ANTHONY JOSHUA has wasted no time in getting back to training following his holiday in Barbados as he prepares for his potential clash against Kubrat Pulev.
The 30-year-old – who was spotted with a mystery woman in the Caribbean island – has until January 31 to agree terms to fight the Bulgarian heavyweight.

Should a deal not be reached, the 2012 Olympic gold medallist could be stripped of his IBF belt.
Joshua – who has been labelled as a “b**** motherf*****” by Deontay Wilder – has also been handed the nightmare of being told to negotiation a showdown with unbeaten Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk for the WBO strap.
The pair have been ordered to fight before June 4, but promoter Eddie Hearn is looking to thrash out a deal with the governing body that will see Usyk face Derek Chisora first.
But whoever Joshua is tasked with taking on next, he has given his rivals a taste of what they will be in store for after uploading a clip of him training on Instagram.
AJ was put through his paces by his padman as he unloaded a barrage of explosive left hooks on his chest guard showing he still looks in impeccable condition following his rematch victory against Andy Ruiz Jr last month.
Even though the Brit star avenged his defeat against the Destroyer, Joshua’s former foe Dillian Whyte insists that he “will never be the same again”.
He told Sky Sports: “We’ve seen this before – Lennox Lewis was an aggressive fighter on the front foot but got knocked out by Hasim Rahman, then changed his style.

“People forget Wladimir Klitschko was one of the most aggressive heavyweights for a long time, but he got done by Ross Puritty, Corrie Sanders and Lamon Brewster then changed his style.
“Joshua will be the same.Tall heavyweights start their careers very aggressively, but then?
“Even Deontay Wilder, when he was clocked a couple of times by Luis Ortiz, thought ‘I’m just going to wait’.We have seen this time and time again in history, and it’s always the same.”
