ARSENAL will reportedly hold showdown talks with Lucas Torreira to try and keep the midfielder at the club.
The Uruguayan midfielder, 23, has been unsettled this season after being rotated by Unai Emery.

CalcioMercato claims Torreira’s agent Pablo Betancur has told the Gunners the ace wants to leave in January.
Napoli are interested in signing the combative playmaker as they fear losing star man Allan, with AC Milan also interested.
But CalcioMercato’s report claims Raul Sanllehi will sit down with him to try and talk him out of a move.
Torreira is a fan favourite at Arsenal and may would rather see Granit Xhaka or Unai Emery leave instead.
The former Sampdoria star has come off the bench five times in his nine Premier League appearances this season.
Hector Bellerin is also considering a Serie A switch but is hoping Arsenal can improve on their current form to persuade him to remain at the club.
His agent Alberto Botines told Sky Sports Italia: “At the moment, he’s focused on his team’s commitments.
“He comes from a bad injury and is returning to his usual level.
“He likes Italy, there’s already been interest from an Italian club but I can’t reveal who.
“He has a long contract and it won’t be easy to take him away from Arsenal – he’s their vice-captain. We’ll see how the season goes.”
