According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Can could join Dortmund permanently if they can come to a fee agreement.

Juve are looking for a number between £21m and £25m for the midfielder.
The 26-year-old wants to make a move this month so he can get more game-time.
He fears he may lose his place in Germany’s squad for the summer’s European Championship if he doesn’t stack up more regular minutes.
He has barely played this season, having only made eight appearances across all competitions for Juve so far, under manager Maurizio Sarri, and having scored no goals.
He has also been left out of Juve’s Champions League squad.
There is also interest coming from the likes of Manchester United, Everton, AC Milan or Tottenham are a possibility for the German international who has clearly fallen out of favour in Italy.
The Red Devils are eyeing up a possible loan deal for Can in the final days of the January transfer window.
United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen on strengthening his midfield, with Paul Pogba and Scott McTominay out with injuries.
So a return to England, just a year and a half after leaving Premier League leaders Liverpool, could also be destined for Can who still has two years left on his current contract with the Serie A side.
