MARCO SILVA must be kept in place at Everton despite their rocky form, goalkeeper Jordan Pickford has proclaimed.
The Toffees sit 17th ahead of Sunday’s trip to Leicester to create huge pressure on the coach, who is linked with being replaced by David Moyes.

Having been at Goodison Park for the “horrible” sacking of Ronald Koeman, the England international wants Silva to get a good chance to turn things around.
He told the Telegraph: “You want stability throughout the club don’t you?
“I don’t want to see the manager sacked. I was here when Koeman lost his job and it wasn’t nice to see at all.
“It was horrible. We were in the building when it happened, and you never want to see anyone lose their job like that.
“We are just the players and there is so much more going on at the top and bottom of the club.
“A few bad performances shouldn’t put the manager under pressure but that’s the industry we are in.”
Norwich claimed a shock 2-0 win at Everton last weekend but Pickford insists such defeats are inevitable in the Premier League.
While accepting that his side have dropped points too often when coming into the game as favourites, he adds: “That’s life isn’t it?”
When it comes to Everton’s aspirations, Pickford believes the squad is well-equipped to launch up the table.
He continued: “I believe in this squad the talent and ability we have top to bottom is very good and can match any team in the Premier League because we have a lot of international players.
“Two wins can carry you up the table. We are [five] points off sixth.
“If we had beaten Norwich we would be back up the table and not talking this negatively. But we know the challenge we have in the next three games is very tough.”
