Norwich stars wear fancy dress on night out at Winter Wonderland… as Cantwell steals show as doppelganger Griezmann

NOBODY can bling like a Canary on a night out at Winter Wonderland.

And as the Norwich stars donned fancy dress, Todd Cantwell Nou-Camped it up best of all – with a Grinch-perfect impression of Barcelona superstar Antoine Griezmann.

Turkeys might not be rushing for an early Christmas but the Canaries are, as they lived it up at London’s main seasonal attraction in Hyde Park.

And having nicely timed their bid to go up with the Xmas decorations – Saturday’s 2-0 win at Everton lifting Norwich to third bottom – they dressed in a range of costumes more colourful than a Fergie rant.

But the cream of the crop was Cantwell, whose long blond locks made him a doppelganger for French World Cup winner Griezmann even before the England Under-21 midfielder put on a Barca kit.

The Canaries had struggled until their weekend away victory.despite ending Manchester City’s 18-game unbeaten run with a scintillating 3-2 win in September.

And just to confirm their Jekyll and Hyde Park start to life back in the Premier League, Norwich showed yet another side of their character at Winter Wonderland.

Keeper Tim Krul let the Canaries out of the bag, posting the unusual team photo with Max Aarons as Elvis Presley and Mario Vrancio as Ali G – no doubt preparing for Christmas rapping.

Switzerland centre-back Timm Klose was Captain Morgan, while Scotland midfielder Kenny McLean dressed as a dinosaur.

But even that Rex-rated costume was overshadowed by German star Marco Stiepermann as, debatably, a flamingo.

Presumably it was the kit they all wanted. But in the end Stiepermann put his foot down.

And the squad snap shows he can really stork the stork.

But there were no clues as to who came as Stuart the Minion and Buzz Lightyear.

I could pretend I know but that would be telling a Forky.
