A FORMER motorcycle star and model has revealed his incredible new lifestyle after walking barefoot from Spain to Pakistan.
Axel Pons, 33, used to be a professional Moto2 racer in both 125cc and 250cc.
The Spaniard is the son of former double World Champion Sito.
And Pons competed in motorcycle races until 2017 while also studying at university for a business degree.
In 2018 he started a new career as a professional model.
But Pons ended up leaving the industry before relocating to a remote island in Asia.

It was there he stumbled upon a fresh way of life – barefoot walking.
Pons has now been strolling around without shoes for three years after vowing to walk around the world completely barefoot.
Pons’ travels have seen him go from Spain to Pakistan in just 15 months.
He made the 4,055-mile journey without any footwear.

Pons tried continuing east into India but found his route blocked by visa issues.
Yet Pons is determined to make it all the way to China in his bare feet.
He said: “The goal was to cross to India, but they didn’t give us the visa.
“We will go back to Islamabad, get our passports and go back to try to cross the border in China.
“Normally I go without shoes, it’s beautiful. What’s the point of living a life at such a fast pace?
“I started to be slower and slower and slower, until I started to go through the world slowly, appreciating the details of life.
“We only had the desire to complete the union with Allah or God, and this is our way of praying and practicing: walking.”
