CRISTIANO RONALDO has discovered his “biological age” after undergoing specialist tests by a fitness tracking company.

However, the Al-Nassr ace has discovered he is physiologically 11 years younger following tests done by “Whoop”.
They are a technology company specialising in fitness trackers and health monitoring devices, for which Ronaldo is an ambassador.
Tests done by the company include measuring physiological data such as heart rate and heart rate variability which are then used to give users information about their effort, recovery and sleep.
