JOSE MOURINHO has confirmed Christian Eriksen will play for Spurs against Middlesbrough despite his imminent move to Inter Milan.
The Dane is believed to have agreed a four-and-a-half year deal with Antonio Conte’s side which will see him leave North London this window.

Spurs fans have criticised the midfielder for looking disinterested of late and his boss has noticed the same drop in attitude.
And now Mourinho says the FA Cup third-round replay against Boro tomorrow night could be Eriksen’s last game for the club.
Asked about Eriksen, who was booed off against Liverpool, Mourinho said: “Is this the best Christian Eriksen?
“I have to be honest and say no. I know the reasons. I’m not an idiot.”
Eriksen, 27, has made it clear he has no wish to sign a contract extension and is eager to experience life outside England having joined Spurs in 2013.
He was instrumental to helping Tottenham reach the Champions League final last season under Mauricio Pochettino.
Eriksen has appeared 25 times for his club this season but eight of those in the Prem have been as a sub.
And it took Mourinho a month to give him his first start in his side.
The Portuguese added: A player in this situation, even if he wants – and I am not criticising him – it’s normal a player in this situation doesn’t perform at the highest level.
“But he is helping us in matches he has played for us.
“He’s had positive performances and contributions like against Olympiakos and Norwich.
“He plays tomorrow [against Middlesbrough]. After that I have a match on Saturday and he maybe plays on Saturday again.
“I cannot tell you much more than that.”
