Big Sheffield United fan Brook was the star turn as he edges closer to making his boxing return against Mark DeLuca on February 8.
Brook put the pads on to do some sparring with Carragher before kick-off – with the Scouser showing off some decent handwork.
Carragher even threatened to “put Brook in the Kop” when told to show off his uppercut.
The pundit must have worked up a sweat as he refused to take off his winter coat for the workout.

SunSport reported how Brook has promised to retire from boxing if he loses against relative unknown DeLuca.
It will mean walking away from the sport without fighting bitter rival Amir Khan, with the pair spending years squabbling at the negotiation table.
Brook – who suffered broken eye sockets against Gennady Golvokin and Errol Spence Jr – failed to fight last year.
The Sheffield star won two super-welterweight fights in 2018, against Sergey Rabchenko and Michael Zerafa before going in search of a world title clash of grudge match against Khan.
Neither came, and now the 33-year-old finds himself in another ticking over fight on February 8 in Sheffield against 24-1 Massachusetts man DeLuca.
He said: “If I lose to DeLuca, absolutely it will be my last fight and I will walk away and retire.
“If I can’t beat DeLuca, how can I say I want to fight the elite of the sport, rematch Errol Spence or fight Terence Crawford?”
