Andy Ruiz Jr has already agreed ‘unification fight’ with Wilder he’s so confident of beating of Anthony Joshua

ANDY RUIZ JR has revealed he has already agreed to fight Deontay Wilder BEFORE his rematch with Anthony Joshua on Saturday.

The Mexican-American is looking to pull off another stunning victory over AJ in Saudi Arabia following his shock seven round TKO last June.

Snickers lover Ruiz, 30, sent the Brit star to the deck four times to claim the WBO, WBA, and IBF titles in what was Joshua’s US debut in New York.

Wilder holds the only other major belt in the heavyweight division, the WBC title, and has already revealed to SunSport that he will fight the winner of the Clash of the Dunes.

The Bronze Bomber first has to get past AJ’s Bri rival Tyson Fury in a rematch of their controversial draw in December next February…and the two also have a clause in place for a third fight in 2020.

Wilder told SunSport that he is backing Ruiz Jr to shock the boxing world again, partly due to how much easier negotiations will be.

The two heavyweights share an adviser in Al Haymon, and unified champion Ruiz has already confirmed that terms are agreed for a fight.

Ruiz said: “Yep, it’s all arranged.

“Deontay’s a good friend of mine. We talk on the telephone all the time.”

Ruiz has packed on the pounds for his rematch with Joshua, weighing in at 20st 3lb, more than a stone from the 19st 2lbs he was at Madison Square Garden.

Meanwhile, AJ revealed a much leaner and athletic physique in his bid to regain his belts as he dropped to 16st 13lb – his lightest ever for a world title fight.

Eddie Hearn revealed earlier in the week that he believed that the 30-year-old Mexican had tricked fans into thinking he had lost weight.

And Ruiz added: “I want him (Joshua) to be mad and swinging in the ring.

“I want him to have that attitude because I will be calm and know exactly what we need to do.

“I am pretty sure he was mad at me when I suggested that he quit, I think he thought “you motherf*****”.

“But that is what I felt in my heart, he spat his mouthpiece out and quit. He was waiting too long to fight again and that is exactly what we are going to try to make him do on 7 December. Hopefully we can make him do it again.

“I don’t know if I am his bogeyman, I just think his style was perfect for me and I think it will be the same again.

“I think he will box around nicely for four or five rounds until I take the pressure to him, start hitting his body and mixing it up.

“I did say he was not good enough to avoid me for the full 12 rounds, on the back foot, we have been working on this for around three months now and I know, whatever he brings, we will be ready for it.”
