TAMMY ABRAHAM lived up to his billing as Harry Kane’s heir-apparent by piling more misery on free-falling Burnley.
The Chelsea whizkid is in the hotseat to lead the line for England should captain Kane’s torn hamstring wreck his Euro 2020 chances.

And Abraham proved he is not feeling the pressure of that tag as he headed in his 13th Premier League goal of the season after Jorginho had converted a 26th-minute penalty.

CLARETS TORMENTED
The result maintained the healthy gap between the Blues and their top-four challengers – but saw Sean Dyche’s side register their fourth league defeat on the trot.
The hosts went into this game with the seventh-worst home record in the league this season.
Frank Lampard was desperate for a fast start to avoid repeats of recent disappointments to Bournemouth and Southampton.

Willian then won a penalty when Matt Lowton took him out – though the Brazilian did lean into the challenge – which Jorginho dispatched and the floodgates opened.
Abraham doubled the lead on 38 minutes as he headed home Reece James’ stunning cross.
The excellent James almost had one himself soon as he twisted Charlie Taylor all ends up but saw Nick Pope keep out his blast to the near post.
Burnley’s hopes of a second-half fightback were immediately extinguished when Hudson-Odoi turned in Cesar Azpilicueta’s cross.
There was a VAR check on Abraham who had attempted to head Azpilicueta’s delivery and had he touched it, CHO would have been offside – but the review deemed no connection to have been made.
Chelsea tormented their visitors thereafter as Abraham missed a sitter – but by then the England man had already proved his credentials.
