And according to the Mail, he will be able to join for absolutely nothing after having his Napoli contract terminated by Aurelio De Laurentiis earlier this week.
Arsenal are looking for Unai Emery’s long-term successor with interim Freddie Ljunberg winning just one of his first four matches in charge.
Everton are also on the hunt for a new boss after axing Marco Silva.
And it’s reckoned the Toffees are in pole position to bring former Chelsea gaffer Ancelotti back to England.
It’s believed the Premier League and FA Cup winner has hired a new agency to help seal his next move.
And SunSport can exclusively reveal Ancelotti is now in London to discuss terms with Everton to become their new manager.
Indeed, Arsenal are now at risk of missing out on the highly-rated Italian, who has won four league titles and three Champions Leagues with the likes of AC Milan, PSG, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Chelsea.
And the Gunners may instead turn to Shanghai SIPG boss Vitor Pereira instead.
Ironically, the Portuguese ace has already turned down Everton, prompting them to target Ancelotti.
But he would apparently jump at the chance to take charge at the Emirates.
And both clubs are sure to want their new bosses at the helm before next month’s transfer window opens.
