The Three Lions will travel to Vienna on Tuesday 2 June for a game at the Ernst Happel Stadion while in Austria for a pre-tournament training camp.
They will then host Romania back on these shores on Sunday 7 June.
However, with Wembley being “released” to Uefa as one of the Euro host stadiums, Gareth Southgate’s men will be back on the road.
Newcastle’s St James’s Park, Manchester United’s Old Trafford and Man City’s Etihad Stadium are all being considered as potential venues.
That means three of England’s four pre-Euro friendlies have now been confirmed.
The FA have already announced a home clash against Denmark at Wembley on Tuesday 31 March.
Negotiations for another fixture are still taking place for another one on March 27.
England were drawn with Croatia, Czech Republic and the winner of a play-off round featuring Scotland, Israel, Norway and Serbia at Saturday’s Euro 2020 draw.
All of their group matches will be played at Wembley.
