-of-the-table Canaries look set for the drop as their narrow defeat on Saturday left them seven points from safety.
Relegation could spell double trouble for the Yellow and Greens with the Red Devils also keen on their full-back Max Aarons.
The 20-year-old, who last summer signed a five-year deal to tie him to the club until 2024, is primarily a right-back but has proven to be equally as comfortable on the left.
Brandon Williams has established himself for United in recent months with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer also splashing out on for Aaron Wan-Bissaka last summer.
But following Ashley Young’s departure to Inter Milan in January and Luke Shaw’s future up-in-the-air, it seems he has identified Aarons as the perfect man to come in and challenge for a spot in his starting XI.
