ANTHONY JOSHUA waved goodbye to £10,000 after he challenged his friend to do 25 pull ups.
The British heavyweight has been knuckling down in the gym ahead of his must-win rematch against Andy Ruiz Jr on December 7.

During Wednesday’s session in Sheffield, Joshua vowed to splash the cash if Jonathan Constant could do 25 wide grip pull ups.
Andrew Tabiti, who has been flown in from America to help prepare AJ for Ruiz, was the judge of the competition.
Constant looked like he had nothing left in the tank after the 20th rep, but managed to grind out the final five.
He shared the clip to his Instagram page, with the caption: “So @anthonyjoshua @umarkamani challenged me £10,000 for 25 wide grip pulls up. Say nomore. Nando’s on me.
“@andrew_tabiti official judge. #easymoney #payday #anthonyjoshua #sensational.”
After losing his hard-earned cash, Joshua jogged away in disbelief before he attempted to hide on the floor.
The former WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO title holder shouted: “I’m hiding, I’m hiding.”
Writing on Instagram, one fan said: “The best clip I’ve seen so far this year. Damn straight pay up boys!”
Another added: “Barely broke a sweat.”

But it’ll be straight back to business for Joshua as he prepares to redeem his reputation against the Mexican champion.
The heavyweight has been training specifically to counter Ruiz Jr’s devastating left hook.
Promoter Eddie Hearn is convinced the Watford-born bruiser has finally worked out how to win the rematch in Saudi Arabia.
