Conte, 50, now boss of Inter Milan, outlined a list of sex rules for his stars, including ex-Man United striker Romelu Lukaku.

He said: “During the season, sex must not last too long, we must do as little effort as possible.

“So stay under the partner. And preferably, with their wives, because if with others, well, that needs extra action.”

His side are currently second in Serie A.

The Italian told L’Equipe mag: “Competition for me is battle.

“It is ‘your death, my life’.”
