FANS were left starstruck after spotting Erling Haaland FISHING in Cornwall this week.
The striker went on a sea fishing trip as he made the most of an unexpected midweek off after Manchester City were dumped out of the Champions League last month.
Haaland was spotted in Newquay, Cornwall on Monday – around 315 miles away from his Manchester home.
The 24-year-old ace – in a multi-coloured fleece – went with a close pal and even managed to land a fish on the excursion.
The Prem hitman set sail in Cornish waters in the hopes of catching a few pollocks, before being spotted by fans.
He didn’t hang around too long but stayed long enough to take photographs with fans as he returned to land near Towan Beach.

And one young City supporter was lucky enough to have Haaland sign his signature on the back of his sky blue shirt.
The Norway international reportedly flew down on a private helicopter during a stay at North Fistral.
Local Kier Tamblin said: “He went on a fishing trip. He seemed to be by himself.
“He said he caught something but wanted to get out of there quickly before everyone saw him.”

Local fisherman Dave Trebilcock took Haaland, his best pal and private chef out fishing onboard his boat Che-Sara-Sara.
Trebilcock told a local paper: “It all came about when I was phoned up random one day by another boat operator to take someone out fishing.
“They couldn’t take them out as their boat was on the quay.
“The trip was top secret. Nearer the time I was told the person I was taking out was a superstar so it was all hush hush.”
Haaland played 90 minutes of City’s 1-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest in the Midlands on Saturday lunchtime.
With no midweek European fixture, City next play Brighton on Saturday.
Haaland was clearly taking advantage of some unlikely downtime.
City crashed out of the Champions League round-of-16 plays off after losing 6-3 to Real Madrid on aggregate last month.
The Norwegian star – who bags £500,000-a-week now – missed out on the second-leg 3-1 defeat at the Bernaebu after suffering a knock.
